I was writing my journal entries in my AlphaSmart then doing big uploads to Google Docs.
I much appreciated Google Docs ability to autosave every so often. I think I may go back to it now. I'm obsessive about making sure I lose no progress by saving my work when I think I'm at a milestone. Like, I really want to save (Submit) right now, and it makes me uneasy to not do so.

(Post initial submission All right. For a second, I thought DA somehow lost it because it wouldn't immediately add it to my list of Journal Entries. I feel jumpy to every sound because my parents are like the police.

I try to touch on every topic and cram this blog full of as much as I can because it's cathartic, I guess. Some psycho(somatic?) tendency or disorder. Neurotic, perhaps. Seinfeld desc. Desu. Multi-colored irii. Genii. Noni. Cool Noni. Oni. Oni Musha. Bbusha bbusha. Ramyun. Eggs benny. Poultry/Poetry in Motion. Grades situation.

I wonder what to write about. I wonder whether it should be something I care about, something I don’t, something that will simply get an A, something comedic, something hyperbolically satirical in its drama, e.g. I cracked the egg onto the searing pan. The yolk was already broken. Broken like my mortal essence, leaking… leaking. I wonder if it’s possible to write something so evocative that for half a moment, life would orgasm to put it simply. Legends would define it as not created, but simply summoned from the heavens; the author’s utensil: a medium through which the thread of divinity wove itself unto the mortal trappings of paper. With a mental shrug, I supposed it’s possible but improbable, like an electron being somewhere millions of miles away and back in your body the next nanosecond. The Lottery of Life.

I wonder if I can make a living as a writer. I enjoy writing and wish not to get post-secondary education and have an easy life doing something I love. However, I fear my parents’ warnings of throwing away my education. Maybe I could become a cartoonist… =\

Frustration builds when I think about the marks I get for my writing assignments, undeserved praise for works I find trivial, the evil in the world. Why is Harry Potter so popular? What God decided this woman, J.K. Rowling, should write a “just-another-fantasy-genre” series and that these books should sell so well? I envy Bill Gates because he was in Harvard, dropped out to do something he loved, became one rich mofo and many of us use what he’s created today (i.e. Windows OS). I guess the same could be said for Steve Jobs and the iPod.

For some reason, I think of the question of what I would wish for if I could wish for anything. It’s a question that judges your character. What would you wish for and why? Ask yourself what that says about you. Explain what’s so “right” about what you think? Do you think the world would be a better place if everyone thought like you? What’s one major fundamental thing you’d change about yourself based on these findings?

Ugh, my nose is always congested, which is unfortunate because it inhibits my ability to taste. It’s like if you plugged your nose to get through eating something disgusting. I take almost twice as long to eat food compared to most because I eat slowly to taste more. I think I’m quite the aesthete. Hedonism.

I’m ever-mindful of my posture. Shoulders back, spine curved inward. The picture I saw of a person with an extreme case of bad posture has frightened me into this state of mind. As well, it’s more imposing when you have a better posture. I don’t like correcting my own posture in public because it shows I’m self-conscious, which I am.

I think I might be an extreme introvert. One day, I decided to talk to myself to relieve my boredom and it hasn’t stopped since. I sing in the showers always. I wish I had a voice recorder like one of those journalists to record my everyday thoughts so that I may hear them later. Then I will become embarrassed thinking I’m conceited.

I love to play video-games. Recently, I got my gaming computer back when I fulfilled my mom’s requirements. Now that I have it back, I play on it very frequently. My mother chides me for playing too much. She chides me because she does not think it is healthy to play computer games as much as I do. She thinks so because it is not what is perceived as a normal lifestyle. She thinks it is an extreme lifestyle that I will eventually be unable to keep up. She and I believe that I keep up this lifestyle so easily currently because I do not have to support myself. She believes, in a normal lifestyle, it is natural for the offspring to leave their parents’ care after their high-school graduation. She does not believe I have the ability to support myself for I have not shown her any thing that would indicate so.

We have consulted a counsellor and I feel that she has come to distrust their help because she believes they do not help. I believe that she is acting irrationally because she feels no one understands her. She convinces herself to believe that, now that the counsellor has not helped improve the situation based on the facts she’s concentrating on, she must pressure me to change. I think that she cannot help the situation as much as my counsellor can because a counsellor is a professional and also, if she’s had all my life to counsel me, I should already be exhibiting the effects of her teachings. It would mean that her counsel is ineffective and cannot change to change me. The reason she continues to chide me, though, is because she is stubborn and is in a blind push toward a goal she believes she can reach if she applies enough force.

