... and after putting in 120+ hours I've only just realised that one of the main characters was voiced by Ryo Horikawa

Anyways, this is great game, and I recommend to anyone who likes engrossing RPGs, haven't been this stuck into an RPG since probably Skies of Arcadia on Dreamcast or Panzer Dragoon Saga on Saturn. I think I'll replay Eternal Sonata again whilst I wait for Tales of Vesperia to be released here finally, or dig out the Saturn and finally finish Shining the Holy Ark

Suppose I should update this thing as I'm back from Minamicon and have been since Sunday afternoon Â¦D

Minamicon was great as always, and now begins the long wait until the next one in mid April 2010, 2010 seems like SUCH a far off date it's unreal haha. We worked out this was the 6th year we had been attending the convention, time has really flown! One of these years I should really get my ass to a few more of the events they put on, haha. But spent lots of money in the dealers room and watched a bit of anime between events that we did actually go to

Next event to look forward to though is the May London Expo, wahoo.

What else is going on? Not alot as usual but I suppose I like a simple life

There are some pics in the pipeline but as always I'm slow with these things. Maybe, MAYBE something will appear in the next few weeks but who knows.

Edgeworth game comes out next month, I'm excited despite the fact that it's only in Japan atm and no English language on the Japanese cart. I hope Capcom announce an English version soon.

So I woke up this morning like I would any other Monday morning and started to get ready for work until I realised there was something obstructing my journey to work.

I have never seen snow like this before! All the schools are closed, all the rail and bus services are closed. I called into work and hardly anyone was in and they said they will probably close later so they said it's okay to not bother so... DAY OFF!

OMG, I don't even know what to do, maybe I'll draw, I don't want to waste this rare day!

I suppose there'll be alot of these journals today, but oh well.

I meant to update this thing soooo many times, like after London Expo, my birthday, during the run up to Christmas, but I just never really got to it Â¦D;

I guess I don't really have any resolutions except finish more artwork! I want to work harder on my art, or devote a bit more of my time to it. Or perhaps I should say, try and cut back on the procrastinating and actually do something! XD So yeah, I'm saying that will be my resolution for this year

I have alot of pics I want to work on, some from way back in Summertime I wanted to do but never got to for instance. I hope I can stick to my resolution.

What have I been doing? Working of course, it seems that time really flies these past few months, I guess because I've been busy at work which suits me fine. I'd rather be busy and have things to do, then not alot and get bored. I like my job as much as I think one could like what is basically data entry, even though I haven't been able to connect really with anyone at the office, at least I get to look at a few interesting things with my work. I've been on holiday the past 2 weeks but I'm back on Friday. And just when I'd settled back into my student-days lifestyle!

It's come around so fast, and now about.. 6 weeks or so away

Incidentally this year the first day of the Expo is the day before my birthday, so.. whoo! The new DBZ special is airing in Japan soon, I think, so that'll be cool.. maybe I'll be inspired to do some new DBZ content. That and at the end of the month they'll reveal what this "NEW Gyakuten NOT Game" is.. omg please let it be an anime..

Trying to finish stuff, but soooo slow.. I owe some pics ( sorry guys xD; ), and am in the middle of a Gitaroo Man and Phoenix Wright, as well as a doujin which I'll post the link to the account to when some pages are ready.. :3

OH GOD I started Shenmue again... how I love this game. I just finished Apollo Justice

so I've returned to my other gaming-love, Shenmue, to fill in the void between Apollo Justice and Gyakuten Kenji. OMG CANNOT WAIT... Edgeworth and Gumshoe are great xD

I meant to update this thing about a bajillion times since I last did but never got around to it. London Expo was ages ago/awesome as always

Bought some goodies, more than I expected (whoops), much fun was had.

