I have been spending wayyy too much time these days on DA uploading and saving and collecting and chatting and... well.... Okay. I admit it. Being full-blown addicted.

How can I not? So much talent, fun, and great things to see and do here. Who could resist?

To top everything off, I finally figured out how to do the CSS thing with my journal, so I want to take a moment to thank for this lovely design I've put full credits at the footer here, so be sure to check out their work!

This account, as I've mentioned, is my new stock account. Stock photography is a great love of mine. It's how I really got addicted to photography (wow... so many addictions... maybe there's a 12 Step group for this somewhere...). So it excites me to share so much of it here.

I've started uploading some stock here that I've never made available on any other site, not even on Pay Sites. Hopefully some of you will find it useful. I have big plans to do some more stock fairly soon, especially for DA, so keep your eyes peeled.

I have to get a custom CSS journal on this page, because I really wanna do some nice features here, and I think it looks so nice when someone showcases them like Stock-By-Crystal has. So much great work out there... these peeps deserve a pat on the back, doncha think?

I am going to go through my files and see what else there is to upload. If you see something you particularly like, or really don't like, let me know so I can figure out what to upload here. I've been trying to think of what's been popular in the past and upload that kind of thing, so any ideas in that area would be helpful.

It's weird for me to do it this way, I am not used to uploading one photo after another of the same person in almost the same pose. But I keep reminding myself in stock you never know which pose, what lighting, what kind of an expression someone might be looking for.

Last night it was Shannon, today it was some of Shawna's masks. The hardest part is resizing them and cleaning them up a little, I literally have 200 Gigs of photos to go through. The good news is that as I go through them and upload them here, I am also backing them up at smugmug where I store all my files, and cleaning up my hard drive.

This is a free account for now, but I intend on upgrading to a paid account when I get a little change, I am poor at the moment. Hopefully this dry spell will resolve itself and I can do some great things.

One of those great things I hope to do is to have features here eventually, and contests, and prizes which will include memberships and adcast, as well as some other surprises.

I love stock photography and would love to support the stock community here on DA as much as possible

Well, I'll upload more later. I am sick of seeing my own photography at the moment, so I need to go work on something else.

If you saved my stock at the other profile, forgive me for making things difficult.

It took a long time for me to decide to share my stock on DA, and I am so glad I did! What a great and creative group of people are here!

I will add a great many images here, most of them have few restrictions, and those I think are very fair. A few of them have some extra restrictions, these in general are those of models who are children, or who have specifically requested certain restrictions. Please respect those few rules, and the models they represent.

The following are the rules for using my stock in general. You will find the extended stock rules at the bottom of the page, with red bullets.

RULES FOR USING MY STOCK

Please download for full size image.

Please credit me in the artists description on the page of your deviation when you use my stock, and link final image back to my gallery on your deviation page. Let me know you've used the stock image by leaving a comment on my stock image page. Don't write it on my main page, I may not see it there.

When you use one of my stock images, please put it in the correct category. If it is still a photograph do not put it in the photography category, but rather the Photo-manipulation category.


Don't just change the color, or use a simple filter in Photoshop to change the image. Be creative!

I cannot afford to buy all the prints from the deviations created from these images, so if I ask I would like a full size copy of any deviation. (For my own collection only).

If you want to sell finished image you must have written permission FIRST.

Do NOT use images which have any children in them or which are noted with this rule in the comment section in any racist, sexual, fetish, or anti-religious work. (You are free to have your beliefs, but with these particular images don't make fun of someone else's.)

If you have question regarding the rules, please contact me. If you violate my rules you will be reported, and banned from using my stock.

I know this sounds all stuffy and stern, but I think these are fair. I love to see people use my images, and am extremely open to questions or stepping outside my own boundries if people ask. I hope you find something you'd like to use, and I hope you have a great deal of fun with it!