I believe her determined attitude is awakened by key points she believes are the most important things about my situation. These important things would be the points she uses to reason herself to believe I am unhealthy. For example: I do not do homework, I prefer to stay inside and play video-games than play an active sport, I neglect my sleep-routine when I play video-games and my friends are people who also play video-games a lot and that’s the reason I play with them; to vicariously play video-games.

My counsellor has shown me one great conclusion that I have yet to answer: What need do video-games fill in my life?

Mom: My real question is: do you want to be changed?

I left a notepad doc on the desktop of the person who I stole that excerpt from. It reads: "Hello, this is Michael omitted. I've found a half-closed text document on the desktop of a library computer that I found rather amusing. I think he's the guy in my grade who was born with only 2 fingers and one thumb on one of his hands, which reminds me, that would suck for gaming. IIRC, it was his left hand that was mutated, so it would just suck for stability. I would prolly work something out with an elastic cord that I could fashion to the hand and the controller.

As a result, I couldn't get my two leftover signatures to be signed for my field-trip permission slip the the AMUSEMENT PARK OF PHYSICS.

I think I'd rather not go though because I don't really like rides and field-trips often screw the fun out of anything anyways.

She picked up the pen. Her eyes wandered. Gnawing on her lip, she thought of what to write. Unable to think and feeling a particularly gnarly piece of dead skin on her lip, she set all her concentration on trimming the with her front teeth. After a few intensively oral muscular maneuvers, she finished the job and returned to a brain-dead state.

She fiddled with anything. The writing could wait. Right now, though, her nails needed to be bitten, her hair flipped and her stomach filled with a snack. She pushed her chair back and strided to the kitchen. A quick scan showed a few petty results. A donut, a bite-sized leftover and a can of pop were her prizes as she made her way back to her desk.

She made a note of all the little things that wouldn't normally be written in a story, making her way back to her room. 'I tucked a chair in to reach the table-top. That's something you wouldn't hear in a story. There was a fly buzzing around her that I shooed away. That could lead to getting the electric swatter and a whole different story-line then something of significance. Why do humans forget such things when they're imagining a course of action? Because they're insignificant. I should keep a mental list of

Back to school time.
I don't have a timetable telling me who my teacher is for my classes. My friend has a timetable like that and I fear I was supposed to go to school on a day I didn't know and pick up that sheet.

Fuck shit. It's pissing me off.

My computer.

It just came back from the shop the day yesterday. New CPU fan that is silent. Godamn I can't believe how silent my computer is now.

The USB ports clustered together on the back still do not work. I have to try to get a Windows update, otherwise it doesn't matter because there are two other ports on the back that work and that's all I need.

Got the top and back fan to run. I was plugging it into the wrong place. And if I were to upgrade my computer, it'd have to be a new mobo with new shit to go with it. Ravine?, the computer shop owner, says that if this computer works fine, there'll be no need to upgrade.

I reset the router. Fact: you have to hold the reset button for about 10 seconds as opposed to pressing it once. Now my connection is one bar better. It stays between low and good. It worked fine on Ravine's Extreme-N router. I have a D-link extreme-N adapter.

Sleeping pills.

I had to take two to get back to my normal sleeping schedule today. It didn't say anything about taking more than one though so whatever. I'm on a normal sleeping schedule now.

SO! This is gonna be big.

Fast Dial: I right-click tabs and it gives me the option to add them to Fast Dial. The main functionality, I think, is that Fast Dial is set to what is shown whenever you open a new tab now.

Me.dium: It has a video tutorial. The thing is, you have to invite people to install the same extension.

Surf Canyon: deleted. Didn't seem to be working, and Interclue does the work anyway.

Interclue: Mouse-over a link, mouse-over the icon that appears on its right side. A lesser popup appears and you can get a preview of the website and some other information about it without opening the entire page.

Flagfox: I downloaded it cause when I encounter a slow-loading page, I'll know if its my computer or because the server's based in China.

I haven't tested this one though. I can't settle until it wins nearly every duel. So far, it hasn't won one. Different Dimension Capsule and Foolish Burial +0.5. Jar of Greed, Legacy of Yata-Garasu and Upstart Goblin are breaking even and -0.5 respectively. For fun, I might throw in Solemn Wishes (+500 lp whenever I draw).

I think I might remove Thunder Dragon to add CCV and Des Lacoodas or more Foolish Burial or Lightning Vortex (if I find that I need it).

What I do to test is use these cards in real life against my beatdown deck made of amateurish cards and often replace one or two cards afterwards. It's just my way of doing things.

