EDIT: Good news i have managed to reaquire my email address meaning i have it back now the next step is to get my Gamer Tag back

hey everyone just a warning this isnt going to a bright an happy journal as im a little uncomfortable in the current situation im in

lets make a long story short i got hacked by me being a stupid ass and putting in my email and pass into this 'generotor' for free Microsoft Points for Xbox Live because i got it in a message that a friend sent me and i trusted his work...dumb move look where it has gotten me...bah >< im so stupid...

just so you know this isnt a journal of self pity because i know the big mistake i have made and i know never to do it again which is why im taking certain steps lets just say my mother card details are involved too....which makes matters worse

i HAVE however taken certain steps...I have contacted microsoft about my email and am awaiting a reply from them confriming that the email IS my email and also i have contact the xbox department telling the my details on my Gamertag having them freeze the account....unfortunately purchases were made with my mothers card however those are going to get refunded thanks heavens

needless to say i didnt exactly have common sense at that moment but hell its stuck to me like my skin is so im NEVER going to make the same mistake twice hell im removing my mothers card deatils from my GT as soon as i get it back as a precation and hopefully change my email connected to my GT if not ill have to make a powerful as hell password to protect myself...

anyhow i dont really know what support people can offer me right now but any words would be nice just to keep me going for the next couple of days until this blows over im kinda pretty down right now at myself

just on a note people you already know this and if not you should if you get a link from any source weather its a message on xbox live, an email, hell even a text message on your phone etc etc that has an odd looking link and suspicious DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THAT LINK ESPECIALLY IF ITS ASKING FOR YOUR EMAIL AND PASSWORD as you may face the same demice as me...fortunately i am able to hopefully retrive everything that i messed up just remember people this journal is kinda like me asking for a little worded support just to lift me up a little and also a lesson to be learnt by other if they do not already know it

its about the recent change to our profile not to big but has casued quite an uproar...why is that well read the article

well as started in the article 2 things have changed when you have not got a subby instead of saying 'not subscribed it says 'needs premium membership' at first this didn't bother me but when i read that article it shead some light into what it was doing it makes us without subby or PM's seem like beggers and this is NOT okay espiecally since i dont have a subby and this really annoys me to see that granted yes i would like a subby or a PM but thats up to the discretion of other people to give away something or for me to win a contest either way until then my page is gonna seem like its begging which bothers me...

the second thing is that if you DO have a PM or a subby (i believe) it will appear on the page you gifted the person too losing all privacy there was in giving the gift in the first place then possibly attracting beggars whcih also then has a knock on effect of making people stop gifting altogether and this has also caused many people with subbies and PMs to question dA with this update on top of that this isn't as big and may not bother some people as much because of privacy but may do because of credit rights, if you gifted a person but already had a subby gifted to them the person who gifted them before stay on there until the amount of time you gave them the subby dissapears which means they are getting more credit that is unless the email thing still applies...i dont know i dont believe it mentioned about that in the news article...

lastly your name itself apparantly if you have a PM your name will change to deviant to premium member i dont however know too many details or at least understood it so its better if you read the news article....

all i know is this applies too all of dA so i thank you for reading this and i would also like to hear your views on this taking people like me under consideration....

I was at college just doing research for my next project and for a short while surfing on DA looking at people art work, comments and such when before I knew it the computers go off the lights go off and many other things...when it sank in we came to realize that my college had a power cut! Omg of all the things to happen that college having a power cut...i wasnt happy at the time because of course i had dont work which i HADN'T saved and of course lost it...on top of that it was on the day had to come in, in the morning just for this week due to a hospital appointment right in the middle of my moday session so yeah i had no work done on that moday and i pretty much wasted my time being there...

