I updated Love Fool * [link] * and am glad with its reactions. After cooling off I've also posted it back up on FF.net, realizing that you can't please everyone with what you create and you have to learn to take it in stride. Hooray for maturing.

Besides my cosplay troubles, I'm mostly writing. I may head up to Little Tokyo on Saturday to look at kimono/yukata. Other then that I'm doing a whole lot of nothing...my life is pretty uneventful and boring.

I got bored waiting for Death Note to come on, so I ended up coloring an old sketch of mine, and it came out really nice! I've hit a...lemon scene writer's block, in the middle of the scene. xD I'm trying really hard to work through it, and it's coming along, sort of, so wish me luck in finishing it!

It's gotten pretty cold around here, and since I've dropped my classes I find myself taking up hobbies I kind of left behind. I've become quite the video game nut, and I'm picking back up on anime I've never seen, or never even bothered giving the time of day to--like Death Note, which I must say, is an extremely captivating series, and although all of the manga is out, I'm going to watch the anime to see what happens. April is such a boring month. Besides easter and someone else's spring break, there is absolutely nothing to do. Even in California April weather sucks. Overall, it's a depressing month.

The newest thing to my gallery is my dev ID, which Kaoru made for me<3. I recently commissioned Chevi, because I love her art >__<, *reminds herself to go onto paypal tonight*. It's taking forever for me to cut the fabric for my costumes for Anime Expo 2007. Which is Long Beach, btwai. It took forever to find a hotel, but everything is fine now.

BUT IT'S NOT. Over two months ago I bought the presale tickets to the May 3rd show for Fall Out Boy. Due to personal issues in the band, tour dates have been pushed back, and now I can't see them till July 2nd. Now, I wouldn't complain unless...THAT WAS THE LAST DAY OF ANIME EXPO. And naturally, if I don't get early entry, I have to get in line at the crack ass of dawn. MEANING: I miss the last day of AX. Omgwtfbbq. I vowed I wouldn't do this anymore.

Junior year I missed the majority of AX due to work, and it depressed the hell out of me. And now, because of PERSONAL ISSUES, I have to make a choice. Thanks A LOT. I know this may make me look like an uber bitch because MAYBE a relative died or something. I understand that, but look, the first start of their tour was originally the beginning of may. Now they're starting it on May 11th. Pushed back a whole week. WTF. God. Alright. I can't rant anymore. It's just pissing me off moar. >:[

Other than that. School is almost over. So that's a plus. Work is going alright, and I finally caught up on all my lost sleep. And that...is the update on my life.

Since before I can remember, I've loved my major; Japanese. I've loved it so much that just the thought of not being able to accomplish it sets me to tears. And I hate that I don't have the teacher I had for 4 years. The teacher that I modeled what job I wanted afterward. What school I wanted to graduate from afterward. And now I have this horrid professor that makes me hate the very language I want to become immersed in, to live, breathe, to speak, to dream. She makes me feel stupid, unconfident, incompitent. And I know that another person shouldn't make you feel that way, because you should rely on what you believe you are; but everything is just. so. hard. I have nothing to fall back on. It is the only thing I want, the only thing I have. There is nothing else that would make me happier than being able to wake up, and having the first words I say to anyone be "Ohayou Gozaimasu".

I feel like I'm going nowhere with my job. I'm currently living paycheck to paycheck and I can't figure out where all my money is going. I don't even think I'll have enough to buy people things to christmas, not even for my mom and dad. I keep putting things off, or getting sick, or hurt, and so everything is pushed farther and farther from me.

Sometimes. It's like I'm sitting there in the middle of nowhere, with no one, and nothing. There are no signs, no directions. And all I can do is sleep or watch myself sink into nothing, with no one to grab my hand to keep me from disappearing.

My dad was in the hospital last monday. He thought he had a heart attack. When I was told the night afterwards, I didn't even have a response for it. I kind of just went about what I was doing before. I wish I could've responded differently. I called him to see if he was alright, and he was, but I didn't //feel// anything. Why not? Why didn't I feel anything even though it was a person I cared about so much? Why couldn't I cry even though I could cry about losing my dreams? I had my father before I had those dreams. A father that supports those dreams. A father that believes in me. The only man that will tell me Im beautiful, and that he loves me, and I can't even be bothered to shed one. single. tear. when he might've been seriously ill.

I don't want to get old if it's going to feel this way. Like I'm going nowhere. Too busy to even talk with old friends, or have fun, or just care about everything/anything else around me. I just want to be a hermit and forget about my responsibilities, only to come out when everything is right again.

Sometimes. I just get so lost.

ANIME EXPO! Was cool. Having a hotel room this year was very nice, and the Naruto gathering. AMAGAWSH. Can you say chaos?? Btw: if you were a naruto, and a sakura came up and gave you a cup of ramen, that was me...haha. I had a great moment with this orochimaru cosplayer...she just kept SWEARING. I loved it.

Also, if youd like to see any of my cosplay pics, just ask, Im really anxious to show them!!

I got to hug this really cuuuute Sanji-one piece- x___x and I picked up a bunch of nice things in the exhibit hall too! My cosworx cat ears and choppa plush[ see devID ] are my favorite though.<3 Unfortunately I didn't get to go to the CLAMP panel. Sigh, depressing. But I didn't get tired of the regular disneyland goers staring at me and my group of friends in our cosplay outfits like we were INSANE. It was classic. I also liked getting up uber early and coming outside the hotel room...and seeing the other half of the hotel was also Con goers ready for AX in their outfits. It brought a tear to my eye. Im such a nerd -shuffles away-.

Im now in the process of getting another job. -shrug- Ive been out of work for about 3 months, and it was nice while it lasted, but HEY, I need money, and I miss working. -fingers crossed- I hope I get some calls tomorrow<333

Ive got my tickets and hotel set up for Anime Expo 06 all ready to go, so Im interested to know if any deviants are setting up shop in Artists alley, because if you are, Id like to stop by and maybe even request something!

My birthday bonfire ended up being pretty fun. It took forever just to get the fire going, but alex came through with the drinks, and the stereo ended up working, and all the people I invited came. At the end of the night my gal pals took me to a convenience store and got me to buy a scratcher--won 8 dollars, haha--a naughty magazine xD and cigarettes--not for me, I dont smoke x_x.

Both Sakura outfits are finished[ sakura from naruto, and sakura from tsubasa ]. I would put up pictures, but I have to go pick them up from my aunts in hollywood. Im just stoked to have nice cosplay outfits this year. Ive been tied up in loveless, deathnote, and howls moving castle sketches, all unfinished, and with no help to ink them when they are. My rock lee genius joke comic strip which I plan on being AWESOME, is undone, and everytime I lift my pencil it doesnt look right and I erase stuff. Which is how its been with everything.

So, the first sem. of my senior year is over and I only have 3 classes to take for the second...which frees up alot of time for inking and shtuff. Which everyone should be happy to know[ or if you remotely care ] I have accquired an inking partner~! I sketch/draw, and she uses photoshop and illustrator on a computer so massive it could operate a plane o_o. She's amazing at coloring too, she did a Sasuke, sakura piccie for her graphic arts class and it was 80+ layers!!!! x_x [btw i will be posting up the pic on my DA for her. ]

So yes, she sadly cannot sketch and suggested that I do the sketching and she adds the color. Im so excited xD