Let's see what else happened besides working. Well I almost moved out, then realised FUCK I CAN'T AFFORD THIS so much drama and tears was had, but it's all cool now and I'm still at home, saving Â¦D;

I have this week off actually, which may explain my sudden productivity (two drawings in a day, wth) hopefully I won't slacken off as this is the perfect time for me to actually get some art done!! Unless I get distracted again *cough*Objectachu*cough* the next pic will probably be a Trigun pic my mum has been bugging me about that I promised her Â¦D Trigun.. such a great show and such a long time since I drew Vash, it'll be fun

In a sudden realisation I owned a PSP I went out and bought Patapon. Quite a fun/cute game if you like something different/rhythm games.. although I kinda put it to the side as things were getting gooooood in Apollo Justice.

And is it me or is there ALOT of tracing going on atm.. WTH, this stuff shouldn't even be allowed on DA.. it's very frustrating to see people get such praise and admiration for what is just another form of plagiarism.

I was meant to update this Monday, but various factors (cnba, watching DVDs, tired) I didn't Â¦D Then, nearly everytime since then, my net has died. It seems I'm in another broken internets spell >8( We had a new modem delivered this morning but it's been less than perfect so I dunno..

ANYWAY. I am back from Minamicon.. this time last week I suppose we were "watching" the cosplay masquerade. But we were right at the back and couldn't see very much/anything, so we spent the majority of the thing in Picto Chat on the DS. Good times. Minamicon was fantastic, as always, it was good to see ~BEAR2041 and ~Bejiita-san again X3 Bought lots of stuff, it was all good Â¦D Can't wait for next Minamicon.. a mere year and 3 weeks away. 8| Oh well, next event is London Expo in May. YOOSH.

I've settled back into normality, working, coming home and trying to cram my time consuming hobbies into the evenings Â¦D I've quit my Sunday job now (YAY) so I just work full time in the week. Whooo. I was thinking of opening commissions now I have more time, but I'm not sure if anyone would pay me for art or what to charge o: Well, I'll give that some thought.

I bought Dynasty Warriors 6 (OMG), I don't think I ever mentioned, but I really love this series 8D... I've wanted to do art for this for...ever. Maybe I will get around to it. and WTF, I used to like Zhao Yun best but they've made Xiahou Dun all.. sexy in this game o_o I am now converted to Xiahou Dun and the kingdom of Wei. I also got Beautiful Katamari but I can't play it for too long as it makes me motion sick, progress is slow. *CRY*

I'm hungry >8O

Arts are (as always) on the way.. quite a few in the works it's just a case of actually finishing them.. I get distracted Â¦D;

October is nearly over! Time has really flown since my last journal, so I felt like updating. I'm still working (mostly) hard at my new job at the market research company, now about five months into my six month probation period, so come the beginning of December they will let me know if they really really want to keep me on or not. Right now, things are looking good

I'm still working Sunday's at my old part time job though, just hanging on until end of January so that I don't lose the bonus I have been building up all year. I'm looking forward to quitting there though

As much as I like the money, I want more than one day off a week!

Speaking of work, I took yesterday off work as it was my birthday, I'm 24 now, yikes! It was a quiet day, I played video games mostly, haha. I finished Halo 3 (wahoo!) and played some classics like Sonic 2 and Streets of Rage. Going out for a curry tonight with my family, and meeting up with my friends next week for Guy Fawkes Night, so it's all good, should be fun

I got a few bits, some money, the new Eternal Sonata game for Xbox 360 (been playing it today, really impressed so far), some artwork (thank you

) and other various bits and bobs. I think I'll use the money to get the new Halo 3 and Beautiful Katamari OSTs. And OMGGGGGGG a friend completely out of the blue sent me in the post some artwork by Richard Elson, whom he had asked to draw something for me :'D I couldn't believe it! Richard Elson was my art God as a kid, haha!

I also went to the London Expo last Saturday to stock up on new manga and goodies

Apparently the VA for Chibi Trunks was there but I didn't see them, LOL. Maybe the VAs for Goku and Vegeta will appear one day.. Twas a fun day

The next event to look forward to now is Minamicon in Feb/March, which doesn't seem so far off now.

