I currently have an internship and am working on 24+ designs for a product, working in the ceramics studio, drawing portraits, painting, and I've very recently picked up an old pastime - jewelry making! I always loved picking out the parts and then combining them in my own way. I'll be selling what I make along side my ceramics and paintings, at festivals and what-not. I already had success at one!

What a letdown.

Just the sheer lack of plot details makes this movie so inferior to the rest of M. Night's movies. Movies, such as Signs, are so detail-rich, and that's what made his films so incredible. Aside from the lack of detail, the use of graphic imagery takes the cake. M. Night once clarified that he didn't believe in using gore, and rather leave such instances that would require gore to the imagination. It looks like M. Night sold out. Oh well, hopefully he'll redeem himself with the upcoming Avatar movie.

Enough of that, when I review something I don't typically like, I like to keep it short and to the point. So, if you wanna see it, be my guest, maybe you'll like it. I just don't think that The Happening is near the same league as the rest of his movies.

The Happening :

Okay moving on, I got my first paycheck at the kennel (actual kennel work, not the graphics work). I worked 16 hours and got $118 on Friday. I love this job, I really love animals and all I do is take care of them all day. It's a pretty sweet deal. We're pretty shorthanded right now, but they are currently interviewing and hopefully we'll get more help hired soon.

In Lit news, I have gotten my quilliup story line worked out and I have been writing.

Finally.

I was thinking yesterday about what a waste Leaden Legacy was.. so I decided I would rework my original characters from it to create a completely new original story. I'll write a brief synopsis soon, but right now I can give the working title.. Mercury.

Ayreon is the brainchild of the incredible Arjen Anthony Lucassen. Ayreon, since about 1997, has been a series of rock operas that have had the same consistent storyline, it's amazing that's he's had all of this story planned since he began producing. His latest is 01011001, and it came out this year.. but you haven't experienced Ayreon until you have all the albums, and that's precisely why within the past month, I've focused my online energy to getting every CD, including the out-of-print singles! The regular albums are hard enough (not to mention expensive) to find! I have yet to see one in person in a store here in America (and that's why I love eBay). I believe my favorite album is "Into the Electric Castle" and I'm actually currently working on a picture for it.

And also, it's not just Arjen performing on the albums, one of the main appeals of his project is his use of guest vocalists, for example: Floor Jansen, Simone Simons, and Anneke van Giersbergen, from some of my favorite bands!

In other news, I'm turning 21 in less that two months!!! I can't wait! I'm going to have my birthday party at my favorite Japanese Restaurant, and then have the afterparty at my house in our new pool! It's going to be so much fun!

Well, the design internship didn't work out. I had an appointment with a graphic designer to hopefully intern under him. The appointment went well, and he told me to follow-up in about a week. Well, a week went by and I gave him a call and after a few tried he finally answered and told me he was in an important meeting, and to call back the next morning. Well, the next morning and all day I tried to call him from the same phone I had been talking to him on the whole time, which was my cell phone. Without any success that day, I resumed calling him the next morning. When it reached about 10:00 AM, I got sick of it, and decided (out of curiosity) to try a different phone to see if was avoiding my cell phone. When I called from my house phone.. the dillweed picked up! He said he was sorry but he didn't have any work for me. Why couldn't have he just told me that when I called back the first time rather that try to avoid it? Ugh!! That made me so MAD! It's all well and good, I don't wanna work for someone that UNPROFESSIONAL.

About a week later, I got a call from the kennel where my boyfriend

works. they wanted to hire me as their graphic designer.. as well as work there.

So there, I got a JOB as a graphic designer, which in my opinion is waaay better than an internship. An internship is for gaining experience, and what better way to gain it but by actually having the job?

In other news, I got a bike!

She's a real beauty.. and silent on the road too, I have to chime the bell to keep from running over people because it's so quiet.

Been riding a lot, prior to buying the bike I hadn't riden a bike in about 7 years. D:

And also, I've recently become ADDICTED to tea. White tea, green tea, plum tea, English tea, strawberry tea, raspberry tea, peppermint tea.. if you name it, I've probably drank it within the past two weeks.