Magical Mallet, Good Goblin Housekeeping and Vortex Trooper, cards like that, I do not like very much because it depends a lot on luck. GGH may seem good, but getting all 3 out is unlikely. Vortex Trooper isn't DARK and is unsafe to normal summon.

Goblin of Greed is interesting. I am only testing it so far which is why I only have one in my deck. I only found out about Broww recently. Same with Thunder Dragon. Morphing Jar #2, Snipe Hunter, Card Trooper, Night Assailant, Veil of Darkness and Emissary of the Afterlife (I took out because if my deck stalls, I'm assuming they won't get destroyed) are options.

DeviantART just fails in some ways, miserably. Y'know? Actually, it could easily just be me not trying to actively engage in all the features of DA.

Last night was horrible. I can bearly talk about it.

Yesterday afternoon was fun hanging out with Darryl. I invited him over and we played on the GameCube. We used teh 4ction Replay on Pikmin 2 and Mario Power Tennis. Also played some Melee.

2-player versus mode is fecked up with invincible Pikmin. You can't throw your enemy Pikmin off so the best thing to do is reach your enemy's marble first and you've pretty much won.

We never played 2-player versus mode normally which would've been so fun. I wonder what professional players of the game would be like. I want to search for Pikmin 2 videos so I can see what crazy stuff people have accomplished.

I think people have underrated Pikmin 2. That game is SO much fun. Co-op mode too. Darryl was joking around once by throwing the Pikmin over the edge and hoarding all of them. Not many games let you do that.

Same in Grade 7 with someone named Emily Mansfield who I've drifted apart from. She acted weird on MSN and wasn't on often so I deleted her but I don't know if it was the right thing to do. So, as an act of pity, I added her to my Facebook friends and hope to contact her ever since I added her but I haven't yet. Hopefully, I'll get to it before she leaves my life forever.

I didn't shower yesterday because I thought I didn't need it. My kickboxing class was one big 'light-contact' sparring session with partner switches every other round.

I sweat in my sleep all the time now from all this STRESS so it doesn't even really matter whether I shower or not.

And what's up with people constantly telling me I don't know what STRESS means? My sis was right, my family is stubborn. I'm the anomaly.

I've worked a bit on my TF2 scripts (tf2wiki.net/wiki/User:NiteCyper). I found that the Pyro Panic Button doesn't have a wait command to let the command do a 360 automatically. You'd have to practise the timing to get it down.

I can get the timing down by testing the Spy faststab script which works if you lengthen the wait time on it.

I don't know if I should main Soldier, Medic or Spy. Spy isn't good in league play (I think. Must search for aG. Mummy). The conflict between Soldier and Medic is that I don't know if I'm helping the team more as a Soldier or Medic.

My secondaries would be EVERY other class.

People don't know to rocket jump to gain speed during lulls in combat as Soldier and Demo to help the Medic. As a Medic, I think I die too much perhaps.

My internet was down for a bit yesterday. Surprisingly, it was fixed by a support person at Shaw? (whoever my dad was calling and was on hold for for 20 minutes) who, I believe, got us through preliminary check-up by having us go through default steps to get it working.

So, I woke up at 4 AM this morning and instead of going back to sleep, I showered, brushed my teeth (and my invisalign) and played TF2.

I played 'til my mom walked past to go to work at 5:30 AM and she got pissed saying that by waking up early to play TF2, we're going back right to where we started. I told her not to freak out but she did. In the end, I said I wouldn't do it again and she was just frazzled. As she left, she told me to turn off the computer because it was loud (just an offhand remark to tell me to turn off the computer, I guess) so, I did. My gaming computer needs repairs. The CPU fan hits a wire behind itself and it's a BITCH to unscrew. I want to upgrade it. The backside and side exit fans don't work (just the top exit). The frontal headphone/microphone slots, one or the other, don't work. And I got some sort of power surge of the USB slots in the back so nothing USB-connecting will work there.

I go by a 'no man left behind' ethic when medic achievementing. I found an awesome server with a map specifically for the medic achievements. Favorited it too. Just sort servers by map and you'll find one that's specifically for medic achievements.

First Do No Harm: Play a full round without killing any enemies and score the highest on a team of 6 or more players.
Quadruple Bypass: Heal a teammate who's taking fire from 4 enemies at once.
Group Health: Work with 2 other medics to deploy 3 simultaneous uber-charges.
Surgical Prep: Have an uber-charge ready before the setup phase ends.
Trauma Queen: Deploy 3 uber-charges in less than 5 minutes, and assist in 5 kills during that time.
Double Blind Trial: Deploy an uber-charge within 8 seconds of a nearby enemy medic deploying his.
Play Doctor: In a team with no medics, be first to switch to medic after a teammate calls "Medic!" and then heal 500 health.