I have about 50 million pics on the go right now, and when I say on the go I mean in progress from anywhere from in my head to starting shading. I seem to get these splurges of inspiration every now and again and I'm in one splurge now. Kinda frustrating that I don't have enough time to work on them all as much as I can! Well, hopefully I will finish something soon. It's been too long since I actually finished a picture... D: They're coming though, sorry to those I owe artwork too, I haven't forgotten X3;;;

So the place I have been temping at said they'd like to keep me after the temp period ends in August :3 That means I will have an OMG payrise and stable job, YAY. I'll keep on my Sunday job too until the new year, so that I get my bonus Â¦D I like money for no reason.. Working 6 days is a little tough, but I've gotten used to it now.

What else has happened since the last update? Well my Xbox 360 tragically DIED last weekend of hardware failure

It got the Red Ring of Death during the start of me watching my Totoro DVD on it and never recovered

It was only 10 months old though so I was able to exchange it for a new one, and keep Jack Bauer

I've been playing alot of Pokemon recently....... playing Diamond to death, as well as going through Emerald and Ren's Sapphire, so it is ready for trading which has resulted in next to no new art this past few weeks D: I have some stuff I want to draw though but not enough hours in the day xD

It's been a while since I last updated so why not..

I've now completed 5 weeks at my new job, I really like it, although it does have it's slow moments. But I later found out a bunch of other things I can do to keep myself busy, so it's not too bad really. I really hope they will keep me on after my probation/temp period is over.. I think I find out at the end of August.

I still work my Sunday job at the weekends so I'm pretty tired alot of the time, but despite this I went up to London yesterday to attend the first Japan Expo

It was quieter than London Expo, which was probably a good thing really, we went around all the stalls quicker and after decided to head up to Forbiddon Planet and Orbital Comics, who had incidentally opened up a new dedicated manga store. It's really cool

So much manga was bought, along with a DBZ boxset 2, Tenchi Universe (it's been soooooooooo long since I saw it..) and various other junk Â¦D it was a good day, despite the rain.

I haven't produced much in the way of drawings recently

Although I have been paying my Xbox some much needed attention xD it's been a wile since I really played a game not on my DS.. I'm on the last case of Phoenix Wright 2 at the moment, so it's getting good! I'm on a Phoenix Wright high right now, I want to finish it soon because there are some new games coming out in the next few months that I want to get. Pokemon Diamond comes out next week, and I pre-ordered.. so it should be arriving on release day!

I also pre-ordered Halo 3.. plus I want to get Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Phoenix Wright 3 and Beautiful Katamari when they come out.. GAH XD Too many games.. plus those coming out on Live..

You can play Pokemon Diamond online or something can't you? o_o

I meant to update this last week sometime but I couldn't be bothered, haha.

I got offered the job that I went for the interview for last week

It's 3 months temporary through the agency, then after that they decide if they want me FOREVAH. So I can't really quit my Sunday job until then which kinda sucks because I'll be working 6 days a week, but I'll have a bit of money by the end of it which is cool, as I want to buy a car~ I start my job on Monday

Japan Expo is next month, I'll be attending the Saturday, as this is a new event I'm not sure what to expect of it. Hopefully it'll be good

I meant to do this after the Expo but I've been busy sleeping and working, mostly the latter.

I went with

Expo was goooooooooooooooood apart from the bit at the end which involved travelling back to the Expo, getting the wrong DLR train and then finally once we got back there, ready to spend MOAR cash, being told they weren't admitting anymore despite there still being 30mins left. I bought some new manga which I had wanted, and some figures (that weren't worth the money, incidentally), stickers, shirts OOH and a Renji plushie amongst other bits. I drew some things in the Artist Alley which I left there and intended to see if they were still there and bring home later had we been allowed back in.

I've been temping for a few weeks, and might have an interview for a temp/permanent job soon

It's just office work, but money is money. I think I would like this job as it's close to home and it's on the PC from the sound of it.

Lots of drawing is going on for something that will hopefully surface in the next few months.