So yea, everything's good. Hopefully, I'll have some deviation updates soon.

Wow, I have a busy summer ahead of me, and not to mention a busy fall semester.

I've applied to for another design internship, if I could get two, that would be fantastic. I'm also hoping to get some time to work at the kennel as well, hopefully I'll get a chance.

Okay, I'm currently designing a brochure and logo for my for high school - sweet!

I've also been asked to possibly teach art there in the fall if I have the time, and I believe I do. I would LOVE to do that. I'm already working on lesson plans, so hopefully that will pan out for me fine.

As I already said, I'm one of two techs for the Mac Lab in the fall semester

but I also am more than likely going to be participating the new in-school design studio.

So yea, lots of stuff to do.. never a dull moment!

I have taken on the seemingly impossible task of preparing myself to apply to the most prestigious graphic design school in the country. Jeffcoat is now my mentor and is going to assist me with my transformation into the ideal applicant. It's going to be a lot of reading, interning, and designing.. broadening my design horizons. I'm also rather confident that I've secured a position of Mac Lab Tech for the fall semester.

My reasoning behind this statement, however, is that I am going to end all work on Leaden Legacy. The whole story is planned out, but only about a 1/4 has been written - and that took a year. Within the next month, all LL artwork will be taken down, as well as the story itself. I had already created art for later parts of the story and I may post those excess pictures up for a brief amount of time, and then they will be taken down with the rest. If you care enough to understand what happens in the latter of the story, I will be happy to provide you with a brief summary. The creative process of LL is far too time consuming, considering it is being written collaboratively. Also, my writing style on LL has also been suppressed by my writing partner, who often changed things I had written, and sometimes, as I came to find when I proofread prior to posting on dA, changed things without my consent. That was hurtful. But for the most part, the true versions on my part of the story are the ones that were posted on dA. More than likely, I will not be doing anymore literary collaborations.

A biased writing style is a nasty thing, and I want to be able to write in my own style without someone trying to tell me how to do it or letting other author's styles influence me - I can only develop that style on my own. I'm sorry. This is something that has bothered me for a while. I want to come up with my own ideas.. on my own. I don't want to imitate or even blatantly copy other ideas.

My works, both literary and graphic, will stand alone, because I want to be truly original.

Time is too precious right now for me to waste even a minute on something that cannot possibly benefit my future career.

I will continue work on quilliup, my original story, I have hopes of possible publication someday, and that, obviously, will help my career.

I found out last Tuesday that Nightwish and Sonata Arctica are going to be only 2 hours away from me for one of their shows in their late '08 tour!!

I am SO EXCITED, and I already got my tickets. But I have quite a while to wait..

I can't believe that I am going to see my two top bands in one show!!! It's going to be AMAZING.

School has been going good.. for some reason I haven't felt too productive. I'm hoping to get an internship for the summer. I'm also hoping to be able to work at the kennel with my boyfriend to earn money for books for the fall semester.

But anyway, not much to update right now, hopefully things will get more interesting.

Got an A on my Spanish test.. I was sure I had gotten a B, so I'm really glad.

Well, we came up to NC for part of Spring Break and it snowed today! :] I've been waiting all winter to see snow and it was really beautiful today.

I can't believe we're past midterm in the semester now.. It's gone by so fast, it still feels like classes just started.

Me, Riley, Tiffany, and Jessie all went on an adventure together, wandering throughout the campus.. and I took pictures to document our journey.

But yesterday in Jeffcoat's web class, he told us about a new assignment we could opt to do, and it would be for a grade.

The assignment was.. make a CD of the "best of your best music".

Me:"........... *dies*"

Okay, so I didn't die.. but I was very excited about this assignment.

I drew up a playlist last night, refined it, and burned one CD. It was SO HARD because there was SO MUCH I wanted to put on that CD, but there was only so much room, you know?