Lol im actually drawing a humerous picture devoted to that situation as it was really humerous...i do believe the reason for it was the intesnse cold and snow that was coming during the day still pretty outragous when it happened...apart from that nothing else really happened

Okay college news about 2 weeks ago i was given a task for a live brief and 6 people where choosen to get £25 well of course i was one of those and im kinda excited because if i hit the no.1 i will get £175 more that that 25 BUT...i dunno when this is gonna get said O_<'...

college again well ive started college a#for about 6 week now and am currently on a weeks holiday so yeah ive been put on an Art an Design cousre and through it discovered i might have had to pay for the 2nd year however this was sorted pretty quickly so yeah im safe there now and might i add college is a blast!

well as you all know the last time i was on when the last update took place well blame PSU and its competition lasting 3 week which, i add, i still not finished until the 22nd.

game news as mentioned im getting involved in a PSU competition something known as MAG or fully Maximum Attack G and what i am aiming to do is get into the top 500 members to have killed so many monsters and so far i have killed abpu 87-88k of them but by the time i get on i will need about 100k tto get 500th X_x so yeah a lot of 10 minute odd runs for 256 kills odd =/

next up i got on here to find 1300 odd pictures to look through X_x so yeah i am not able to get through them all right away and i will be skipping some of them to make the process quicker but i will look at as many as possible that gives me interest

as for life i have gotten my 'Official' results from the examination bored and the result is......I PASSED! so i now have 3 A-Levels on my qualification list a Merit Pass Pass National Diploma to be exact so yeah on top of that i have an interview to attend next week for my next course...this course being my last free course so yeah gotta make it count because after that i am at the legal age where i have to start paying for the college course that i wish to do =/ they are not cheap either lol so yeah...

not really sure if there is anything else i wish to say here only that after MAG is over i will most likly be checking this site again on a daily basis hopefully since PSU has gotten a little boring lol (Damn MAG lol )

life OMG i cant believe my mother got me a new x box 360 its like 120 gig OMG! i was quite surprise when i saw it and i am really happy about it too so yay i have my xbox back the only drawback is im not gonna be on here much now heh

next my mother is also getting me PSU (Phantasy Star Universe) online so i can play with my friends online so im happy this happen thios Thursday heck even one of my friends on my friend list is getting me the points to be able to get the upgrade too XD so thats great

deviant news UGH! i just went through like 650 odd pictures and 100 odd comments but i got though them at last and i have to say im glad they are over with...

next is info about V6 i have to say this version is really GREAT and i like it alot being able to see the comments in a list without directly going to them so i can get though comments much quick the only thing is sorting news pictures out is muc slower so yeah one thing goes up and one thing goes down.

pictures wise being the summer holidays there is a big chance i wont be doing anything over that time but i will do my to do stuff during that time if i can...but with my xboxb being back and getting PSU soon there is a high chance my attention will turn to PSU lol so yeah

anyhow the subject of the matter is halo 3 again....

lately its kinda getting me wound up again

okay so technically this a futureistic game yeah but sometimes it seems unnatural to some things....for instance....a hammer is a massive weapon that is havy correct? So what gets me is how certain pople can lunge from miles away it kind goes against nature i think so taht kind gets on my nerves...next is the Energy Sword...you can lunge from even furthur away through the air....so its against nature...

next is death with certain weapons is kinda out of order...i mean sometimes you can shoot a lot bullets into someone and they will die however sometimes its the same for a few as well when you have full sheild in both circumstances you both die....moving onto the next part when you put a full clip into someone and melee someone you expect them to die but they dont it kind pisses me off....

next of all the uns the have vacuumes attacted to them apprantly...because when you shhot a bullet you expect it to hit the enemy or at least fire....but it doesnt it gest sucked ack in just before you die...i know rcokest cant gets suced back in...i know the shotguns sheels cant get sucked back in and lastly i KNOW that lazers when fully powered and shot CANNOT GET SUCKED BACK IN!!! SO WHY DOES IT GE SUCKED BACK IN!! because its glitchy...!

Next Gravity Hammers....they are bull shit....they are the worst weapon in halo they have no logic at all since you can wack someone dead on and they dont die, it happenes to YOU and YOU die its bullshit!!

next why cant 2 people get perfection at the same time! that is SHIT! i mean you work hard to get the perfection not dying and everything and it gets sole off you! how idiotic is that...bah stupid systems....

next of all...stick granades...you cant stick someone and they die but some times they either dissapear without doing anything or go stright through the target, i dont know about you but unless the target was a ghost i very much doubt a stick granade can go stight through a person....

