Specific Color Selector
- Add the docker 'Specific Color Selector'  ( Top menu : Settings > Docker > Specific Color Selector )
- Check the box 'Show Colorspace Selector'
- Turn the model to 'Grayscale'
- Uncheck the 'Show Colorspace Selector'
- Resize the box to have a long width
