HEYO DEVS
so it's been awhile so here I go with an up to the date!


STAR TREK IS TOTALLY EPICTACUALR. holy moly cows batman it was good. I have now added it to the list of my favorite movies of all time. Anton Yelchin as Pavel Chekov is so adorable! hehe and he was Charlie Bartlett which makes me even happier. and oh Zachary Quinto, liked him in Heroes. LOVED him as Spock. I mean Spock is my fav star trek character anyways ((Live long and prosper Leonard Nimoy!) But Zachary just brought such new awesomeness to the character. All in all it was pretty much the most epic movie I've seen in years.

But Wolverine was AWESOME. not epic like star trek... but awesome! and I love how they through Emma Frost in there with Scott, it like made my life. 'Cept then I remembered the killed Scott off in X-3 and then I got sad. Now... Gambit... Gambit ... Gambit... my fav x-men... *sigh* ... he was good... but not great. A little bit disappointing, I was. the accent, the mannerisms, the way he looked. It just didn't blow me away. I guess nothing can live up to the way` I imagine my fav characters but still ... yeah, I just need more than Taylor Kitsch was giving... (hehe that sounded a wee bit dirty)... but Taylor Kitsch is dang sexy though.


oh and if your wondering about the dinosaurs I've been on a huge Jurassic Park kick this week a long with Star Trek and X-men. So it makes for pretty intense dreams.
I've also been reading books by vivian vande velde.... my dreams are like super cool horribly scary acid trips I assure you.

My Sub. is going to run out in a week *tear*

I will be gone from March 11th till March 20th. I'm going back to California, wow time does fly I can't believe it's been a year since my last trip.
Anyways I'm very excited cause this time round I will be seeing "Wicked" on Broadway which is going to be sooooo epic.
anyways point being I won't be on DA for awhile.

Currently Reading: The looking Glass wars (Book 1 & 2) Anyone else read them? they're pretty okay.

I also finished reading The Never Ending Story by Micheal Ende. UUUHH-MAZING book everyone go read it... NOW! Seriously it was quite deep. and waayy better than the movie. Btw I saw on Perez that their re-making the movie. I have yet to decide how I feel about this.


I saw Watchmen the other night. I'm going to go against the grain and say it was MEH. just blah. I wasn't blown away by it, but then again I wasn't like a super fan of the graphic novel. But I thought it was very well adapted. Basically I only have four words to describe it though: Glowing Blue Male Genitalia.
(I'm so immature he he)

which is very dark, and the inferi creep the crap out of me.... Which makes me even more excited! 129 days left BOO YAH!

I'm totally loving the new devart pages !! How about you?

OBAMARAMA (as puts it) is pretty exciting, I'm not American but I did watch Obama's Inauguration Speech and found it to be quite awe inspiring.

THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON is an amazing film. stunning actually as far as movies go. But surprisingly enough I found myself balling my eyes out and connecting more with the film Marley & Me. It's a charming film and the acting done by Owen Wilson is phenomenal, Both these movies really touched my heart. So I'm recommending them to anyone who reads this.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY GOOD BOOKS FOR ME TO READ??
I was in a huge geeky comic/manga phase this month for some reason but it's starting to come to an end and I'm looking to get myself back into novels. "A History of Love" by Nicholas Kraus (I think that's how you spell it?) I hear from a friend is good. Anyways I'm looking for a nice deep read, I think it's because of TCCofBB that's put me in the mood for such things.