I dunno later i may talk about halo 3 and its levels weapons and such and have you people talk about it....until then...this is what had grinded my gears of halo3 there is a lot more too...

quite a bit its going on this week and some pretty big news too

Okay ill start with college you know i said i may need to pay £1000 right?....good news its turns out thats not true and my next course is still free so no fee and on top of that im STILL eligable for EMA (educational Maintenance Allowence) which is great (EMA is a college payment that is paid directly into your bank account every week you attend college this does not include holiday weeks £30 it is).The only problem is im slihtly confused as to what is going to happen to me...you see ive signed up for a new course type thing however the tutors are making it sound like i DONT need to do the 1st year again so ill be spending 1 year there instead of 2...and if no one goes to the new course well its not possible since i will be by myself....so yeah

more college news that as of today college is FIINISHED so my 2 years are over and all i have to wait for is my results....that is unless i have to go back to get better grades which i hope i dont ><...

okay next devient releated news is that i have finally hit 3k views so thank you very much to everyone that has looked at my page, commented, faved my stuff and even went as far as watch me it is all appreciated and its all good...soon i WILL try to get stuff uploaded but my scanner is a bit disfunctional so yeah...

anyhow nothing much has been happening really just been round my frineds out sleeping all week got kicked out today and came back hoe so yeah a bit unhappy about that but the good news is i managed to ge my lazy ass into gear and tidy my room up OMFG i tidie my room jebus christ ...funny thing was i found all sorts heck even some money XD thats what makes it funny so it wasnt for nout lmao....lol anyhow now its tidy to a good degree and im happy with it ^_^....

more to it it i said the babies name was conner right....lol stupid me my mum decied to call it david lol but conner is his middle name ^-^ and he seems to be doing fine so yeah...

Final major presentation..you know i said i could have won 500 GBP sadly that didnt happen however i rather enjoyed myself that day and i felt like i gained more confidence in myself since that day so really i didnt leave empty handed so yeah ^_^

College is nearly finsished for good on 10th June all my work will be marked for their final overall grade so i have this weeks holiday that i have for half term and the monday after that to get it all done....meaning my final part of my Working With Moving Parts, Small Scale Design AND my Final Major Project....me thinks is has been really badly sorted dont you?? because this aint my fault as i got the work back a week ago in fact the monday this week >_>...

College news again you know i said to some people that i am speding another 3 years in college....bah its 4 now since i cant do automatic 2nd year multimedia =/ so that sucks but im still gonna go for it so that means im going for
- 2 years of Graphic Design
- 2 Years of Advanced I.T
- 4 Years of Game Design
then a job but the worst thing is i may need to PAY for the 1st course O_o...heh hopefully thats not the case but it will be likely and if thats the case it will likely that i will need to pay about 1000GBP for the course X-x not a pretty amount for me...but ill figure a way round it since im gonna ask about a job in a games store when i get Ninja Gaiden II that come out on June 6th ^_^...

well ill start off with today since it not all that important but its still hurt me anyway....my xbox all of a sudden decides to show a system error for NO REASON AT ALL! because i was happily playing on it...the screen goes a bit odd so i reset thinking it would fix it and this fucking system error pops up....great my biggest pass time and enjoyment down...

now to something more important...people....yeah some are great and some just arent that great but there are people who truly hurt me...those who pretend to be great but arent....this is the second time now and my trust factor has been scarred even more as a result because i feel backstabbed again...

in about the year late 2006 i was 'friends' with these 3 people who i also called friends....however in janurary 2007 these 3 people backstabbed without warning and no good reason...one of them sending me really harmful emails....he always boasted about honer and crap yet he took his conversation from house to house...or should i say computer to computer....and that is an act of cowerdice....

A few day ago a couple of people left our group and went to inquire why and they said the person in question had a bad attitude and had little leadrship skills and i had seen all the evidence to support that....when i seen him again...his response..'so what...my attitude will stay the same'.....and that hurt me deeply because he wsnt even willing to make an effort to change just temporarily.....and by bad attitude i mean cussing in the presence of kids (over mike) and also being slightly vulger too also in the presnece of kids and wuite frankly it was out of order sure it was meant to be a joke and but still now that i think about it....also my other evindece suggests that one even there were 5 leader me and the person in question being 2 of them he was going to kick someone from leadership because he wasnt reinvited to someones party after he was kicked....that other person who was gonna apologise for that is another person and is the one who got kicked from that however the kicker did not allow that person to have a word in and by the time he was finished the other person basically said 'screw him i aint gonna put up with this selfishness'....and i also witnessed this selfishness as well.......so basically i fell used again as well as thrown as like trash....