D As such, I'm not sure when my next art post will be here, ah well

*wakes up after 11 hours of sleeping* You could say I was tired

I had this long dream with a friend in it I'm worried about, I can't remember most of it now though but the dream wasn't unpleasant. I've noticed that most of my dreams take place at night, or in dark or poorly lit places, I'd love to know the meaning behind that, if there even is one. Generally though, if I'm worried about someone I'll dream about them xD

Anyways I guess I am still in job limbo at the moment, I have difficulty concentrating on things unless I'm given a specific deadline to get things done

Specifically, there are two more drawings I would like to get done for my portfolio, page 2 of a 2 pager comic, page 1 is done I just haven't uploaded it because I wanted to upload the two together. And just another drawing which I've started to sketch, but I fail at horses. Yes it has a horse in it o_O Well, I hope this will be the last things I decide to put forward for my portfolio on this occasion, but seeing the pros here on DA just makes me think "Gah! I'm going about this all wrong!" and want to start over xD;

I've began to notice that I think my mum thinks I'm incapable of doing anything. Today my Grandad was saying how he had a funny turn in the night, something about straining a muscle in his arm during the week, but he also mentioned his heart bypass operation he had decades ago so I don't really know the full story there. He's 86 so I'm still a bit worried about that to say the least. Anyways, my brother is the one elected to take him to the docs later, which made me notice that he's always asked to do these things, never me. I mean I don't mind in that I suppose it means my day isn't interrupted but after a while I think what am I incapable of these tasks or something? Oh well.

My dad is back to work after having a month off because he slipped a disc. I realise I didn't mention this before but to be honest it never really seemed like a "OMG tragedy!" issue because my dad takes everything in his stride and never complains. He works 6 days a week and doesn't have time off very often, so it was strange having him around the house, but not a bad thing

Less than three weeks now until they both head off to Australia and New Zealand, they have a pretty packed itinerary o_O Visiting Adelaide, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Christchurch (I think that's what it was called) all in 4 weeks! We have lots of relatives over there so all that plus visiting them.

OMG. So I bought a PSP the other week on impulse as I saw Gitaroo Man Lives was going for a measly £12 in GAME. I also got LocoRoco (very cute and fun), Sonic Rivals (as it came with it) and Power Stone Collection (haven't played it yet). Gitaroo Man is much harder on the PSP

I've managed to work my way up to Ben-K on Master's Play but can't beat it yet, my thumb cramps up at the faster bits xD and pressing so many buttons shakes the whole console making it harder to see what's going on. Gah! Pretty fun though, I want to try out duet mode but none of my friends have a PSP, gonna take it to Minamicon in March in hope someone there might, along with my DS.

I want to try 4-player Ouendan! I got Elite Beat Agents but it kinda sucks :/ alot of the songs don't really work so well for this kind of game.. I also got US Shenmue o: it's like.. the same as ordinary Shenmue! XD oh well.. I'm a collector, I need to buy pointless crap.

Was playing Shenmue again the other day and saw some scenes I hadn't seen before o_O I thought I had seen them all by now.. Ryo had a fight with those rudegirls who whenever you talk to them they say "Get outta my face Schoolboy!!" XD hahaha

Working on portfolio again, much to my mum's dismay

.. I think she wants me to send off stuff OMG RIGHT NOW but I just want to do 2 more pages of a comic so I have something sequential and recent to show people. Speaking of which, I finished the next set of pages for STCOnline finally, so that should be showing up in a couple of issues. :3

The power went out yesterday and I was the only one in except my dad who was in bed and didn't really care

Mum was impressed I knew how to work the electrics box, turns out the water pump was leaking directly onto a socket D:

My parents are going to Australia and New Zealand next month OMG I can't waaaaaaaaaaaaaait to have some freedom in this house XD Also Minamicon as I mentioned is in March

It's 3am, I should really go to bed but I'm just hanging around.. I guess I'll update this thing

Christmas Day came and went, it was uneventful as usual. We don't really do much which I suppose I don't mind too much as I bet if we did I would be wishing it was quiet and I could just do what I want. I got some new sketchbooks (can never have enough of those), Phoenix Wright 2 (finally!) and a Trap Door DVD amongst other things.

Been playing alot of Shenmue recently.. ALOT. xD I've been working on a dedicated Shenmue website for Neoseeker with ~RenOfHeavens this past year on and off and as we both have alot of free time right now it's really picked up recently. It's kind of interesting as I'm still seeing new things in this game I'd never seen before. Now if only there was Shenmue III...