But anyway.. I created album artwork for my disc of truth.. which I call "eternal music." And that should be uploaded by the time you read this.

My final reasoning for the tracks chosen for this CD:

1. Amaranth - by Nightwish
This so is just so dang catchy, a perfect opener for a CD that's introducing my musical world to someone who really hasn't had a chance to experience it yet.

2. Deceiver - by Stream of Passion
This song is just so AMAZING. I love this song, I had to but it on her, it's almost mellow, but not without a hard edge.

3. See Who I Am - by Within Temptation
Epic and empowering, this song belongs on this CD. The atmosphere it creates is something the CD can't do without.

4. Ever Dream - Nightwish
Easily one of my favorite songs off of Century Child, this song seemed ideal for being one of the first songs to share.

5. Daylight Dancer - by Lacuna Coil
Possibly my most favorite LC song ever, it has a perfect balance of both the male and female vocals, also will giving an eerie atmosphere that's quickly overshadowed by the crunching guitars.

6. Ghost Opera - by Kamelot
Kamelot is one of those bands that seemingly does no wrong.. I had a REALLY hard time deciding which of their songs would be going on here, and I eventually came to choose one of their more recent songs, one that's not part of a rock opera.

7. Fences - by Paramore
The most hyper song on my playlist.. I almost went with "crushcrushcrush" for my Paramore choice, but I decided to go with a song that has not been a single.

8. Guilty - The Rasmus
Another one of those immortal bands, I almost went with "In the Shadows" but I really love this song.

9. Broken Glass - The Gathering
One of the many amazing Gathering songs.. The ambient atmosphere created by this song is incredible.

10. Oasis - by Tarja Turunen
Easily the most beautiful song on this playlist. Tarja's vocals are like nothing else.

11. End of All Hope - by Nightwish
I absolutely had to put this one on there, it's so upbeat.. and it sounds like it could easily be in a rock opera.

12. Souvenirs - by The Gathering
This song is empowering to me as an artist.. I love it. Anneke's vocals are solid.. no wonder she's considered one of the best vocalists.

13. Emotional Man - by Xandria
One of their more recent songs, and one of their best in my opinion. It starts off strong and doesn't let up.

14. Champagne Bath - by Sonata Arctica
I love this song. it makes me want to dance... scared of that.. and 'nuff said.

15. The Neverending Story - Lunatica
There were several Lunatica songs I wanted to put on here but I narrowed it down to just this one, because I really like it.

16. Another Me in "Lack'ech" - by Epica
One of most favorite songs EVER of ANY band. It's so epic.. so amazing.. I love the choir work.

17. A Noise Severe - by The Gathering
This song is so peaceful and beautiful.. a perfect ending to this playlist.

Wow.. this weekend was.. something else. Well the whole week was..

I've spent a lot of time with my friends Tiffany, Ariel, Jessie, and Joe..

and we've been doing a lot of running around and causing chaos (well, not Ariel.. he doesn't want to get involved apparently.. XD).. especially now that my friends and I have started the Anti Art Guild...

Now, when I say Anti Art I don't mean that we're against art.. we mean we are against the Art Guild.. the art association in the department that's supposed to promote art for the sake of art.. but doesn't.. so now we do. X3

So far we've put posters up all over the walls, but then we took those down and made posters specifically for each of the professor's doors and taped them up. We got busted by Gately when we were hanging his up, unfortunately... XD

Our latest and greatest antic transpired Wednesday night.. we built a robot.. ho yea!

He's 7 feet tall and finger-painted.. and those are so totally my handprints on the left leg.

However, since I am a member of the actual art guild (I'm trying to get involved but there's not much to get involved with :/) I got the chance to participate in ArtsFest, my city's annual art show. ^^

I've contributed several pieces, and I hope I make some sales. I'll take some pictures around our booth later this week. Thursday night is the gala.. I'm really looking forward to that.

Oh, and BTW..

I got not only an A on my Spanish test.. but the highest grade in class. I'm so happy! I studied SO hard..

Yea.. it's Monday morning.. and I feel like writing more.