......I swear if there is one thing i hate right now is that it is this world.....i really hate it for what it is....screwing over innocent people that have done nothing wrong to deserve any punishment yet they still get hurt for no good reason and it depresses me to know that i am one of those screwed over people.....it makes me sick to my stomach.....i am so unhappy because of this i keep getting screwed over and by the looks of it my fun 2 weeks of xbox time is down the drain because i dont have a working xbox.....typical another reason why i have been screwed over its at the beggining of my holidays but oh no it couldnt happen at the end.....

sorry for this peps i just feel really sad right now....really sad.........

Its a simple enough feeling if you dont like a picture or not its opinion and everyone has a right to theirs HOWEVER what i hate is how some people get theirs across. You like a picure you say you like it to please the artist and youll more than likely get a thanks in return and thats good but what I hate the most is those who DONT have anything nice to say and hurt other peoples feeling because of their damn opionion...sure if you dont like an art piece say so IN A CONTSUCTIVE WAY! because there is really no point getting into a huge arguement saying you dont like a pic because of soneso sure you dont like it but we dont want details and if you dont like it why even bother posing in the 1st place!! Its called CONSTUCTIVE posting....knowing what to post and at the right time....some artists dont know what that is and im not naming any names....

Quite frankly I am now pissed off because people dont know how to control their damn mouth or fingers thiking they control the damn place and have the right to hurt peoples feelings....it not right, it not good and it does NOT make you look big....in the end you will only get abuse in return...because i know one things for certain you have a lot more better things to do than verbly abuse someone elses work and quite frankly it pisses me off that you dont go and do those "better" things....

Okay lets get this stright people who dont play Halo 3 will have NO idea what the hell im talking about so dont post comments saying whats this and that thanks

Right lets get started Human weapons are supposedly ineffective against shields correct? Well why is the battle rifle not the case...in a really serious situation it takes 3 shots and your dead all i can say is wow how on earth can a human weapon so popular, might i add, has so much power its simply not possible since the last update Bungie has screwed up halo big time.

Second Snipers sure its an okay level BUT why do i hate it well lets get this stight its on the most pointless levels in the world.... close quarter levels might i add people might think this because i dislike snipers its not that its the levels they are on....snipers on snowbound WTF?? honerstly what would most people do fight outside or take cover...well duhhhhh take cover >< and Constuct Like Jesus Christ why? snipers arent gonna be used often in that level in fact people will most likely shoot you once switch the the magnum and kill you with that!...Bungie all i can say is SWICTH SNIPERS TO DIFFERENT DAMN LEVELS!!

Third levels its came to me that sometimes you get really bad levels and by bad i really do mean BAD ...how bad you say? well how would you fare a 3 vs 3 on Valhalla..... one of the most largest levels in the game and theres only 6 people wow incredible a map deisgn for a large party has only 6 people in it.......again Bungie wtf ARE you doing??.......

Next is the amont of glitches jesus i swear this is what i get angry at most because there are so damn many of them for example peoples assault rifles suddley become more powerful....maybe its targetting the head i dunno but its annoying....next shotguns you clearly shoot 1st and hit the tage head on enough to kill him/her yet you die....wtf is going on there?? and rocket launchers....bungie rockets dont just get sucked back in once youve fired them -_- ive died while firing a rocket yet no rockert is fired but you hear the shot...normal isnt it?? also turrents....im not sure if they are meant to be that accurate from so bloody far because the futhtur the distance the less accurate its meant to be yet it isnt >>....that leads me onto swords and beat downs...you clearly hit the target 1st yet you die as well as hitting the target with enough bullets yet you still die....i just dont get it....

i THINK thats just about it...Bungie has screwed Halo up since the last update so if you dont play it dont really bother since its not all that "fun" anymore...i think i may quit since i really dislike it now and i may have fucked my xbox up which i hope isnt the case.... until then im just sitting here a little unhappy about who i am right now....i COULD use a little support.....and sorry for the rant blame Bungies constant idoicy that posted this..... have a nice day people...
