And man do I feel lame posting a comment on a plain-ass journal when all those other artists out there have those perty CSS-ified ones.

But ah well, it's not like I'm a regular contributor around here; so like I deserve it. BD

But annnnyway: I really have been in the mood to churn art/music as of recently. Actually I've started to doodle my abstracts once again, now with a new technique, but nothing really spectacular enough to submit. But I never really believed any of it was good enough to submit in the first place so what am I talking about?

Other then that though, I've been waiting to purchase a better computer before I actually start drafting anything in any kind of medium since my attention span can't take the snail speed my laptop crawls at. Same goes for my desktop, but it goes even slower then my laptop so it's ousted from the equation altogether anyway.

But hopefully with this new job I have I'll be able to accomplish this new computer of truth. Otherwise, life goes oooon.

So, I'll leave everyone back to ignoring my existance and end this journal here.

Annnyway, the purpose of said journal is to proclaim my said effort on said day with said words to give the said--*Is shot*

Basically I've begun to actually finish a piece of music. Starting to come together, sounds nice, I'm likin it. And if I finish, I may post it if possible.

...Kinda feels like I'm in the middle of an empty auditorium when I do these journals sometimes. Since like, no ones really listening. I wonder if I could hear my echo if I listen long enough....If I could type SOUNDS that is.

Well, my lack of sanity aside, those of you who know me, or even those who do not, are welcome to join in the reception of my compositions. Just getting that across. Just be gentle on the critiques ok? I bruise easy. ;3; (Not really 8D)

Nothing much to report really, haven't been doing much art lately. At least not personal art, but plenty of Web Design for a business I work for aside from my regular job (Hopefully I didn't just repeat myself ).

I'd put those designs up, but I don't know if that would be a copyright violation or something....*Shrugs* Ah well, I'll be sure to post the address possibly when we get the sites slapped onto the web (Whenever that happens) .

We've been having problems with posting the sites for some odd reason. Might be user error, or server error, or something, but I'm not too personally worried as long as it happens eventually. Or at least as long as I keep getting assignments.

My Photoshop abilities continue to increase as I use it more and more for these little Web Jobs. I've gradually built out a method of doing Web Design so it'll be easier for me, and quicker for the customer. But I'm still having issues with personal motivation and general design...My layouts are usually pretty graphic intense. They look real nice, yet might give hell to those with dial-up.

But since I use the same pictures for each page, as soon as a dial-up user loads the initial page the others should flow pretty easily.

I've been starting to make layouts that require less graphics and use more HTML than GIFs. But eh, that doesn't make things much easier sometimes you know?

In other news, I've been appointed as a judge for a contest that is running.

Which I find a great honor since she's such a fabulous artist. :3

I also did all the updating on her site for the contest while she went on a trip to Australia. Definitely a cool opportunity, and I was glad to of helped!

Now she's back, and she's seemed to have caught something during the trip ;_; . So I'm doing my best to make her feel better! :3

Annnyway. I've been wanting to post some personal art for a little while, don't know why, just been having an odd craving for it I guess, so I might put something together some time soon. But I've been pretty busy with all my Web Design, so I don't know when I'll be able to accomplish that.

I'm on the brink of not making rent, so the Web Design has rather taken priority.

I'd like to thank Tokumei, the author of the sprite comic River City High, for the coloring tip he gave me after I instant messaged him so randomly. (Right as he got on frighteningly enough ). I apologize for that Tokumei, and I swear I'm not a stalker!

My skill with Photoshop increases gradually the more I use it. And quite frankly I'm suprised I'm doing at least slightly well..

I'm beginning to re-edit some pics due to the knowledge I've received. Pics that have not been submitted yet by the way. I'll get the next ones up when I can. I'm currently trying to focus on school above all else, so there's no telling when the pics will be up.
