Generally we sleep monophasically or biphasicly, I would say I'm a biphasic sleeper  I either sleep around 5-6 hours and take a small nap during the day or I will sleep for 10-12 hours straight and not need a nap. When I'm feeling good I rarely fall back asleep in the morning!

I'm going to give this polyphasic sleep cycle a serious try, I really want so see what it is like to not have the days separated any more but more just have time contiously go by.
