I'm thankful for what I still have, my family and friends, and all those things that won't fade away just yet. Cookies I haven't had in years, purple sticky notes, Sharpies and limeade. I'm thankful for the memories I can forever keep whether good or bad, and for all those that are yet to come.

I'm thankful for my muses, because they are the inspirations that keep me from going insane.

I'm tired and I haven't slept since returning from Manassas and I have to go back there again today even though I just want to stay home 'cause LISETTE COMMITTED SUICIDE and I never should have left for Manassas yesterday 'cause she MIGHT BE ALIVE RIGHT NOW if I had been able to get to her the same way I did when she tried to kill herself last November and now SHE'S GONE because I WASN'T THERE and I need someone to talk to and I CAN'T STOP CRYING.

Honestly, lift your hand if you have had your friend killed or if they have commit suicide. This isn't a rhetorical question, I honestly want to know.

To me it will never make sense why she did it BUT SHE DID. She told me sometimes she felt nobody cared about her and I wonder HOW SHE COULD THINK THAT when I'M RIGHT HERE. And if she could see the pain I'm in or the pain it could cause me SHE MIGHT NOT HAVE DONE IT either. She was a cutter and HAD STOPPED CUTTING so I have no idea WHAT HAPPENED TO HER that could make her do this.

I honestly apologize for writing this but this should be an explanation to if I start acting oddly by not replying or something. Excuse the all caps in the middle of sentences.

Well anyways, just to update things really quickly, I've corrected the the spelling of Heeryu's name to Hiryu. I blame my brother for not spelling it right in the first place. I'll go back and change it everywhere soon. I'll be telling Hiryu's story from the beginning and stuff. Also, I'll be making an AU of them and such. In comic form. So new ref sheets. Blah blah blah. I'm boring you aren't I? I'm boring myself.

Speaking of bored, while I get this all going, I really need to search my folders for things I was going to scan. I want to draw stuff, but I'm kinda stuck, so prepare for random doodles in anime style. (Well that's not new, is it?) I'd take requests, but that's pointless.

And on another note, just to update on what's happened last week. Last Monday there was no school. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday, it snowed and the roads were too dangerous, so there wasn't any school either.

On Saturday, January 24th, my cousin came over to my house, even though she was sick. My mother caught it from Sunday until Tuesday. On Wednesday night, I got it. So on Thursday and Friday, I didn't go to school either. My sister is sick now, and she couldn't even go to church yesterday. I'm all better now, though. I just hope my brother doesn't get it.

Yeah, a whole week of no school. It felt pretty good, but you miss it eventually. It was just getting used to going to school again, when this happened. I went to school today, though, so I feel fine. A little confused and I have a lot of homework, but whatever.

Deadlines for Fanart

Yes, I've put deadlines for the fanart I owe you. I've decided to make the deadline the 14th of February, Valentine's Day here in the US. (Because I love you all!

I feel that now that I have a deadline, I'll get down to business with references and such. I've given myself enough time (3 weeks, not including today) so that I don't feel rushed, but not too much so that I get lazy about it. It's been about two month, for some of you, since I've promised you art, so here I am, really, truthfully committing to it.

My brother's OCs

When my brother was 13, he created some OCs. He wrote a story about them, and he seemed really passionate about it. It was fifty pages, typed in super small font, and very interesting. I never read it, I was really young. He did read me and my cousin a scene, a battle scene actually, and I loved it so much.

I really looked up to him at that time. He drew some pictures of his OC and told me a bit more about them. I'd watch him draw in his room, looking over his shoulder, envying him. But then he got into guitar. He stopped skateboarding, drawing and writing his story.

One day, cleaning his room, he accidentally through out his story. A few months later, he told me how much he regretted it. I believe his characters (which I shall post more about here) should get some attention. So I am writing some short stories about them, and drawing some art about them. I'm really excited about doing this for my brother, and interested in seeing how you'll react to the art.