In 2007 I have to find a "proper job". Fun. :stare: I just hope I can find something not too mindnumbingly boring... D: Lionhead Studios is in the next town.. it would be cool to work there LOL

I have this urge to play Civilisation II but it's not installed on my new PC

Yes, I still play that old game.. I don't understand the newer ones xD too complicated. Plus I should really tidy up my room.. is it true artists are not usually tidy people? I seem to remember reading that somewhere *uses it as an excuse*

Soooo bored of Christmas shopping now xD but I think I done it all now.. just waiting on some last things to get here so I can wrap them. Christmas is coming D:.. which means the store will be getting busy and I will have to work some extra days at my office job to get all the payrolls run so they can be faxed in time so the guys get paid.. plus wrapping up wine to send to customers and suppliers D: I suck at wrapping anything not box shaped.. xD Next year I have been told I will have to start looking for a "proper job" so I guess my days of being a (ex)student bum are swiftly coming to an end. Enjoy them while you can!! I'm not sure what kind of job I will get, there isn't much around here in the job I want (2D art.. preferably characters and stories) so I can imagine me getting "boring job" for the most part and doing art freelance.. hmm, I think I would be happy with that for a while. If I can get any freelance work xD I'm gonna work extra hard one some pics these next weeks to build up my portfolio a bit X3

I'm getting towards the end of Sonic 360 now, up to about 80% on each episode :3 Viva Pinata is alot of fun, I urge people to buy this if they want something different to play! Don't be put off by it's childish appearance, it's quite fun, and open ended

Tonight I'm going to see the panto with the three musketeers (Katy, Suzanne and Andy) so that should be fun

Last time we were practically in the roof and bought light up swords ooooh~

D: My Rub Rabbits game is MISSING!! Damn you DS and your stupidly tiny carts! These things need homing devices or something. Whilst looking for it I found some DBZ pencil boards I forgot I had, a Trunks figure (it lights up omg), a penny and that Daiki and Yasuo cel of them in school uniform.. I don't think this game is coming back D: it's lost along with my Mega Drive copy of Lemmings.

Tomorrow I'm going to do some sorting of my room as I don't have anything to do.. I'm going to take a photo of all my DBZ doujinshi as they need to come off the shelf anyway so I can dust and rearrange stuff XD So if anyone wants to see that look out for my edit tomorrow.. speaking of doujinshi I'm cracking on with the translation of Hisoka. I'm getting quicker at recognising hiragana and radicals, so I guess that is good >.> Up to page 16 of 64, not that all are comic pages, but the very vast majority are. eBay has sucked for DBZ doujinshi lately, none I want ever seem to be listed *pouty face* I suppose it's good though because there are new games I want.

SONIC!! So I've been playing the new Sonic game since Friday. I like it enough to forgive the problems I'm having with it xD Like throwing Sonic off cliffs with the homing attacks and the unusual lag in the Jungle level o_O.. I'm trying to progress Sonic, Shadow and Silver's episodes at the same rate, so today I spent some time catching up on Shadow's episode. I fought Mephiles o-o.. that was kinda cool, won't say too much though as I don't want to spoil it. Viva Pinata is out this week so I'm going to get that too. Plus I want to pick up the Japanese Phoenix Wright 2.. as Capcom are taking their sweet time releasing it here.

My net has been good these past few days so maybe it's fixed now.. o_o *hopes so*

So yeah, a warning still my net is still disconnecting randomally and for long periods of time, if I disappear that's why, I'm not just being mean

The engineer came on Thursday and couldn't figure out why it was happening as it's a. random b. makes no sense logically. He replaced something but it doesn't seem to have made much difference. If it goes down again tonight I guess we have to ring NTL again.. :/

Last week was busy! I was in work a few days extra and also up early waiting for my new PC to be delivered (which didn't arrive). Part of it has arrived now, the last part should tomorrow, then hopefully sometime this week I will be up and running on my new PC ^.^

Still don't have a "proper" job, there is like nothing in my area for what I want to do. I tried looking on [link] but annoying people list jobs for things under every category regardless of relevance, making it more of a chore to look.