as for me life is quite dull go to work, eat, sleep, breathe, hang out with people, watch tv and read. I'm content and yet restless
which is why I bought a travel guide and a bunch of travel magazines !!! England here I come ! ...eventually...
other than dreaming of adventure, I've been wasting my life away by
reading North and South, and of course.. lol.. Fanfiction
watching all the movies i gots and boughts for Christmas. (aka Hook, Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium, Alice in Wonderland 1985 version, Pay it Forward, Horton Hears a Who, Dark Knight, Labyrinth, and Quest for Camelot Special edition DVD) ... I like movies.. okay..jeez.
and of course Playing Kingdom Hearts I & II ( hehe I started number two even though I haven't finished number one... heh... I AM NOT A PATIENT GAMER! -__-;; )
My Fam and I also got a Wii Fit which allows me to rid myself of Christmas weight while at home. Which is swell because all the snow means no runs/ walks outside for Beth which equals Beth getting suuuuuper lazy.
Anyways to sum it up... because I'm not in school I do nothing and my brain is turning to mush.
I really need to figure out what to do with my life...
I'm thinking about taking a children's literature course for fun, but that really gets me no where in life...
So to quote a movie i recently watched with some friends "I'm not happy, but I'm not unhappy about it."
I'm stuck in life. But now I'm gonna work on getting unstuck. '09 is fresh untarnished and at the moment I'm Optimistic ! WOO!

BTW if you like music in movies, look up "Night Time" and "Mahoney's Debut" by Aaron Zigman & Alexandre Desplat. They Are truly beautiful and inspiring pieces of music.

I'm graduated from highschool now.

how did I manage that?

well technically I only had convocation & prom
I still have 2 weeks of school left and then I attend another prom with a friend
and then it's off to camp ... perhaps my last summer working with the kids at camp?
and hanging with Lana and laughing at the "duuuudes" ....
NAAAWWW! I adore those kids. and how could I ever survive without camp ?


but seriously.. how old do I feel right now... old..
what am I going to do for the rest of my life?
I wish I knew
and I really wish I could take off to england right away but first I have to work and safe up
which sucks uuuggghh responsibility.
I am so not gonna be a good adult.


I totally dont have a plan...
but I'm gonna take life by storm.

I LOVE PRINCE CASPIAN.
but you know what ?
EDMUND IS A CRAZY FLYING WONDER MACHINE.
and definitely my favorite character ( besides lucy and Reepicheep)
WOOOOOOW it was so intense I was like Gasping and covering my eyes and biting my nails
the guys behind me laughed at me a couple times...
i was kinda embarrassed..
but i left my purse in the theatre and i think they were the ones who found it and gave it to my friend britt so I guess they were nice after all.

ANYWAYS i digress.
AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
it was so AWESOME!
IT WAS EPIC.
EPIC WIN FURRR SHURRREE.

although it didn't really follow the book much which kinda peeved me off.....
i mean the whole youknowwhich chick macken on youknowwhich guy ..
( I wont say just in case anyone who bothers to read this hasn't seen the preview )
well the whole macken thing just isn't supossed to happen like that
although my girly romantic side la-la-la-luuuvvved it.

but no seriously Edmund is awesome
he really was great in this movie
and the fact that in the first movie he was the one that had to over come so much
just makes him a really humane and likable character
that at least was just like the books.

Reepicheep was done well i thought, not quite how i pictured him
but still just as lovable.
Lucy rocks the best though. her character will always be the one i identify most with
which is why the next movie will be awesome since its my fav book
"Voyage of the Dawn-Treader"
rock on man. i can't wait. bring on the ship and the dragon.

so my official rating?

4/5 stars
it leaves me satisfied for now
but wanting MORE MORE MORE in the future.

oh and...
whilest Ben Barnes wins hands down for being the sexiest thing in this film.
Skandar Keynes takes home my heart.
His acting was amazing. and he's pretty cute not gonna lie.
William Moseley gets an honorable mention
for being the cute blond hair blue eyed hero type.
buuuttt he just doesn't do it for me. he's more of a "brittanyloveshim" type.

I Love To Sing and ACT. Acting is my true passion, the stage is my home. I Hope I am a truly Kindred Spirit. I Love music of all sorts. I Love to watch classic little kid Disney, or WB movies. I read a lot, Mostly Fantasy. Reading = Escape from Reality. I love the extordinary and make believe. My Role Models Are Fictional characters: Anne Shirley ( which this past year I got the honor of playing her in the play: Anne of Green Gables ) and Peter Pan. I Love Musicals ! Wicked being my ultimate fav. I love meeting people and listening to people. I Love My Friends So much! more than they know. I'm a BIG harry potter fan yup it's almost scary ... actually it is scary... I Absolutely LOVE Tom Felton ( I have since I was 11) . I'm also a Jane Austin Fan, Mr. Darcy is Amazing ! Love Love Love. I wish I spoke with an English accent. 80's movies Rock my world. I think Jim Henson and his brother are genius'. Princess Bride and Quest For Camelot Are my two of my top movies. it defiantly is my happiest place on earth although it was ALL pretty much amazing I would have to say my top ten highlights were:

