Okay, so why is it every time I come on to dA something has changed colour or moved? The search bar was black, then orange, then green, then black again - you'll have to forgive me if I'm wrong - and now it's moved from right to left.
I'm not complaining. Some people don't seem to like anything changing and manage to throw a major wobbly about it, but I'm just confused. What was the scene like when they designed the new site?

I find it funny how women tend to dislike so slang terms for vagina, such as snatch and the dreaded C word. I've always had my theory that women like to imagine that their vagina is a beautiful flower that shouldn't be described with such coarse words. Of course, men back them up on this.
The ugly truth is that vaginas are not beautiful. They may come as part of a fine package, and some are better than other, but the most polished turd is still a turd.

This isn't to say that they are repulsive, but in the grand scheme of things they're hardly the prettiest bits of kit.

I was gonna make a journal about falafel, but I don't know anything about it, and I just came back home to find out some fucked up news.
While I was out, my neighbour informs me, two 16 year old cunts had kicked my cat twice. He's a fairly old cat, so it apparently took him a while for him to get away before the second kick. Then my neighbour gave them a telling off. I would have given them more than that I can tell you what - I'd turn them into falafel.
I could be pretty sadistic given the chance. I would have fucked them up, never mind how old they were. I'd steal their shoes and make them walk home. I'd make them apologise, then steal their phone and tell their parents. Fuck, seriously, the world is better off I don't have super powers. I'd be the worst super hero ever. I'd make criminals eat their own fingers and shit (that's right, shit).

I don't know what you want to comment on this. The cat seems okay, we haven't taken him to the vet yet, but all his front claws have splintered where he'd try to get away. Suggestions for what to hit them with should I ever see these guys?

So it's a bank holiday monday, and I had to go to my shitty job at the ol' supermarket. It was dead, and we were open for far longer than necessary. I served only 30 customers over the four hours I was there, and I actually gave one Â£125.80/$249.357 that she's won on the lottery. I'm pretty sure I actually gave out more money than I brought in, yo.
So that made me happy. I did fuck all today, and got paid for it.

I also drew this with a fucked up pencil, which made me happy.

Although if there was anyone thinking of becoming my internet groupies I'm sure you don't look like that. I'm sure you're really pretty. You probably also want to give me some money as well.

Hey guys. I said I'd be more active, and this journal proves it. I.E. More than nothing still isn't much.

So I'd just like to make a journal about *stressedjenny. Not because I think her art is so amazing I have to tell you about it and suggest you go

fave her entire gallery^*, and it's not because she's at the centre of some interesting drama that I would like to give my take on. It's because her avatar has captivated me.

Hey. I'm back, or at least, I'll try to be. I'll stick some jounals up to keep in touch with ma peeps, y'knowhamsayin'?

Anyway, I've become a bit of a night owl of late which would explain the time this journal was written/posted (GMT, yo). During my few extra hours awake at night I find the urge to occupy my time with something. Re-reading 'The Watchmen' has been a good one, but most of the time the lure of the internet wins out. So as I sit here in the dark, reading crap, downloading porn, sagebombing, and generally having nothing better to do, my screen is oft attacked by a lothesome creature.
A moth. And I couldn't tell you why, but I am convinced it is the same moth. Many a time he has flitted at my screen, caused me to jump while reading creepy stories, or swooped under my nose to taunt me.
This night we engaged in an epic battle.
He flew at the screen and bounced around a bit, smug and content in the knowledge he had already annoyed me. I swung at him, and for once managed to bat him from the air. Panicked he flung himself around my keyboard attempting to right himself, before flying away. In his haste he hit my screen once more, and once more fell to the hard plastic keyboard below. This routine repeated a few times, each time the moth became more erratic. More scared. I was closing in.
All the while during this frightened thrashing I had been making frantic grabs at the beast. Finally I made my triumphant snatch at victory. I had him between my thumb and forefinger. He beat his wings frantically and fought for freedom. I had him by the head. I couldn't adjust my grip in order to deliver the crushing he so deserved. I gave a twist and released.
It seems I hadn't killed him yet. He leapt from the keyboard, bounced from the screen and sank into the darkness. I felt defeated. I must have only had him by the antenna. I assume they can live without them.
But when I looked up I saw a beautiful smear of yellow guts on the screen in front of me.
Don't think I'll be seeing that bastard moth again.