Saturday was fun, went out for curry as it was

's birthday :3 a good laugh and nice food :3

What else is going on? Hmm well I suppose my only concern is a friend who seems to be using me as a doormat/spare. I'm just riding it out at the moment.. :/

OH! my DBZ calenders arrived

They are most sexellent, even if Veggie is dieing on the March/April page. The art is lovely on all pages though @_@ I should take some photos at some point.

I picked up DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Haven't played much of the latter, but DBZ is pretty fun :3 All the button bashing wears my hands out though xD I haven't got very far though, stuck on Piccolo Vs Oozaru Gohan D: This week Sonic finally comes out for the 360 (and Viva Pinata next week). It's great all these games are coming out but I wish game companies wouldn't release all the games I want at the same time D:

I've been translating a doujinshi at the moment, one I've had for a while and has had me curious for a long time xD I've done about 3 pages so far with only one problem, if/when I finish I'll probably host it somewhere for those interested, I cannot confirm the acuracy of the translation though as I am self taught, armed with various dictionaries and such

I was meant to write this on Sunday but here we are on Wednesday, oh well

London Expo was great

I got lots of goodies, more than previous years, this one was probably the best of the London Expo's I've been too, the people there were really nice and lots of goodies to look at :3 Only downside was the Artist's Alley was packed so I couldn't sit and draw anything ;_; oh well.

Perhaps my favourite thing I got was the cheapest and smallest, it's a little keyring with Veggie's face on it and when you press it, he shouts "Kakarotto!"...

I'm not joking, that's all he says, HAHAHA! There was also a Krillin, Goku and Frieza one but I didn't press them, mostly because there was so many people there I couldn't reach them half the time >.> I was happy to see some DBZ stuff as it's starting to get a bit thin on the ground these days. I also picked up a bunch of manga and DVDs, as well as some new shirts

I submitted that Mika and his girlfriend picture to the Sweatdrop Art Contest, but I know I won't win xD

I just ordered a Vegeta Calender from CD Japan! I was going to just get the A2 sized DBZ one, as I already have the 2006 one and saw this year they also have A4 sized character ones

They have Goku, Gohan, Trunks.. even Master Roshi o_o.. I remembered later I already have a 2007 Spongebob calender so next year I will have 3 calenders

I have an idea for a DBZ Guy Fawkes pic but with only 4 and a half days until Guy Fawkes I doubt I'll finish it in time >.>

We're now in the depth of Autumn and the house is so cold D: I wish my mum would put the heating on already.. ;_; *goes to sit in the oven*

I was coming down the stairs recalling the dream I had just had, and realising that THAT dream was a dream (is that wierd? to think about previous dreams in another dream XD ) when I noticed there was an extra rug in the hallway, so I tested if I was dreaming by trying to walk through the french doors. >_> Kinda glad I was dreaming.. xD that would have hurt. So I was happy and tried to fly in the garden for a bit, then this guy takes my hand and says there's something I need to see and then I woke up D: godamn, I wanna know what it was..

Been playing my 360 alot >.> Oblivion is alot of fun, still waiting for Sonic though, and Viva Pinata xD it looks like fun.

I've started playing We

Katamari again in an attempt to try and collect all the cousins, I have 36 now

I have a long way to go yet to unlocking the 1,000,000 roses level yet as I don't have all the levels finished good enough.

I'm supposed to be working on me portfolio today but I feel a bit ill atm, probably a mixture of eating too many Haribo, monthly friend is due and I'm hungry. Oh and I have that annoying thing which is the oppasite of car sickness, I don't think it has a name. But it's where you're not moving and your brain tells you you are... or the other way around *forgets* I get it from first person shooters and watching jerky movements like that on TV. x_x

What else is going on with me? Hmm, not much I guess xD just supposed to be working and I don't feel up to it much at this precise moment. Maybe better after dinner..

I felt like updating me journal as I haven't since my brief downtime.

Lately the UK has had a heatwave, it's been.. well HORRIBLE

I don't do well in heat and I don't have a fan (and no houses have air con here) so I just have to endure it D: It seems to be cooling off now (thank goodness) but last week got as high as 36C. I really hope British summers aren't going to be like that every year. I can remember getting excited over 25C in the past xD..

