I'm am going to do minimal fanart from now on and focus on more original artwork. I mean, fanart is fun and all, and it's taught me a lot how to draw in different styles and such, yet I can't always rely on it. From now on, for the most part, I'm going to be doing original art.

Unless it's by request, or if it's for a comm on LJ, that will be the only time I will do real fanart.

And I've known that most of the pageviews and reviews I get stems from my fanart. And I do not feel very proud of it. I mean, I appreciate all the attention, and everyone who's ever commented, favorited, or even just stopped by my page for just a second, I really thank you for it.

But the only way for me to improve on my imagination and ideas is to draw something that comes from my own mind, and not from the minds of others.

I don't do fanart for attention. I've never did. I've only done it just for laughs, usually. Just to crack a joke. Besides, with oncoming attention, comes annoying beggers and a giant ego. Yuck.

I'm a little ashamed to admit that this is going to be hard . Not for original stuff, but just to resist to do fanart. I mean, I get these little funny ideas and I just have to draw them out. Jesus, I sound so whiney.

Anyway, that's the situation right now. Please unsupport my dirty habit :'(

Well, the news spread and half my family ended up going. I didn't mind, it's funner to do in a group, y'know ?

There was one graveyard that was particulary special. We had to walk around a field of corn (cuz Missouri is nothing BUT FARMS) and found an abandoned cemetary covered in grass, the trail gone, and the bridge leading to it caving in. My mothers side of the family came from Germany, so we had to go and find our ancestors (husband, wife, children, etc.) that traveled to here to America first and started it all.

We found Super-Great Grandad's wife. She was buried seperately b/c she worshipped a different religion than Grandad, so back then you couldn't be buried in the same grave as the Catholics or Christians, and all those migrane ordeals.

And I guess one of my ancestors fought alongside George Washington in the American Revolution. Badass

And apparently, when one of my relatives that lived in Germany was in the army over there, he one day stopped to pick some berries on the side of the road (while doing a routine-something during his army training), and they were going to punish him the next day. He ended up jumping ship while on a war vessel and was picked up by a ship on it's way to America. Well, they ended up finding out that he was a fugitive and threatened to take him back. Well...he jumped ship AGAIN when they got to the docks, swam to shore, and moved to New Orleans and eventually Missouri.

WTF? Maybe that's why my family is a bunch of unsophisticated rebels... it's in the blood, I guess.

I just wore my grandma's sunhat all day. I have to say that I liked it ALOT. I want a straw sunhat now!

And, jesus. I thought my mom's side of the family was country enough, but the NAMES OF MY RELATIVES!! Gawd, they just screamed hillbilly. Yes, guys, I'm fuckin' country.

When it was time to go, I gave all three of my cousins a kiss on the cheek (their all boys). Haha, the eldest was backing away from me, but I got 'em!!!

My grandpa found a pony's horse shoe and gave it to me. It looks really old. Sweet .

Today was flippin' awesome! And all thanks to my great idea! Whooo!

Last night, I watched the entire first season of Axis Powers Hetalia. It's such a cute and fun anime, even the stereotypes of the characters taken to a charming level. My favorite characters are.... um... all of them...? Except maybe Italy. He's a little annoying.

I was a little irked when ALL of the male characters were "bishounen", but then I thought: "Eh, who the hell cares? This is cool!"

I went to the park today with to draw some mallards, ducks n' such and to explore the park a bit. I also found a pair of green, dolphin car refreshiners. Sweet.

Today, I also bought Coraline! What a spooky delight to see again! Me and drove out to Walmart twice today, once to get her a jug of milk (blasting Smooth Criminal with the windows down), and again to get Coraline and Gummy Worms (blasting Caramelldansen).

I finally did it, son!! I got the voice actors to sign the hardcore side, and I managed to get to gift videos from Chuck Huber. I got him to say: "Kuwabara is my BEST FRIEND in the ENTIRE world!!", and his imitation of Yusuke doing his Spirit Gun.

I managed to buy three doujinshi books without the nasty hentai scenes. I was devastated to learn that the only Utena doujin was hentai :'(. Two of my books have mild yaoi, but I don't mind that :3.

In November, me and are thinking of going to Nebraskon. We're even thinking of setting up a booth and sell artwork as well! But we can't promise anything yet.

Watership Down, The Plague Dogs, and Felidae. Felidae has got to be my favorite out of the three, because it has cats . Watership Down is about rabbits, but HOLY FUCK, they are not cute and fluffy . The Plague Dogs is quite sad :'(. Its about cruelty to dogs.

All in all, if your a real go-getter for animation, and can take strong violence, language, sex, and mind molestation, then check these movies out on Youtube. Felidae is originally in German, but they got an english dub on Youtube that's pretty good . I love Francis' voice, its so smooth, yet really familiar...

Now, if ya'll excuse me, I have to watch The Ringing Bell of Chirin, and see if I can gain my innocence back T__T

Don't get me wrong, I loved it a lot, but it can also confuse you with a lot of surrealism and hidden messages. You'd think it would be about bisexual girls acting like princes, protecting other girls, and a bunch of fantasy stuff. Har har, the jokes on me.

But at least the series was filled with UtenaXAnthy goodness for me . Akio, you dick, you can't seduce Utena away from Anthy for long XD!!

But, speaking of Utena, I need a suggestion from you guys. For next year, I am cosplaying as Inuyasha again, but I also want to do another character as well, a girl. I have my top three:

Maddie Blaustein, voice actress (yes, ACTRESS) for the original dub Meowth from Pokemon, and Grandpa Motou from Yugioh, died in her sleep on December 11.

Oh, and they're making a new Pirates of the Caribbean. What the fuck? Aren't we passed that!? Well, at least the ever-pouting Liz won't be in the movie . It's suppose to be about the Fountain of Youth. Bleh. It BETTER be refreshing, or I'm out of the fandom.