One day on Halloween, I decided to fuck with the major retard at school when I came out of science for break. He was dressed as Ash. Knowing this was going to happen, I brought a Mudkips doll. Thus I started the conversation, making sure no one saw me.

"So I heard you like Mudkips..."

"Mudkips? I LUUUUUUUUUUUURVE MUDKIPS."

"OF COURSE.

" happen to have a Mudkips here, and."

Before I finished the sentence, which would have resulted in me hitting him across the face with the doll, he grabbed it. In one swift motion his pants were down and he was violently humping it. Not to get between a man and his Mudkips, I started to walk away, because there is no way I'd be caught wrestling a half-naked crazy guy humping a Mudkips.

Needles to say, within 5 to 10 seconds, some girls saw him and started screaming. I cooly walked into a restroom, pretending nothing had ever happened; not that I had intended that outcome, but now that it was in play I didn't want to be involved.

I came back two minutes later, and like any wanton act on school grounds there was now a huge crowd round him. He was still fucking it and baying this real fucked up 'EEEEEEEEEEINNNNF EEEEEEEEEEINNNF' sound. Suddenly a scuffle broke out in the middle, meaning he probably did something stupid. I asked someone what had happened. A girlfriend of one of the football players tried to get him to stop, but he bit her for trying to take it away. Someone called in a few football players (all dressed up like Road Warrior) who proceeded to pummel the shit out of the guy. Meanwhile the school police were freaking out and having trouble getting in to the situation.

A few minutes later the intruder alarm went off and we were shuffled into classrooms. Over the intercom the principal announced that someone had thrown a flaming plush toy into the library. Uh.. what the hell.

So we were kept there and about 30 minutes later the principal came on again. This time he was saying that whoever was behind the beating should turn themselves in. All of a sudden this woman began yelling ÂI WILL SUE YOU FOR DAMAGES. YOU LITTLE PUNKS, IÂM GONNA SUEÂÂ and it was cut off.

I asked an office later what had happened. Apparently his mother had come to pick him up and threatened to sue for the beating and 'whatever else happened.' The school threatened to counter-sue because of lewd conduct, inciting a riot, and starting a fight.

So I ask you: do you like Mudkips?

The other day I went to my local comic shop, as I have often done, and I had a look around manga section. I'm not too ashamed to admit that I like manga, usually, but today I was.

It was an unusually busy day, and the weirdest, weirdo, geeks that London had to offer were out in force. If the loud mouthed young ghetto boy with more blackheads on his nose that braincells in his head wasn't wasting enough oxygen, there was a girl on standby who'd seen fit to wear a Naruto Headband and cat ears. I think both of them had backpacks with plush toys pinned to them.

The saddest part was that I was probably the coolest person there, and I was wearing a PokÃ©mon t-shirt. I felt so ashamed to be there, so I decided that if I was the coolest person there I should probably raise the bar a bit.

It was time to go clothes shopping.

I had to buy at least one cool outfit so I could hold my head up high as I reach for the next Deathnote, but with any luck I'll be building a whole new wardrobe so I don't look like a Geography teacher anymore. But what were the cool kids wearing? From what I could gather as an outsider you had to dress like you worked at Topman in order to look cool.

I don't like Topman, so I thought I'd ease into it and dress like I worked for Uniqlo. So I bought myself an outfit that one of the manikins was wearing. I also bought a striped hoody, since every boring fucker under the sun wears horizontal stripes, and a pink shirt with crazy shit on it, since slightly gay appears to be cool as well.

All the manikins in the shop were wearing Converse. I had already known that Converse was the favoured brand of the borg, so luckily I already had a pair. But surely one wasn't enough now? Maybe it was time to invest in a second colour, or at least keep my current pair in pristine whiteness?

I don't know. It's lost on me really. I still have the problem of what to do with my awful frizzy hair? I really don't know what to do with it. People seem to be copying Russell Brand and giving themselves terrible hairstyles. I don't know what copying him expresses really... Is it "I'm unimaginative" or just "I wish I was a womaniser"? If women really liked bad hair I'd be elbow deep in pussy, but I am not.