MAAANGGAAA.. been catching up on my manga backlog and yesterday finish Trigun Maximum vol 8 and Hot Gimmick vol 11.

when I see ya next I'll lend it to you :3 I really like Hot Gimmick, it's one of the few girly mangas I have as most of mine are action and comedy titles like Bleach, Berserk, Genshiken and Death Note. I started reading Earthian too, at first it was a bit slow to get into and I was worried I had made a bad choice picking it, but it seems to be picking up after the first few chapters.

GAMES! I just got Super Dragon Ball Z, it's quite easy to get into once you learn the moves (of course, I am playing as Vegeta atm), but after a while of doing moves it makes my thumb feel a bit raw :/ Have also been playing Shenmue on and off

ART! I got a big pic in the works, it's going to take a while. I hope my PC can handle it.

Also it seems I went over 12,000 hits

Am back, well that was boring.. most boring 31 hours EVAH. Me and ~RenOfHeavens got so bored we went to town and thieved the internet from a coffee shop for a bit to check a few things (and look on YTMND

I have been playing my DS alot these past few days. I finally got my copy of Ossu! Tatakae! Ouendan! after it was held to ransom by Parcel Force because I had to pay a customs charge *shakes fist at the Queen*. The stupid thing was their handling fee was more than twice the actual customs fee ¬_¬.. oh well, I have my game now.

I also got Tetris DS and have been playing it on the WiFi.. I used to think I was good at Tetris but not now XD 4-Player is fun though.. despite me not winning any games yet.

Graduation is on Wednesday, formal occasions don't interest me but oh well. I have to go and all that. Looks like the industrial action is over because I got my grade, a 2.2, it was what I was expecting. The letter says Second Class, Lower Division.. kinda sounds like a Saiyan rank

Mum won't get off my back about getting a job.. guess I will have to look like I am doing something about it soon

What can I say, I'm lazy

There is no two ways about it, but oh well.. we shall see..

First off, a warning to anyone who talks to me through MSN. Lately it's not been sending messages I send to people on there, so if I seem to go quiet on there / ignore you, that's why. I have no way to fix it as it's because either:

a. MSN is the shittest messenger going and could not possibly remain stable to save its life

b. My ISP is in the process of national upgrades so my net has been a bit funny anyway.

Probably a combo of the both.

Anyway.

I got my portfolio back from Uni, that means I've passed my degree.

I just don't know the mark, and like I've mentioned before it could be a while before I do. Graduation is end of this month where I get to look like a prat in a gown and stuff yay.

Now I have to find a job >.>.... I wanna draw comics.. At some point next week I need to buy up the comics section in WHSmith and see what's about.

I been drawing, but nothing finished yet but I got some DBZ stuff, RP stuff, Gitaroo Man and some original stuff too~ eeeee.

Glad you liked my silly Veggie plushie thing xD I'll do another one if I can think of somewhere interesting to take him.

So I handed my work in for my deadline yesterday, it's all done.. finally. Annoyingly there was something listed on the assessment criteria that I wasn't aware of -__-.. my module leader, nice enough bloke, really isn't so helpful sometimes with important things like this. Plus the striking action is just.. well, basically it could mean I won't know my marks for a few months, years.. ever? Thinking about me never getting my mark ever is a little scary really. I can imagine being asked what I got for my degree and not having an answer for people. How stupid is that?! It's a little upsetting really :/.. A few other things concerning friends are upsetting me, but I think I'm just getting paranoid and blowing it out of proportion. I hope.

On the other hand, London Expo is on Saturday. I'm going with ~RenOfHeavens, ~Bejiita-san and ~alexia47 .. I wish ~BEAR2041 could come too

Going to be meeting up with some friends from Neoseeker too ^_^ Always fun.. they're going to be airing Naruto for the first time in the UK, and Atari will be there showing off some new DBZ games, I hope they have posters and stuff too

I'm a bit poorer this time around though so I don't think I can buy as much as I did last time.. I just had to fork out £300 for a new graphics tablet as my old one finally died

Mm, guess I should go to bed now. I will try to get to my mountain of messages on here soon.

less than 3 week until deadline now

I can get it done in time provided there are no problems, which there might be because my Premiere is broken. ;_;

Also, because of strikes from University lecturers and the like they haven't given us out marks for the dissertation! Just the feedback sheet, which I see as wrothless as there is no mark on it D: I don't care what they think of my dissertation just tell me the mark DAMMIT.

