What's up? I'm working with mom and sis on an article about some tiny living stuff called Lactobacilli, that you can find in yogurt. And in yourself, if I think about it. Which is good, because they don't let the bad guys develop there. Long story short, it's very healthy to eat yogurt. So you do that! I should do that more often as well ).
