So yeah, I started only last week, so I still have some drawings to catch up on. I've posted what I've got so far, just check it out in my gallery.

I tried experimenting with different mediums (or whatever I can get my hands on at that moment), different kinds of drawings and different orientations. Oh, emphasis on the word “experiment”.

I keep this dream journal and I write in it almost everyday, since I dream every night, and I still remember them in the morning. Anyway, I was reading my dream journal (oh, by the way, it's online, you can check it out if you want: [link]), and I realized that I have a lot of interesting dreams, and so I was thinking of maybe writing a story about it, or rather, write a story with my dreams as my plots and subplots. I sort of got started a while ago, but I'm still thinking of how to make my incongruous dreams flow naturally. And I also thought that the main plot is this girl who dreams all the time that the line between dreams and reality sort of fades, because there are times when she'd dream of this guy she likes and his ex girl friend, and she also interact with them in real life, but then sometimes she gets confused whether she only dreamed that the guy's ex girl friend is pregnant or did it really happen or did she imagine it. Anyway, that's basically it. It's a work in progress that will hopefully progress.

Other things is this casual puzzle game that my sisters and I are designing, cause we just finished "Dream Chronicles 2", and we are quite impressed by it, the graphics, the style, the puzzles, the whole thing actually. And we were thinking like, why don't we make one too, since my older sister is an interior design graduate, so she knows how to draw this really cool rooms for the seek-and-find part (we have to have a seek-and-find part, since we are "Mystery Case Files" fans) and my little sister can draw the characters, and we could all come up with a story, though mostly we let our older sister do the story, and I, I will eventually do the programming. This will be a long term project, which will be done by bits. During the time that my older sister bums, she will do the art, and during the time that I will bum, I will program. Anyway, our design concept is ice and stained glass, and the rooms will, as my older sister said, organic. I actually wrote a pitch document for our game. Now all we have to do is come up with a title. Yes, this is also a work in progress that will hopefully progress.

What I have accomplished so far this summer is... well, you can see my new posts: the one with the polymer clay and the strange little girl pictures.

We (my sisters and I) made clay trinkets using polymer clay. We haven't took pictures of them, but we will. We already have a concept for it, well, actually the pictures I posted of me in black and white with the purple little treats is the concept "board", so yeah, basically, we are in black and white and the little trinkets will be colored.

Strange little girl pictures, well, that's me and my little sister. I think she uploaded a picture of her in her account. We are actually quite satisfied with it, you should check out her outfit, 'coz we basically just taped it together-- our masking taped creation! Yeah, that's basically it. Oh yeah, the dress I'm wearing is something we found in the depths of our closet and we had it since we were little girls. It's amazing how I can still fit in it, maybe because I didn't grow fatter or taller, or grow at all. But anyway, the waist part supposedly, is already under my bust line, but that kind of makes it look cute. And we both had Blair bows.

Well... what is up with me...?
I posted some new stuff, which isn't much, really.

There's this Blender collection, which is actually our assignments in this 3DMODEL class that I'm taking up this term. We'll be making a 3D movie as our final project, I think it would be pretty cool, well, that is if we get to finish it nicely.

I also posted this gorgeous purple tulips photos. I love them! But I'm a materialistic person, so I like the tulips more than whoever that gave them to me. Lol. Just kidding. But wait, really. I love the purple tulips for them themselves. Lol.

By the way, my thesis is about natural language generation -- the gist? The computer is supposed to generate English sentences. Our application is a virtual museum, so our program will be generating descriptions of museum objects. Anyway... 'nuff of that.

On art, writing, etc...
I don't have any new artworks that I can truly be proud of, but I do have some skecthes here and there. I have wrote some stories, it's actually one of the few times that I have actually finished my stories. I have started on a Flash project that I really want to finish, but haven't, actually for the moment it had been abandoned. I haven't wrote any poems though, but I feel like I have a few coming (maybe since I have a deadline next week. I want to get cracking on some vector art, except I can only draw it in Flash since I don't have Illustrator. I want to do some photoshoots, my sisters and I have quite a few ideas waiting.

Yeah, a very big chunk of my life is school. F.Y.I. I am a third year B.S. Computer Science student specializing in Software Technology. I have just finished my OJT (On-the-Job-Training) at SQME, Inc.. I am going to start my thesis, along with my 3 groupmates, this term. I only have 4 terms left of college.