I decided to become a beta tester.. because I can!

That and I want to be able to watch for bugs and report them.. and feel like I'm important.. XD

My car broke down yesterday! D: I forgot to mention that.. It was really bad..

I had needed to go out to the campus to try and print some labels for my ArtsFest pieces.. and when I was almost there my gas pedal started acting.. weird.. I don't know, it was like.. sputtering and then the car started shuddering and then all the sudden the shuddering stopped and the battery light came on. I was like... =____= Oh great...

But wait there's more!

As I was nearing the school, I suddenly realized my power steering went out.. and my turn into the campus was imminent. Luckily I had enough muscle to turn the wheel and get safely parked.. Once in the parking place, my car started to smoke from under the hood..

So yea, yesterday was pretty eventful. With all of the presidential campaigning, a lot of representative, as well as the candidates themselves, have been visiting the campus.

Thus far (out of the candidates) I have met John McCain. Huckabee was here a few days back, and with him was Chuck Norris! ZOMG! I unfortunately didn't get to meet him, but my cousin Timmy did. Oh well...

But anyway, yesterday, Chelsea Clinton came to to campus to speak and ZOMG guess who came with her? America Ferrera! I am such a huge fan of Ugly Betty! Besides Attack of the Show!, The Soup, and Best Week Ever, that's the only thing I watch that's NOT animated, lol.

Anyway, Timmy told me that she was going to be here from 10:00 to 11:30 yesterday.. and well, I have History class from 9:55 to 11:10 and then I go straight to web class at 11:20.

So, as soon as History class was dismissed, I ran as fast as I could, I couldn't pass up the opportunity.

And I'll be danged, I did it.

Right as I was arriving, Chelsea was finishing her speech or whatever, and I was able to straight up to the stage and talk to America. She asked my name and stepped down off the stage to take a picture with me.

I also got her to sign my process book.

And then she hugged me! ^^ It was very cool that I got to meet her.

I'm glad I ran after History, even though I was winded for about an hour after the fact.

Long time no see. Well.. not really I guess.

As you can see I have a new layout, and I hope it looks WAY better than my old one.. I actually swallowed my pride and got some outside criticism from my friend Ariel, another graphics student and it really did help. But anyway, I like it.. so, it'll be sticking around for a while.

School has been going.. well enough. Had some issues last night with the 20-something files I scanned in while I was working on the Mac lab on Wednesday... Yea, I got home and tried to open them on the computer and something screwed up and ALL my files were the SAME EXACT THING. Ugh. But it's okay, I told Jeffcoat about my predicament and he let me re-save my files during class time.

I hope to get some more deviations posted up soon, I've been doing a lot of reading for my History and Art History classes... and spending all my extra time in the Ceramics lab.

Anyway, I'm going to see Cloverfield with some friends tonight. ^^ Until next time.

since they updated the Mac Lab here.. the equipment is much MUCH better. I think what I'm looking forward to the most is being able to share playlists on iTunes with my fellow art students.

I'm going to be learning web this semester.. and I'm looking forward to learning a lot. I mess with Web stuff everyday, but I can't say I honestly know what I'm doing - which is typically why most of my stuff looks pretty simple.. but I also like that look.. so..

DANGNABBIT!! Stupid Safari "quit unexpectedly". Dangit.. I had a lot typed.. feh.. That happens at least once a day... So I downloaded Firefox (re-downloaded actually, but still).

Well, I'm half-way over in day 2 of my classes.. and it's gone good so far.

I'm curious as to who is in my Art History class... I already know my friend Tiffany is at least.

I haven't seen him today.. and I'm not going into who he is.. If you're close to me.. you know.

It is so nice finally having a laptop that I can connect to the FMU networks with. It's troublesome having to fight people for the PCs available around campus and it pisses me off ROYALLY when I'm trying to get some work done and all they're doing is checking their MySpace, or Facebook.. or something

AKA, it's the first day back to classes, Part 2.

Well, today was.. something.