First do no harm: Heal snipers on 2fort (preferrably while they wallhack), same with DM_duel. Of course, you have to make sure the round doesn't last a while.

Quad Bypass: You can get the achievement while your victim is being ubered (IMPORTANTE!). You have to be the one healing to get it. Your victim has to be hit by 4 projectiles AT ONCE! Use Sniper's SMG, I guess.

Remember that a good marker is someone taunting, usually the victim.

Triage: Demo crit stickies. Someone said you can do it with your own team's projectiles? Doesn't make sense to me.

Preventative Medicine (Yes, they changed the spelling): This one's a bit odd because it won't work if you fuck it up. Basically, you have to have the cap point. The enemy has to get on there and start capping. You uber someone and they walk onto the cap point and they will no longer be able to cap it and you should get the award. Problem is, if your opponent steps on after you or if the guy being ubered tries to stop the cap while not ubered, it'll mess up and you have to redo.

People get irritable having to restart an achievement. Like Quad Bypass. TRY TO GET PEOPLE TO GO DOWN THE LIST IN ORDER INSTEAD OF GOING IN CHAOTIC ORDER (oxymoron).

I slept past 7:30. Woke up at 7:37 on my alarm clock which is like 4 minutes fast and it's irritating when you know the bus is right outside, passing by your house and you're too embarrassed to hail it a block away from the bus stop where you are supposed to board.

So, I had to walk to school. I learnt nothing from this lesson of having to walk to school on foot because I don't know how much I care about school anymore.

It's 9:38. I arrived at 9:30. I started my journey from home at 8:40? I walked slow.

I moved to White Rock, British Columbia, Canada (any smashers nearby?) when I finished elementary school and I don't regret leaving my 'friends' behind. I now have friends who share the same interests as I and that has really boosted my self-confidence.

I'm reduced to coming home to watch TV, eat some food, wait 'til it's time to go to boxing and reading my book 'til the wee hours of the morn' and sleep.

Korey, a (kick)boxer who is of the same weight/age group as myself sparred me yesterday in a 'spar all day' class. I was REALLY not in the mood because I was hella depressed.

Korey likes to talk about me behind my back to my classmate Kiel, is in my Planning class, relaying this information to me.

It's odd since I don't really acknowledge him. I don't really acknowledge anyone in my boxing class. I find no fun in the exercise and just do it mindlessly.

Anyway, now I have some aching spots on my legs where he kicked me and my back was in pain as well when I woke up this morning.

It ticked me off that I had to do one of the most intense forms of physical activity when I had just been woken up to be sent to boxing when, which I rarely do, tell my mum that I didn't want to go to boxing that day.

I woke at 9 o'clock today. My clock said ten o'clock because I fidgeted with it this morning in my half-sleep trying to turn off my cell-phone alarm.

I always think it's my alarm clock alarm first before I realise it's my cell-phone alarm and then I snooze it all the way the fuck out of here.

I slept at 1:30 am the previous night. The only think I worry about my oversleep is griefing my dad who has to drive me to school then.

I don't get to play with any friends, if that's what you think is an alternative.

So, I contacted my counsellor yesterday about the ordeal hoping for some easy-fix-miracle so I could get back to having a computer and whatever at home but we only talked a bit.

I got my mom to schedule an appointment with her. I think my mom is really too self-righteous. Blames it on me. Blames me for blaming it on her. No respect.

I'm really just passive about this ordeal. I can't stop thinking to myself how I've done my mom no wrong and she sees that it's right for me to feel miserable by having all my stuff confiscated.

As if that's the magic cure to solve my homework problems. Motivation? I have none.

Damn, Tubthumping by Chumbawumba is so simple and fun. I recall it so well since it was one of the two looped songs in the game World Cup 98 that I used to have for the computer.

The lyrics are basically: 'I get knocked down, but I get up again! Nothing's ever gonna keep me down!' Which is pretty frickin' awesome. The other looped song in the game was Absurd by Fluke.

In the game, I would turn off referee strictness and then tackle the shit out of the other team until even all their substitutes were crippled. Then I'd get insane scores. My best was above 105 where the score counter reset.

You could also make your own teams and I'd make one where every player had perfect stats. In campaign mode, I would only get past maybe the first 2-4 teams then fail at someone like Italy or Morocco? For some reason, I prominently recall Morocco.

I always faced Tunisia in friendlies because they had one of the worst teams, lol. Damn awesome game for the classics. I also had FIFA 98 which sucked in comparison. I didn't really... ]]> ~Dihgal
