Yay ! Tonight (european time) is the opening match of the Rugby World Cup in France ! I wish good luck to our team and I hope that another team will eliminate the All Blacks (because theu are soooo strong).

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. (and tomorrow, France-Italy. But Football, not Rugby)

On the 24th of September, I'll be back at the university for a second year. I hope I won't endure the same teachers as last year ... Meanwhile, I'm going to the beach almost every day because the weather is so nice !

Yesterday I just finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and it was so wow ! I won't spoil you, don't worry. But OMG what an amazing book. I'm both happy and sad. Happy because I finally know the end of the story and sad because I want more. I want more stories about the wizards from Harry Potter world. Anyway, read it you must !

On a totally different subject, I'm done with my summer job. I worked in a fertilizer factory for 2 weeks. It's was boring and tiring but now it's over. I'm sorry for the lack of updates but I didn't have a lot of time for me, plus last week end I was with my girlfriend. The weather is quite strange so I'm not going to the beach very often. To forget that the Harry Potter saga is over, I'm just watching old episodes of the first season of Stargate SG1. I also took a look at some drawing tutorials I saw on dA and I'll try to do a few Stargate and Harry Potter related stuff !

Hello people !

I have a summer job for the next two weeks ^^. It's great

, I may have enough money to buy a Wii !

Well, last week I went to Paris for a few days. It was great, I had a lot of fun and I've seen places I've never been before (including Montmartre) and I went to the Louvre again ! There I saw a painting that really made me laugh. It was called "Leonidas at the Thermopylae"

. I just imagined this beautiful painting with some writing saying "Tonight we dine in Hell". It would have been fun (just take a look at the painting [link] ). Anyway, in Paris I bought Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows ! It's so amazing (even if it's in english).

Today is July 14th and in France it means basically that there will be some fireworks in every town. There were also a military "dÃ©filÃ©" in Paris (couldn't find the english word). It is a great parade of the armies (this year there were military delegation from the UE-countries).

And yeah, this is the Nation Day, the celebration of the French Revolution. Yaay

, let's celebrate the fact that poor people cut the head of thousands of rich people to become rich as well. Democracy was so fun in those days.

Anyway, as *OhmGueil said, there will be fireworks

Yesterday, the candidate I hated the most was elected president. It sucks, but for me, the elections were lost after the 1st round when the candidate I supported arrived 3rd.

Anyway, let's see what will happened. We won't know the composition of the new government before the end of next week.

By the way, in two weeks I'll take my final exams (Economics, Management & English Civilization) and I'll be in holidays on the 21th of May

This week end, I should have been in Paris with my girlfriend for a romantic week end but we weren't able to this because our plan for housing didn't work. So, I must wait the end of December to see her again... but anyway, my life is not that bad and I know that she loves me and I love her and it's great.

Two days ago, I finally got some money so I bought a game to play on my Nintendo DS : Mario & Luigi, Partners in time. And this is really great. I also bought the "new" CD of the Beatles called "Love", and it is amazing, especially the song "Eleanor Rigby".

During the weeks remaining to the end of the year, I will have many exams in German and English so I won't have enough time to be on dA and that's sad but I should be able to use the internet with Linux on my own computer so it would be easier for me to be on the web from my room

.

This journal is not very useful but I just wanted to write (at least, I'm practicing English for my exams).

By the way, I'll go back to school (oh ok, to the university) to begin a licence of LEA, for non-french speakers it basically means languages and international trade. Yeah i gave up the history licence because my second semester was messed up by these mothef****** strikes in my university.

X-Men, the last stand is empty. There's nothing, only nice visual effects. The scenario went far away when Bryan Singer left for Clark Kent. Oh man, i was so disapointed. Many characters dies, but the only character you want to see dead (Rogue) manages to stay alive !

And the "Last" Stand, is not the last because the end of it shows that there will be a 4th X-Men.

So, i just want to say, Fuck Brett Ratner !

Première déception, on apprend deux semaines avant le festival que Philippe Cardona et Florence Torta ne peuvent pas être présents alors que c'était presque pour eux qu'on y allait.

Deuxième déception, on apprend le jour du festival (mais après avoir acheté nos pass week end) que Jean Roba (invité d'honneur) ne viendra pas à cause d'un mal de dos.

Enfin troisième et dernière déception, Didier Tarquin. Pourquoi ? et bien c'est simple. De part l'absence de Roba, Tarquin était le dessinateur le plus connu du festival donc forcément pendant les dédicaces ya du monde. Sa plage de dédicace commençant à 15h, on s'y rend une demi-heure avant. Il y a déjà pas mal de monde et une queue longue d'environ 20m, soit une 60ainte de personnes. Et à 19h, on devait avoir fait 8m à peu près. Le pire c'est que Tarquin s'est barré à 18h pour aller répondre à une interview à la radio tandis qu'on poirautait bien gentiment. Le Palais des congrès fermant à 19h, on nous a bien gentiment foutu dehors et des dizaines de fans sont repartis dépités avec leur Lanfeust sous le bras tandis que certains fans machiavéliques avaient apportés 3 Bd et ce crétin de Tarquin a fait 3 dédicaces à la même personne !

Bref, grosse grosse déception sur Tarquin :s. En dehors de ça, le week end fut très sympathique (surtout le bowling) et j'ai fait une très bonne affaire en m'achetant l'unique tome de l'adaptation en Bd des GARGOYLES ! Les anges de la Nuit ! C'est trop bien ! Vive Goliath et à mort Xanatos ! Wouhou ! (et à poil Démona !)