Technically my last class was cancelled, they were setting up new Mac systems. The monitors are huge.. they're like.. the size of a fairly nice TV.

Considering the other screens were like.. super small, this is going to be quite a change.

In other news... Boy, am I stuck in a BAD situation. And I can't seem to claw myself out.

It didn't want it to happen.. it just did.. And I know it can never be.. but I keep hoping anyway.

So I got $30 worth of iTunes cards for Christmas, so I thought I'd just browse iTunes and try to get some bands I didn't have any music of.

Now, I had already seen the CD for one of the bands Tristania, in a store *gasp* here in the US. Uh-mazing. So that album (Illumination) was the first I got.

I had also heard of a band called Sirenia, and I had been wanting to check them out for a while.. but of course I procrastinate everything. (Actually took me 3 years to finally check Nightwish out.. jeez.) I downloaded their most recent release as well - Nine Destinies and a Downfall.

And then there's Nemesea.. the band I found by chance.

OMIGAWSH.

I love them now! Very VERY cool. I bought their In Control album after listening to only a couple samples. You know what's kinda funny? I got their most recent album right? Well, when I went to their website I found out that they had an older album, and when I checked into it, I realized I had seen the album cover before. That very album (Mana) was featured on the paper insert that was in my copy of Lacuna Coil's Unleashed Memories CD that I got back in '05. Yep. Apparently I'm slow.

Yes. 3 bands to bring in the new year. And might I add that this marks my pursuit of their many other albums.

In other news, my boyfriend works out at a kennel and he had to go in at 2 on Mon. and Tues. to clean out the dogs runs - those runs being the cubicles that the dogs are kept in.. not runny.. well.. you know. Anyway, he asked me to go with him to help him and see all the doggies. So I did, and I loved it. Nothing like rinsing pee off the concrete.

Nah, but in all seriousness I did enjoy it.. Luckily only one of the dogs wanted to eat me. *points defiantly at Chewy* Yes, that dog is appropriately named.

I would love to work there, but being a graphic design student, I'm going to have to intern pretty soon here.

10. A Noise Severe - The Gathering - excellent live album, Anneke's vocals resonant in ways only her voice can. I would love to see her live.

9. The Heart of Everything - Within Temptation - although not as gorgeous as WT's previous work, this album is beautifully written and consistent with WT's style.

8. Salome: the Seventh Veil - Xandria - fantastic follow-up to their India album, which has earned a spot on my list of favorite albums. With songs like Vampire, Emotional Man, and Sisters of the Lights, makes this album one of the best ones.

7. After Forever - After Forever - Fantastic album with consistent orchestral undertones. Highpoints include Discord, Transitory, De-energized, and Dreamflight.

6. Unia - Sonata Arctica - Sonata Arctica can do no wrong. Tony has one of the best voices in rock today.

5. The Divine Conspiracy - Epica - unfortunately in my opinion, the majority of this album is not as good as Epica's previous stuff, but with the redeeming, amazing songs such as The Obessive Devotion, Chasing the Dragon (one of the best Epica songs ever), and Sancta Terra, this album is often played.

4. Riot! - Paramore - Wow, I thought I'd never love mainstream music again. Paramore is NOTHING like any other band I like.. but they aren't like anything I know. I love this band.

3. Ghost Opera - Kamelot - Amazing album. Amazing band. There's not a single song out of place on this album.

2. My Winter Storm - Tarja Turunen - Got this album just in the nick of time for '07. Wow. Tarja's operatic vocals never cease to amaze me. Pure beauty. Awesome first solo album.

1. Dark Passion Play - Nightwish - Oh my.. where do I begin? Everyone thought it was the end when Tarja was fired from Nightwish. Boy were they wrong. Which I had faith on Tuomas and his judgment in the fate of the band. Anette was born for Nightwish. Although her voice is much different than Tarja's.. it's perfect for their music. I firmly believe that if it were Tarja singing this album it would not be as good as the Anette version. With an opener like The Poet and the Pendulum.. there is no doubt that this album will be one to remember always. I would go into the best songs, but I would name off every track on this masterpiece.