Well, I'm still waiting for judgement day (in the immortal words of Jacob Wilson Lee), which is tomorrow. That's way wonderful. Since I know now, that I only got an 84 in my Machine Project, I am definitely, not that confident that I will pass Compro1 (Okay, maybe I will PASS Compro1, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be a high grade... yeah, right, as if I'll get a high grade. This isn't High school anymore. Genius, you are no longer an honor student {insert: Why does 'honor' have to be preceded by an 'an' instead of an 'a' haven't you ever wondered?} anymore. So get over it, genius. My dreams of becoming a dean's lister are already shattered... haha. But of course the reality still depends on whatever garde I get in Compro1 and of course the rest of the subjects tomorrow. Can't wait! I hope I don't fail any of my subjects. I don't want to be a loser in college. Haha! I did get the course card for Orient1 today, also I went to school at about 7:50 in the morning and waited in the internet cafe (Speed Bytes) till 10:00 am (our Course Card distirbution schedule), which is a BIG waste of time. But that was okay, since Geoff Wang (one of my nice classmates from s18), treated his friend, Ash and I at the internet cafe. Wow, one hour of internet for free... isn't that just nice (hehe...) Geoff, it is very much appreciated. Thanks! Anyway, it kept me from dying of boredom, hehe... then Joanna showed up with Carlos. Then, Gie showed up. And then JM, also showed up. Isn't that cool... like a reunion or something. Hehe... Then of course, Paul also showed up. And then... chika with Paul until it was finally time for us to get our course cards and we did. I don't think anybody failed Orient1, except for porbably Paul... haha... but he sorted it out and he's fine now. We also saw the rest of s18. What else? Oh yeah, Bicoy asked what my grade in the MP is and of course I gave my standard reply of "Mababa lang" (I really have high standards for myself and am not usually satisfied with my grades even if they are quite high already for some other people) and then as usual he said "Yabang" (wich I am, since I am after all a SELF PROCLAIMED genius... haha!) and then it turns out we had the same grade... (aww... I wished I got something higher than his, then I would really be "Yabang") Hmm... what else, oh yeah, after that, Jacob, Mark, Hiromi and I went to SJ building, where our Algtrig teacher's office is, because Hiromi has some problems with his grades. So we went to unchartered lands... (haha, I only went to SJ once, and that is together with the infamous Pual and Jaicom, when we were really bored, one time or another) There was a really long hallway, as in it is the length of 12 classrooms. Hiromi made a crack about it being infinite and never ending but e ignored him... as usual. It turns out, Ms. Pen REYES just left. Too bad for Hiromi. Then we went to Shakey's for lunch (Jacob, Mark and I, 'coz Hiromi went home), oh yeah, we saw Bea on our way to Shakey's. And so we ate. Lame, is what I can say about my journal. I mean, who really wants a detailed description of my day? Who would actually read this crap? So there ends my day at school. Oh by the way, I took the LRTs home. And of course going home to an empty house... as usual. "Nobody's Home..." Hmm... really lame. Anyway, still looking forward for the rest of my course cards. btw... i have been a college student (a proud Lasallian) for almost 3 months now...

and what can i say?

i love the facilities of my university (De LaSalle University- Manila), lots of computer labs... WIFI, projectors, tv, airconditioned classrooms, surveilance cameras in hallways... nice environment... architecture etc. little patches of green grass... (haha)...

profs who can teach well, but can be very strict at times...

hmm...
and i have learned alot...

i mean before college i have no knowledge in programming... now, i am able to (or have to or else i might fail) write programs on my own... astig! haha

back to my bday... (soooo excited!!!!!)
it will a a sorta reunion for my highschool friends and of course my college barkada will also be there...

i enjoy anything to do with computers aside from spyware, adware, virus, worms, trojan horses, spammers and hackers... i love writing, am currently working on 2 novels... i have written numerous free verses which had been published in my highschool's school paper, i love reading have read about 45 books this school year, so that's in less than 13 months, which includes serious stuff like The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli, 1984 and Animal Fram by George Orwell, Crime and Punishment, etc. Classis like Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre, the infamous DaVinci Code and other books by Dan Brown, of course stuff from my favorite authors Anne Rice and Richard Paul Evans, teen novels like the Princess Diaries, other stuff from Meg Cabot, the Shopaholic series and other Sophie Kinsella books, hmmm... am currently reading The Inferno and Great Gatsby. other things about me... let's see, I am also a so called artist, i can do charcoal renderings (portraits), pencil rendering, pastel rendering, watercolor, oil pastel rendering, of course, i can also draw with crayons, but not that good with color pencil. btw, my works are posted at [link] I also aspire to be a photographer, but aint really good. at all. other hobbies include listening to launch cast radio, listening to evanescence etc. and watching music vieos at mtv.com and real player beta. of course, other other hobbies including chatting (YM) and well... i guess that's it, oh yes and wtaching movies. my new found hobby is watching telenovelas (soap operas) particularly chinese and korean ones... very interesting... i can be stuck to the coach and watch it the whole day... bumming...

i'm chinese, well taiwanese actually but dont really care about politics and diplomnatic affairs...
i live in the philippines for all my life, so i feel more like a fil-chi
i am fluent in three languages, that being english, chinese and of course tagalog or filipino... and of course HTML... it is after all a language...

