That's right, 55 years ago, Disneyland first opened its gates. 55 years ago Walter Elias Disney completed a dream that would continue to spread joy and inspiration to all the world years after he would leave it.

Tonight the clock struck midnight on the life of a Disney Legend. Ms. Ilene Woods, the voice of Cinderella, has passed away.

In her honor, I'm currently watching Cinderella, and will probably be wandering around humming songs from the movie for days. It was never a real favorite of mine, but I do love it quite a bit. I'm also probably heading to the park tomorrow to give Cinderella a big hug. I think she deserves it.

So, since that's been brought up, I'm sort of limited on my trips to Disneyland. I can't drive at the moment, so I have to rely on others to get there and back, which means sometimes I can't make it. Also, due to some money issues there are days where I just plain can't go.

Currently, I can visit the parks two Sundays in a row, then skip one.

However, in addition to going on Sunday this week, I am also going to the park on Friday, so you can probably expect some updates on Saturday.