1. PETER PAN. (I love him. he's so cute. poor guy though, he gets chased down and tackled by people, all the girls haha oh well ) and basically anything to do ith peter pan was my fav.
The Ride = my fave ride. and the Pirate ship in Fantasmic is magical.
2. the scary eel dude from the Little Mermaid Parade, he snapped at my friend and I both times we watched the Parade of Dreams He was so Creepy !!! I loved Him.
3. The Mad Hatter and Alice ( other than Peter PAn they are my favorite characters)
4. #3 leads me to #4 while I was snapping pictures of Alice and Reginald I realized I was standing beside the one and only haha so yeah I met her !! I was such an idiot though I got all nervous... I mean it isn't everyday you meet your artistic hero
she's very pleasant and nice from what I could tell. Which credits her to even more respect from me
5. The Animation School in California Adventures, it's got the Beast Library in it along with a bunch of other stuff it's AMAZING
6. The Fireworks with Julie *omgyesIknowitisbecauseshesthemostamazingpersonintheworld* Andrews. haha her narration was stunning. and the whole " I wish..." thing in the fireworks almost made me cry, it was lovely ( I'm an emotional person btw)
7. The Talking Garbage Can who talked to me and when it found out I was from Canada it sang to me, it was pretty much one of the funniest things I ever seen.
8. ALADDIN THE MUSICAL - I love Aladdin and I love Musicals I mean c'mon !! plus it is a cute dude singing and dancing around with half a shirt on... whats not to like?
9. Tower of Terror/// California Screamer/// Indian Jones -- Golly Gee I love those rides with a burning passion
10. The Jungle Ride. My friends and I rode that ride so many times, the line up is short and we always had the funniest "tour guides" the first one was the best though with his " That's a polar bear" but then there was Cota ( yes that's his name ) and he sang "SWEET CAROLINE BUM BUM BUMP!!!" with us in line till the boat came., I shall never ever ever forget him he was stunning, Cota wherever you are ( probably in California because you work at Disneyland ) I Love You.

gaaah it was all so much fun I really want to go back, but that won't be for awhile and I think I'm going to go at a less busy time of year, *sigh* I'm very depressed to be home I think my true home is Disneyland haha anyways that was basically my trip in a nutshell, it was great fun!! and I met Bri-chan I mean how cool is that? annnd did I mention I met Cinderella

I Love To Sing and ACT. Acting is my true passion, the stage is my home. I Hope I am a truly Kindred Spirit. I Love music of all sorts. I Love to watch classic little kid Disney, or WB movies. I read a lot, Mostly Fantasy. Reading = Escape from Reality. I love the extordinary and make believe. My Role Models Are Fictional characters: Anne Shirley ( which this past year I got the honor of playing her in the play: Anne of Green Gables ) and Peter Pan. I Love Musicals ! Wicked being my ultimate fav. I love meeting people and listening to people. I Love My Friends So much! more than they know. I'm a BIG harry potter fan yup it's almost scary ... actually it is scary... I Absolutely LOVE Tom Felton ( I have since I was 11) . I'm also a Jane Austin Fan, Mr. Darcy is Amazing ! Love Love Love. I wish I spoke with an English accent. 80's movies Rock my world. I think Jim Henson and his brother are genius'. Princess Bride and Quest For Camelot Are my two of my top movies. Random Other Obsessions would have to be Alice In Wonderland, Robin Hood, Old Folklore/ Fairytales, and Vivian Van Vielde Books. I guess... I would have to say I'm a hopeless romantic... umm.. yeah... In My life I want to effect someone else's life for the better. ( as Cheesy as it sounds XD )