I'm gonna upload some stuff later which is going in my portfolio of doom I have to submit.. then go look for last years work which is supposed to go in it. I might not even have it anymore, either that or it's on an unmarked CD (I am so clever) or the wardrobe of no return.

In other news I have been playing my Nintendo DS

Currently Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorny, such a fun game

Also got Trauma Center: Under the Knife but not played much of that one yet.

Weeeell I am back from Minamicon.. xD well have been for a while just I didn't get around to updating this thing. It was wunderbar as always, spent large amounts of money in the dealers room as always. Didn't watch any anime on show though >.> All the ones I wanted to see were on too early or while other things were going on, or I plain forgot to go see it

This year, Goku and Vegeta plushie accompanied me. They were very well behaved, and even came to the Friday Sakura festival games thing (POKEMON PINATA XDD) and Cosplay Masquerade. I was very impressed with the cosplay

Part of my haul, it's not all there because I bought a few more bits on the Sunday morning before we get booted out the room. The piles on the right and left of the picture aren't mine

I went over 10K hits a little while back, I've been meaning to do a "thanks" pic and upload it as my 100th deviation but I forgot and already upload the inks pic xD so mayb eit will be my 101th.. 101st.. how do you type it? XD Although I don't have the time to be working on something heavy duty so it will probably only be something quick-ish. Deadlines are approaching and I still have at least half a film to animate. At current count I have nearly 45 seconds of animation, the limit is 2 minutes at least and 10 max

Like I would even come close to 10 minutes of animation.

I bought Sonic Riders.. I don't understand how to do anything on it xD But then again I haven't read the manual... >.>.. Isn't there supposed to be a Sonic 360 15th anniversary title coming out sometime this year *foams* I want it... God I can't believe I've been a fan of Sonic for 15 years.. I feel old D:

I haven't been online this "early" in a while >.>; *munches sandwich* I had work this morning, I didn't sleep much because I stayed up late but I hoped no one would notice >:3... they did though LOL apparently big bags under eyes are a give away XD.. well damn I thought people would be used to seeing me with them by now.

Deadline is Wednesday morning, still got a bit to do but providing I don't slack off should get it done. I left it late, because I have no drive to work on it at all. I can animate to a degree, but it's NOT enough to get me a job, that's for sure. Unless It's something simple like inbetweening, which I really dunno if that kind of job exists in England... we're hardly an animation factory when it comes to that kind of thing. Plus seeing how wonderful (and damn they are) the top of our class is and they will be my competition later, I don't stand a chance @,@

So I'm looking into comics again atm.. luckily we still produce a few in England :3 plus I think with the net and all it wouldn't be impossible to work on a foreign one. So I looked up Panini Comics who do Cartoon Network magazine (DRAGON BALL Z

also Powerpuff Girls, Dexter, Samurai Jack etc) and will see about doing some stuff to send off to them. Yes I will draw canon DBZ LMAO.. Egmont Fleetway don't have their site up >.<.. I did work experience with them back in 1999 when Sonic the Comic was still being made ~

but I have no idea what they publish these days :S.. I hope their website goes up soon. I looked up Archie out of curiosity but their website is absolutely USELESS in terms of looking for employment.. GRRRR.. well maybe I can send them something in the post.. I dunno, will look more into that later.

I don't want an office job if I can help it.. 9 - 5pm.. I'm not good with phones/ "ordinary" people... ;_; but if I must I must, and in the meantime I will keep trying to improve my drawing (PERSPECTIVE NOW PLZ) Does anyone know a good book/site for teaching perspective? Background specifically as I seem to be horrible at it if it's not flat on view *cries*

Now, we don't eat turkey in our house, I for one don't like it
