[APRIL UPDATE!]
Well, it seems we're still alive, and this appears to come with not only april fools (don't worry, the third reason proves this isn't a joke), the emergance of some new Evangeline art; but also our birthday. We are now one year old. Yes for 2009 this is actually our first update but to put it off so long. Well we're more active than some other clubs at least. ANYWAY, it's our birthday. This club was kinda made on a quick whim because dev

eity-of-destruction said she wanted a fan club, just a random thing because basicially almost every sonic fan character has a fan club, and practically all of them are recolours (and a good deal of their creators admit that too), but Eva's different isn't she? Yep, she stands out well and looks interesting and eye catching. True personality-wise she's a bit of a standard evil girl who could also be anti-hero on occasion, but in a world of recolours looks kinda go a long way. Of course we love her for her character too

Anyway it's our birthday, lets rejoice in the fact we're now a year old. How? Well I don't know, this is an art site... draw or write something. Or better yet compose something. Yes, go out and perform some music, write some poetry perform a duet or something.

[NOVEMBER UPDATE!]
I know the last month was quiet, but we got nothing here. Barely any art either. do you want Eva to cry? (or kill everyone?). But anyway I realised we've been going on for eight months now. I guess thats something to be proud of, right? So lets see if for once we get one of our themes actually working out. It's December, so you know what that means? Yes a very special holiday and that will be our theme. so this month our theme is for HUMAN RIGHTS DAY! What better way to celebrate the end of the yeah than Evangeline being nice to everyone, OR taking everyones rights away and enslaving us all.

We need something, well lets think of a theme for the month. there's lots of fireworks this month so how about we go with that? Or you know, something related to the 'other' current events news.

In other news, =deity-of-destruction's contest is nearly over. How soon is nearly? Well it ends around the end of this month. so thats it, one month to get things underway. There's quite a few entries, and don't worry if you feel the other entires are much better that what you can do, voting won't just be on overall appearance, because there is a theme for it

[OCTOBER UPDATE!]
Sadly September was a bit slow... I mean EXTREAMLY slow. There was virtually nothing done here on DeviantART. Maybe we need people running sister clubs on other sites. Anyway not much for new members and virtually no art besides a few. We do need to think of something big.

But there was some big news, =deity-of-destruction's contest will end in november. So be sure to get in before it's too late.

Last month I made a theme idea, and it didn't really work out, Evangeline in a school/college/univeristy type setting. No one even tried putting her into a typical school girl outfit. Well since the theme idea didn't work out maybe we shouldn't do one this month, after all it's ONLY the month leading into All Hallows Eve, what possable theme could we come up with while thats shadowing above us.

[SEPTEMBER UPDATE!]
Well where to start? First off I want to appologise for not being able to manage the fan club most of the month. This meant to prepare for this update I had to go through 400+ pictures looking out for Evangeline art along with going through *deity-of-destruction's favourite gallery (it saves a LOT of time).

So what makes this month special? Well it's back to school, college or university for many people. Now how can we work on that?
.......I know, lets have a little theme. Eva going to school (college or uni). Lets see what turns up. So thats a challenge for the month, Evangeline Fate, time to go to school (or college, or uni). Is she sitting in class with a bunch of others (like yourself), is she in the playground, eating in the cafÃ©, studying or just hanging out on campus?

[AUGUST UPDATE!]
Month four of the club. Well not much happened this month. Infact overall this month has been kind of slow in terms of some Evangeline-goodies. However!! ~crusherthehedgehog has created some amazing pictures of her during the month. Infact all his pictures of her, NO! All his pictures are just great. So for this month I'm recomending that you check out his gallery if you haven't already. You can see all his Eva stuff in our favourites here under his own little Collection. Just be sure to check the rest.

Non-Eva related though, we now have an affiliate; ~Hinote-Fans. A fan club for fans of =Chibi-Gardevoir's Hinote. So lets see if the two clubs can help eachother. Even if it's something as small as getting noticed, or something bigger like competitions.

Question: Should we update the journals more than once a month? Sometimes it's slow and sometimes it's chaotic. What do you think?

[JULY UPDATE!]
Well it's our third month now and whats happened? Well we have 26/27 members (depending on if you count myself or not). We have collected ELEVIN pages of Eva-Art, five pages of which was by Deity of Destruction, so thats six pages of fan art, gift art, comissions, trades and so on. However there is more out there that we must find. Just look at the NON-Members section in the favourites, it's 4 pages long! We need our members art to out number that.

The little contest I set up got ZERO responses... so I guess we have to try something else to get peoples attention. Ideas are always welcomed.

Here's hoping this month turns out bigger for us than the others. Also if you work with another persons fan club, then see about linking up?

[JUNE UPDATE!]
Second update, and what do we have? Well not much change really. A few new members joining and such. I was sadly unable to be on this account as much as before. This means I have a LOT of submissions to go through to find Eva art. But on the plus side with my main account I see a number of it anyway to know where to go (or I can be lazy and check Deities's favourites)

No entries for the competitions though, thats kind of depressing. Oh well I will keep the competition going for one more month. If you're interested then just try putting something together for it. Check out the May Update for the information on it [link]

[MAY UPDATE!]
Well here we are, one month old, and how many members? Thirteen members (although most of them joined in the first half of the month), oh and don't say I miscounted as I was not including myself or

. So how should be celebrate lasting a whole month? I know, I small comeptition. This is open to everyone and not just people who are members. All you have to do is create something for the club. It can be any of the following:
Stamp (highly recomended)
Deviant ID
Webcam picture
Icon
However the idea for who wins can be hard. So there will only be one place, no runner ups. However if we get a lot of Stamps and ID's, then they will be treated as two different catagories so two first places awarded (so if everyone submits one of everything, you boost your chances of winning by a lot). Winning submissions will be used on the page for a whole month, all others will be used and exhanged on a regular basis for the following month.

Prize? Hmm that certianly is a good question. Ok then

will lineart and colour a sketch from whoever wins, of their choice (those his personal rules of nothing adult will have to apply). However in the case of multiple winners he may only just do lineart... unless we chain him up to do it.

Anyway I hope you all wish to take part. The end date of this is the first of June, our next monthly update. So you've got a whole month to be lazy and whipe something up on the last day (multiple entries of the same catagory from the same person is fine (like multiple stamps). However only one of them will be picked for voting. Be sure to leave a comment linking to your entry here.