next monday is the start of college... i am very excited, because it is also a sign that highschool is really over... i think that feeling didn't hit me during graduation, because i thought i'll still be seeing my friends... but now, i guess this is it... i'll be making new friends and they would make new friends too...
there would be different people who would be walking through the halls together... and i won't be eating lunch with my barkada anymore... nonetheless i'm still excited to go to school... because i think it would be a start of something new and exciting and even more i'll be learning things that i didn't know about and things that would help me in my future career...

in case anyone's wondering, my course is B.S. Computer Science, not B.A. Painting, even though some big part of me still wants to be a painter, an artist and don't want to loose my identity...

well... that's it... i guess...

my friends have given me a 128 mb USB flash DRIVE for Christmas...

I was completely speechless when I saw it... its like... omigosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was dumbfounded... yeah, that's the word.
I mean... wow!!!!

today is soooo my day, despite the lack of good movies to watch on TV
btw, today is also the start of the Christmas break... also our christmas party...

anyway, last sunday was the entrance exam for university of santo tomas (the oldest school in the asia and the pasific accdg. to my friend, jed)
i took up painting and computer science, i landed in the room with all the other aspiring to be painting students. except it turned out no one actually picked BFA painting as their first choice, i got to know two really nice girls, one of them plans to take up commerce (i have no idea what it is really) and the other advertising. you see it was like this,as i have mentioned all the people in the room has painting as their second choice. and of course, there isn't really much of us in the room, i think 16 students, coz 5 of them went AWOL, we had drafting tables and ergonomic chairs (cool...) while my other classmates in other rooms didn't, in fact they had really small arm chairs... hehe...
omigosh, medyo mahaba din ang nasulat o natype ko... pero marami ang nangyari so here i go again... the test was quite easy... or so i think, except for the space relation part, coz there's this orthographic drawing given and you'd have to decide w/c is the corresponding isometric drawing. kinda nakakahilo... there was also this guy in our room w/c looks like mike shinoda... hehe... who also happened to pick the same courses as i... anyway there was also a drawing exam... we can draw anything we see such as keychain, water bottle, pencil etc. i drew my keychain... we are only allowed to use no. 2 pencils and the only effect you can do is the shading... i thought that what i did was nice... hehe... ~angelmoon14 drew a water bottle... she plans to take up architecture and painting... UST is her dream school...

other things...
the seniors (highschool) had a retreat!!! we were also required to write epistles( letters of encouragement)to our classmates and have our sponsors collect and prepare them for us... (placed in a box with decorations and stuff) i was ~angelmoon14's sponsor, ~renkun also wrote a letter for me and ~angelmoon14

the actual retreat was at Laguna (rizal recreation center or something...) which was really nice except for the rain and brownout on the first day... grr... one of my friends, aye wasn't able to join us coz she had blood tests for typhoid (she feels better now) and once we got there we were seperated in the groups (i was in yellow group) we had group activities such as a challenge course (really cool!) and such sort...
there were 8 of us in a room which was bombarded with food and cup noodles... hehe (matakaw kc kami) on the first day we lost electricity and it was really dark and it was raining outside... creepy... and we had to walk across a grassy land with tons of coconut trees before reaching the session hall for the praise and worship and stuff... once we got there (we brought flashlights and umbrellas of course) there was only a lamp in the middle and the room was really dark... and we were all singing praise songs and stuff (claiming that it was some devil's work that we lost electricity) hehe then we had group discussions and stuff then there was a speech/ sermon (it was about christ, faith, bible and stuff represented by tops as in really cool tops, those that spin)
the lights came back before that... then we didn't really sleep coz we were... hmm... making noise talking to each other and stuff
the next day (oh, its a 3 days 2 nights trip)
hmm... there was of course counseling sessions and group games, so much happened... then at night there was the epistle reading and praisse and worship and group presentations... it was a very sentimental night... we stayed up once again... we also greeted 2 of our friends who were having their birthdays... we were like shouting... coz they're in other dorms... My english project is to research about the different famous authors, I was assigned to research on Franz Kafka, whom I later discovered is an existentialist and writes nightmarish stories... grr... I hate horror and grotesque stuff...

I so far have read the first part of metamorphosis and even watched a short clip of it in the internet... and the country doctor...

even though i've chosen all the numbskull courses eg. philosophy, history and theatre arts... you know the type that when you graduate you'll probably starve
okay my first choice is computer science except they only accept 15% of the students who apply for this course...
so...
anyway i didn't really finish the logical reasoning part of the test so end up guessing the answers...

am recently reading blood canticle by my favourite author anne rice... it is the last book featuring Lestat that she will write that is sooo sad

i have finished by the river piedra i sat down and wept by paulo coelho (not sure of the spelling) really nicely written