I thought maybe I should become a hat person, but to do that I'd apparently have to exfoliate. Doesn't seem to be worth the effort...

I have a new laptop, yo. It's totally hardcore. I'm getting it all set up. It's so nice to be off the shared family computer so I can finally do what I want. I can make Firefox the default internet browser, I can keep my desktop free of stupic shortcuts to shit no one uses, and I can have a big old folder called "Porn". It might even go right on the fucking desktop.

I can have whatever wallpaper I want too, so I found this fucking cute picture of a Slowbro and made it my wallpaper. I had to make it bigger to fit my screen. This laptop totally buttfucks my old desktop.

So this got me thinking that I'd make some similar wallpapers, so first five people to shout me their favourite PokÃ©mon will get it draw for them.

Though, to be completely honest, if your favourite PokÃ©mon is failous I'm not gonna bother.

The reason I've done this is that I was thinking of applying to Fat Chunk, and I thought it best to sort out my best work to show them. I don't know if my style is what most comic anthologies will be looking for, but it's worth a shot.
So I wanted to ask what you people thought - Does this represent my best? What are your favourite of my works? Are there any in that gallery you'd remove?
I really should work on some short comics to show people how it could work...

It's fun isn't it? Internet drama that is. Well there a nice big, hard-not-to-notice, chunk of it on DA (dA just looks stupid to me) at the moment over fan art. I thought I'd do an almost obligatory journal on the subject to express my irrelevant and pointless views.
From what I can tell it stems from *justflyakite, calling out *Amuria and =ramy for being bland, and I think he was implying that they were basically the same person. To imply such a thing seems unfair to me - I did notice differences in their style, and they are not the same person. Though, everyone in their gallery may well be.

But of course, I can't really claim to be above this. I have a fairly simple style, a lot of my characters I draw look alike. Lately all I seem to have drawn by way of humanoid characters is myself. (Though I have drawn myself with or without a nose on a whim)
Then again, *justflyakite can't really make this claim either, having drawn mostly a talking sphere and a talking box and those rabbit/beaver things. Or the occasional original character in that style:

He does dabble in the occasional fanart as well though which I find hypocritical.

Especially since he's made this stamp;

I don't know if *ladychimera and *Nire-chan mind him using their avatars to make it without permission. But, as it's a parody he can claim fair rights to use it, and they don't own the copyright to those characters anyway.
(While on the subject of stamps no one likes Megatokyo. Not even the populace of it's own forums. Old news.)

As is the usual affect of drama, this has divided opinion, as a quick search will show you there are stamps declaring there love for fan art etc.

I'm sick of being the only cunt sat at a bus stop in the blistering cold for half an hour. Why they're even called buses is beyond me. A more apt term would be 'Twat Mobile'. I was sat with some mentally handicapped individual playing some incredibly repetitive, sub-crazy frog piece of shit out loud on his phone for the enjoyment of his troglodyte friends, while someone's irritating offspring was pretty devoted to his mission of making the bus driver interested in the fact that "I have an orange!"
One day I'm gonna gut one of these annoying creatures like a fish and no one will care.

Okay, I've decided I might as well start taking notes now.

Since (according to the supermarkets at least) the season is apon us I thought I'd organise a little DA Secret Santa thing. The idea would be that you would note me a request of something you'd like drawn for you. Your name and your request would go onto a big list and would be randomly distributed to another Santa, and you would receive a request from another random individual.
The finished "presents" would all be posted at a later date nearer to the big day.

Since I think I'm gonna use this colourful minimalistic look for a while I thought I'd do away with the old black gothy journal. How's it look?
I think it seems a bit girly, but very few people have assumed I'm a girl on the internet, and if that's because I'm a doctor well then that's just blatant sexism. It's not on!

My friend ~J-Sasaki did a thing in his journal where he asked for people to give him a noun and he based comics around the nouns he got, so I thought I'd give that a go. So chuck some nouns at me and I might make some funky comics out of them.

I thought since I'm working on a slightly newer style I'd do a little shoutout to people who have influenced various aspects of my work.
Noses: ~Gouch. Never used to draw them until quite recently.
Hands: *skaffa and ~shallowfashionista.
This new typeface: ~shallowfashionista. I thought it was cute, so I've kinda stolen it.