Wow. Half-way through... Ugh, I don't think I've EVER been this swamped.. I mean, seriously.

I stayed up to 3. In. The. Frikin. Morning.

Dr. Howell made my Art History journal due TODAY, or at least before he left for he day. Well, I got it done, and it's turned in, I'm going to go pick it up in a little while. I dropped it off about 9:30 this morning, so surely he's done with it and has reached a verdict by now. There's a chance that if the journal is in depth enough, that I can exempt my final exam. As is, I've already exempted two sections off... so if I only get half-credit.. I'm good. XP

HOMAHGOSH! I went on an ADVENTURE yesterday! I was working on one of my paintings in the painting studio when my friend Tiffany ran in and told me to come outside. Curious to see if it was one of my professors break dancing.. which I really thought it was.. but no, it was an awesome sunset. We got out there and were looking around when Gately emerged from the building as well. He old us he wished there was a way to get a better view because all the trees and buildings were in the way. Well, due to my love of exploring, I knew that the door to the roof of the tallest building was usually ajar. Well we raced through the 4 story science building, with me leading the way, since I knew exactly where to go. Unfortunately someone had messed with the door, and it was pushed to. But it's all good, because it was fun to try anyway. XD

Dude, I can't believe what I found out yesterday. Mr. Gray, my ceramics professor, is friends with one of the creators of Avatar: The Last Airbender. He actually got a promo poster sent to him prior to the release of the series. And he ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT NARUTO IS, and KNOWS THE CHARACTERS! Thats is SO cool. AND he's a Futurama fan! Okay, I'm done. lol

Over the Thanksgiving break Nightwish announced that they would be releasing their new single on Dec. 5! "ErÃ¤maan Viimeinen" is what it shall be called. It is a vocal version of Nightwish's instrumental "Last of the Wilds".. I LOVE the cover art, which was also released.

And then on January 15, Nightwish's third single will be released - "Bye Bye Beautiful" one of my favorite songs from their Dark Passion Play album. The artwork for this one is also pretty cool.. ^^

So yea.. Black Friday was yesterday. I stayed inside my warm house as opposed to getting out and battling people for the low, low prices of the official first day of the Christmas shopping season. However, my Aunt decided to brave the frontier to get such deals.

She saw SEVERAL like FIST FIGHTS break out between people.. over MERCHANDISE! But by far, the best thing she told me about was when Toys-R-Us first attempted to open their doors and the bargain-hungry rabids physically torn the door out!

Ah, you humans are so silly.

M-kay.. I've decided.. no more deviations until I'm done with the semester.. that's only in two weeks, soo..

I have quite the roster:

- 2 paintings to finish (and then 1 is still left.. so.. 3)
- final graphics project
- a powerpoint to accompany that project
- a presentation for Art history on the Akan Tribe
- Art History Journal (that is.. a detailed assessment of everything said each class period)
- memorize all the flags of African countries

I think I'll pass out now.. wow, that looks like A LOT more written down.

I have internetz at the beach house now! I found out that there was an unsecured server I could log onto.. so I did.

The final project for graphics is bringing the two styles of two seperate designers and creating a unified design. So I picked Alexander Rodchenko and Alphonse Mucha.

Mucha. He's one of my favorite artists. One can argue he's not a designer, but an artist, but he primarily drew posters, and that's my argument as to whether or not he's a designer or not.

His work is so beautiful.. :3

Lots of updates for today, but I'm going to wait until my lunch break to do them because Chapter 4 of LL is in the wrong format for me to open on this computer.

I need to proofread and correct any err... discrepancies.. in the story, becasue we've changed stuff around A LOT.

In other news.. I cut my hair!

I still can't believe I went through with it! As for the length, think.. Hania Kimura. Yes, I liked Anti's chracter so much I chopped off my hair like hers, lol.

I now longer have the curse of Muchhair.. lol, that's the leprechaun of hair.

