We actually had to leave before any interesting events (like the cosplay D: ) happened, so for the most part we walked around in the artist alley and hung outside watching all the other people walk by. There were...an alarming number of Tobis present. o_o Seriously. Other than that, all Akatsuki members were there save Kakuzu and Pein. ;_; On the other hand, there was an AMAZING Haku and Suigetsu, as well as an incredible Ichigo. A group of Captains were even doing a dance skit in the main area. Byakuya appeared to be slightly unenthusiastic. xD;

Over at the artist alley, I got to meet even if it was only very very briefly and basically all I did was mumble hi before rushing off and akdjf;asdljf;sj xD;;;. Also I got to see for the first time in a loooong time, and bought one of her awesome unicorn shirts. >: D
There was this table near the back there that was just doing commissions and they had samples of their work and omfg it was all gorgeous, so and I decided to ask if she could do Naruto stuffs, which she did. : D

In this month's shounen jump, Sasori's gotten out of Hiruko and brought out Kazie. This was great for me, since jump pages are huuuge and I've never actually seen high quality scans of these chapters. Dear god, I never realized just how drugged up he looked at that point. Anyway, I was happily flipping through the pages trying to make out all the little details like bits of the neck and arm lines baaarely showing, when I turn the page, stare at a panel for a few seconds, and then bust out laughing.
...because his eyes were looking off in opposite directions. It may not be THAT noticeable, but it's there. On top of everything else, it was just too much.
I love you, Sasori. xD;


I'm also planning to go to Kawaii Kon this year, since I chickened out or had bad grades the last two times. Just need to discuss it with my parents. If they agree, it'll be my first anime convention ever. : D

Ah-hum. Yes, this journal has no real purpose. My research paper is due tomorrow. Technically it's already late since it was originally due like....I dunno, one....two weeks ago? Haha. And this is only the beginning. I gotta come up with a ten question survey and get like a hundred students to fill it out. Then I have to analyze the results, make graphs to compare results, put together a display board, and present it to the class. On Friday. I don't have that class the rest of the semester.
This time my topic is bullying in school, rather than just violence. It's actually a bit easier since it's more specific, but damn I'm having a hard time concentrating. And unlike last time, I have no caffeine to constantly be sipping on clear through the night.

My god, that 'Tense' mood thingy matches me perfectly right now, you have no idea. *nervous chuckle*

Also, my Japanese project is like...basically not started, my Drawing and Painting project is reaaally iffy, my Biology project I didn't do but I'm hoping the unknown extra credit thingy plus the final exam will get me through, and I'm not gonna bother doing the English one either. DX
This paper takes priority. Hell yes it does.
Sad thing is, I honestly think I've improved a bit. This is the first time I've actually put real effort into doing a research paper and finished the bloody thing. Well actually I have to do it again but ajkdljs I know I can do it for sure now.

Okay, on to the other thing. My art teacher told me that I basically have heads and faces down pat already, and that I'm just sort of drawing the same thing over and over again. Basically, she told me it's time to move on to other things, or at least have more variety in them. Like, say, the Sasocar I did. When she saw it, she really liked how he had the mask pieces on his head. Although, as a friend pointed out, that was kinda cheating, since the drawing was a fusion of two existing series and I made none of it up on my own. But yeah, stuff like that.

LONG STORY SHORT, I'm taking requests! So, if you want to request something, feel free. Just keep in mind that...1)It might take a while but I SWEAR I'll get it done 2)I am not good at females 3)The guys will most likely be shirtless, sorry. 4)It's easier for me if things are specific.

What the heck is up with the dialogue in this game?! It's...well...for one thing, I've seen 'for the win' used at least twice so far. It made me laugh, seriously.
Also, I tried entering a practice Contest with Luxray, the one where you get to play dress up? OMFG60secondtimelimitpanicjustslaponwhat everlooksshiny. DDD: I think she ended up with a spoon on her nose and some green ball on her left foot with two different sets of sparkly glitter things over her midsection.