Colouring: ~illeoh, another recent influence.
Other than that the rest I've usually just developed as a way of avoiding drawing difficult things, and admittedly a few things were adapted from manga type things that I liked.

I was at a 6th form party yesterday. I was drinking alot of Jack Daniels and Aftershock, so I was smashed out of my face. Stuff happens.
So I buy a drink for my cousin while I'm there (and win a drinking contest) on the condition I get bought one later. I did not. I deserve two for winning the contest.
I swapped shoes with a friend who wears size 5s (I'm a 10) and is female.
Got my lovely shoes [link] muddy.
Got my hoodie muddy.
Got my Pikachu sweatband from Japan muddy.
We break the sign off of a seafood shack near the venue. More 'to bits' than fully 'off' though. We attempted to steal another sign from said place, but it was too heavy.
I was acting fairly inappropriately, but I seem to have been forgiven.
Was offered puff inside the venue. There were teachers there. I took a drag on reflex and then suddenly went "whoa! Don't you wanna do this outside?"
I jumped on some girl's back, who was too weak to hold me up. Loser.
Some other girl slipped her hand down my pants and pushed her finger up my arse (not far).
I suggested that a girl who was tripped out on e "lez out" with her friend. They weren't impressed, yo.
We charged home knocking bins over.
Sent a text to someone I haven't seen in ages that made them fear I was going to commit suicide (I wasn't, but ooh dear).

So, none of that is particularly big, or clever, but it's the nature of being drunk in a crowd.

WA-HEY!
I went up London Christmas shopping today and they'd closed off the whole of Oxford street to traffic. They had performers and such. I wish I'd gone with my Halloween costume and done some mime, freaked some more people out, etc.
Particularly this one clothes shop that had a woman and a man doing a striptease act in the window of the shop every ten minutes. The woman's bra was slipping the second time, but nothing popped out/ Which was a shame. Also, despite being a man (boo penis!) he was a pretty good dancer and fairly entertaining mime.
I also bought a Munny while I was up there, but I've no idea what I'm going to do with it yet.
I shouldn't have gone with my brother though. Anything I thought he'd like, he bought, and anything I'd show him he seemed entirely uninterested in. I'll have to go up again some time in the week when he's still at school.

Not like it's a big deal anyway. Maybe it'll get me a emo/goth following. Furries seemed to like my Sonic piece 'Togther Forever' (I'm still getting favourites for that).

Which is why I've changed my featured deviation to 'Volcano, Lol' with Mr. Driller, which I always thought was the better work. Though I'll probably change it back if I get a bit favourite starved.

My A levels are in Media and Psychology alongside Chemistry. These subjects have taught me the foundations and importance of research. Through these subjects I have also developed different styles of writing, and oral presentation.

In addition to my chemistry studies I am also a member of the RSC ChemNet and a regular reader of New Scientist magazine, and have attended chemistry trips, such as a chemistry seminar which taught me the importance of chemistry in modern times, and inspired me to pursue a career in that direction.

I have participated in two upper school drama productions, though I decided to decline this year's performance in order to prioritise my work. From this I have gained the ability to speak in front of an audience, and to perform under pressure. Furthermore it taught me to manage my time in order to attend all the after hours and weekend rehearsals, which took some dedication.Being in the 6th form debate team (for the Ian Duncan Smith Challenge Cup) has taught me important skills, such as delivering a point, teamwork, and research.

In my spare time I enjoy writing, though my real passion is art and design. I mainly draw cartoons, which I believe to be a more serious medium than it is given credit, and one not simply meant for children.

Last summer I spent two weeks in Japan, since it is a culture I find very interesting. During my travels I visited temples in Kyoto and Osaka, and saw a lot of Tokyo as well as climbed Mt. Fuji. This trip was arranged independently, including flights, accommodation and various means of transportation. Japan has a particularly strong language barrier, which required some good communication skills to overcome, which I found possible, if somewhat challenging.

At university I hope to strengthen my understanding of chemistry, develop as a scientist, and to further my career opportunities in the field of chemistry.