I'll post a new pic later.. I feel a new ID coming on soon.

However.. SOMEONE doesn't like my hair.. WELL EMO PRINCE KOUSHIYAMI CAN GET OVER IT! Oops.. I wasn't supposed to say that name yet... just forget what I said.

Well, I haven' t updating in a while, but - good news!! I'll be updating a bunch in the next few days.

The German food was awesome, as was the whole trip. I found a really awesome purple and black corset and I was able to purchase it, I'm so happy. I love it!

Don't have a lot of time to write today, I have a ceramic quiz in about 30 minutes.

It's the end of the week! I've survived it once more.

..I'm tired.

But, I get to go eat German tonight! i was just looking up some different kinds of German food. The German's version of doughnuts sound REALLY GOOD. I mean REALLY. I hope they have those, if not I'll probably go get an American one because I really want one now.

Yep, I was unable to get my stuff for the minature show done on time, but hey, that gives me more time to make it good for next year.

Well, there's not much going on today.. just working on my next graphics project - a photo montage.

It's for a magazine cover for The North American Review, a literary magazine. So I'm doing an Edgar Allen Poe montage, becuase he's my favorite author.

He was my favorite long before the goth/emo wannabes even knew who he was.

I've liked him since grade school, in fact.

Yes, I wore my pirate costume to school today. I'm in the graphics lab right now just like I am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.. okay, it's 40-something degrees outside - they have the AIR on in here! Sure it's for the computers or whatever.. but still.

I do have a new deviation to post today. I actually did this picture MONTHS ago.. no exaggeration. so that should be up in a minute.

I'm so proud of myself for getting that Halloween picture done earlier this week. But when I first uploaded it, the full-view size was really small. Somehow the full-size option had been changed to 600 px on my deviation page, but now it's fixed.. so.. yay!

So yea, we went to a corn maze last night.

After being stalked by cats, a black dog, a crazy man with a shotgun, evil scarecrows and gnomes, we managed to get out alive after about an hour.

Okay, okay.. only the first two on that list is true. XD

I have limited time to write a journal entry today, so let me just say that I am indeed still woring on the Halloween picture, I'm hoping to get it done today.

Okay.. I should be able to get up Ch. 3 of LL today.. I'm running out of time fast.

Well, my collage for painting, with a few tweaks, has been approved for me to paint.. So I need to begin work on that as soon as possible.

I'm also working on two miniature painting.. the size is a whopping 4"x5".. that's a lot of detail in a little space. There's an art competition at my city's museum.. and I'm planning on entering those two paintings in to hopefully win some moneyz.

Been working on a lot of detailed thumbnails for my latest graphics project. It's a typography assignment in photoshop so hopefully it'll go over well. ^^

I got frustrated with Spanish last night and did a very quick, vey rough, sketch of Kankuro that I can hopefully finish later and post up as a deviation. His hair's too light.. but oh well..

Yea.. the painting room where my grade has been posted for my latest painting is locked.

Ho yea.. I'll get in later.. I have connections.

So, my parents and I are looking around to possibly purchasing a house, and there was a definite possibility that was located extremely close to my father's workplace and made for a convenient route to the university for me. Anyway, we're looking at this house right? And I look two yards over to see my painting professor raking his yard.

Yea. That would interesting to find out AFTER I would have moved in, wouldn't it?

The next painting I'm doing is going to be a reprodution of a collage I've created.. and his is what I've got so far.. I'll probably make the background not as crude, I'll make a gradient between the blue and the black.

I'm finding out about my Spanish test today.. that was the hardest I've studied this semester. I hope it paid off.

Yea, I'm coming along with my updates quite nicely.. I'll be posting more LL pictures soon.. i have a ton.. I just don't want to post them to early.

Just had a graphics quiz.. yea, that was interesting. I'm the type of person that doesn't like to look for the correct answers after I take it to "see what I might have missed" because then I like FREAK OUT becasue I can't exactly remeber what I actually put for my answer.. and it's just a big mess. I'm such a nerd.
