A little late I know, but I just wanted to thank everyone for their lovely comments and support when I recieved a Daily Deviation recently for Big Tits. Thanks to :devkangel: for featuring it too. I've been with DA for 7 years now and have found it to be nothing but a supportive online community. So thanks again for all the comments, new watchers and support in general, it's always appreciated and I did try and thank each and everyone of you.
Things are a bit hectic here at the moment as I'm in the middle of moving, but once I do and settle in I'll think of doing some sort of competition of sorts.

Just a quick PS question. It seems my square and circle 'Marquee tools' are playing up. I can't get any sharp edges with the shapes and if I fill in a shape then it looks kind of fuzzy looking.
Any idea as to how I can get it back to normal?

I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems downloading images here on DA? When I click an image to see it larger I get a grey screen with a little icon in the top left hand corner. Once I double click it back to normal size, then back to a bigger size it finally starts to download.
I've also found that if I right click on an image to save it both here on DA and on other websites it only comes up as 'Untitled' and as a bitmap. I've googled and cleared my cache and temp internet files to no avail. Anyone else having similiar problems?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone who voted on my recent 'What fanart should I do next?' poll. It was Tintin who came out on top, which is a bit of a nightmare since I always find characters that I love so much hard to draw in my own style since I respect the original so much.
Still, I pencilled it tonight, so I will be posting the finished piece as soon as I get time. I have the front cover of the book I've been currently illustrating to still finish so that takes first priority.

Just wondering if someone could help me out here. I'm looking for a good tutorial or some pointers as to how to colour my pieces in Photoshop easier.
I colour all of my work in a bit tediously like one would colour a picture in a colouring book or with markers on paper. I'm wanting to know how to lasso different parts of my drawing separately, & use the paint bucket to block in colours. All the while retaining layers so I can colour in my linework afterwards if I need to.
Any advice or links to good tutorials would be helpful.

And how fast we are into January already! Hope you all had a Happy Christmas as well as a lovely time welcoming in 2010 recently :)
This journal is just to let you guys know that I'll be pretty quiet this month & much of the next since I've picked up some illustration work. I may be able to post some sketches up, but I expect to be pretty busy.
And while I'm here I  wanted to thank the lovely and thoughtful :iconamarand: for giving me an early Christmas present with a paid subscription last year! Big thankyou to you mate, much appreciated :)
