I finished school for the semester, so I'm just working now. And I have been working on a few things...but the ones that are actually good I have used a DA reference for, and I want to post original things...I just need one to turn out post-worth. But I'm working on it!
So I have 6 years of school left...I didn't realize until this year how grateful I am for summer vacations...I get really burned out during the year. I don't know how I am going to survive medical school - They don't have much of a vacation. But it's only 4 years, right?
So, my life consists of work and play right now....I swim a lot, and try to go rock climbing at least once a week. I'm trying to find a new job, because mine sucks...I need something that pays more so that I can actually save money! It's really a dang shame that I'm not a kid anymore...I used to always wonder why adults told me to enjoy being a kid, and how they wished they were a kid again. I don't wonder anymore.
But, this is my life now. I have lots of time to practice and get better! Hopefully there will be some new work up soon.

Ok, so there is a deviant, , who is claiming that I have stolen her art. An interesting little issue, since she is my ex boyfriend's ex,(yeah...interesting little connection, right?) and loves to try to cause drama with me, even though I live a thousand miles away from her. If you look through my deviations, I always give credit if I use a reference, and I make sure to say that it wasn't my original idea. Stupid little girls....That said, when I reported the slander to dA, they refused to deal with the issue, even though she has attempted it many times, which is why i decided to let you know that you are free to look through my gallery to see for yourself. If I had stolen her art the other times she has tried this, I'm sure I would have been banned by now. So thanks, Erin, for giving my site some publicity, and allowing your fans to see what a lying idiot you are. =]

That aside...
Whew, school and work are kicking my trash, let me just tell ya.
I have been beyond busy, so i haven't really posted much. I am working on a new anatomy study, with the help of the comments on my old one, so that should be up soon, along with a few drawings i have yet to finish. On a sadder note, though...my guitar was stolen from my apartment. Its especially sad because I've had it for over 17 years. But I guess that means I have an excuse to buy a new one. I may be switching my dA to a new account, though, once my subscription is up. And, I've been seeing someone. So overall, my life is really really good, just busy. I hope you are all doing well!

No rugby this semester though....I have too much to do. I was working full time piercing ears at a jewelry place, but I quit, so I am currently unemployed. I am taking 12 credits this semester, so that should keep me pretty busy.
Lets see, what else is going on....I have 5 new roommates, and they are all amazing. Its so much fun living with a bunch of girls. I've been going to a lot of parties, and hanging out with a bunch of people. I've decided that I don't really want a boyfriend, so I have just been dating and having fun!
Life has been keeping me pretty busy, so I haven't really done any drawings lately, but hopefully with things slowing down a little bit i will have more time to do so. We'll see what happens. =]

Update: Semester is over! My GPA: 4.0...I was pretty scared that I wouldnt keep that, but I did! And I quit at Sizzler last week, so I'm just going to be working one job this summer! I just moved into my new apartment, the Glenwood. It's a pretty social place, so I'm pretty excited about it! Hmm....no boys in my life at the moment. Boys here have proven to be a little crazy, so I've been steering clear for about a month. Who knows, maybe I'll meet a nice one now that I'm in a new environment and I'm a little less stressed.
That is pretty much my life at the moment. I am still doing daily piercings...oh! And I donate plasma twice a week, so I'm getting pretty rich. :] I think that's about it! I still have a couple of works in progress and a few finished products that I need to post, but I'll get around to it soon!

Ok, so i started college. It is a BLAST! And I love Chicago. I've been on a few dates with some really cool people. Dating is fun! I've never really done it before. Just jumped into relationships. But I am having so much fun.
AND I got accepted to the Model United Nations! So I get put up in a hotel in downtown Chicago the week before Thanksgiving. And then in March, I am put up in a hotel in Times Square in New York City, and act as a delegate for whatever country we are assigned. For Chicago, we are assigned to Tunisia. I'm so very very excited. My life is falling into place, finally. For the first time ever.
Haha...next I'll be announcing my engagement! Jk jk.
Anyways. I haven't had a whole lot of time, so that is why I haven't uploaded a whole lot of art.....it hasn't been created yet! So I'll work on that, once I figure out how to balance everything.
I now have so many things to fit into my schedule:

dating.

And a lot of people are frusterated with me because I have been hard to get ahold of. I hope I learn to balance it all soon!

No guys, really. A couple dates. But it's been lots of fun! It feels so good to be independent in such a big city. I love riding the train and getting off at a random stop downtown and just exploring the city! It is so much fun, and I am loving every second of it! And I have thrown up a few new pictures. They are usually done on the train on my way downtown, so they probably aren't as good as they could be, but its ok! Art isnt about doing it "right", right?

On the sad news side, I had a good friend die this last week of a heroin overdose. I didnt even know that he was doing such heavy drugs. It is very very sad.

I don't want to end on a bad note though, so let me think of something good. ok...what do you call a fish without an eye?

OH YEAH!!!! And I am going to New York City for the first time ever in August. I am so incredibly excited about it, you don't even know. I'll be staying in an apartment overlooking central park. Which will be free compliments of my uncle, who owns the apartments! WHOOO! I'm pretty damn excited. And I have decided not to get a job in chicago until after i get back from new york, but I talked to the general manager at one of their sears stores, and since i havent worked there a year yet i can't transfer, but they will offer me a cashier position. So yeah, I am pretty excited. My life is pretty good...I am an 18 year old single girl, I have a job and im going to college to be a doctor! (And of course take some art classes!)
But yeah. I just thought that i would share my joy and excitement with you all! If anyone out there lives in Chicago, send me a message! I would love for you to show me around town! :]

per 2: Human Biology. I took it last year, too, and i got a c, but i like the class and if i get an a or b it counts as college credit, so that's what im doing.....and it cancels the c on my transcript and puts it as my new grade.
per 3: 20th Century II. I took AP US history last year, so im takin this one this year.
per 4: H. Geometry. never went, failed it, takin it again. lol.
per 5: SAT PREP. Takin SATs in November and January....may as well be prepared
per 6: ADV Weight Training. I love that class
per 7: Algebra II. I <3 algebra....i know.....im weird.
per 8: History of WWII A. A means first semester....we study it from america's side first semester, and europe's side 2nd semester.

So that is my schedule for the first semester of my *SENIOR* year! Gawd i love bein a senior! I got my ASB card, so i dont have to pay to get into any games.....and i think im going to be on swim team and maybe play tennis in the spring time....so that should be fun! And for my fall sport: Competitive dance team. I am the organizer/choreographer, i guess. I talked with the coach today and she appointed me. I need at least a part of a routine by next thursday. This is gunna be a busy week.

I also bought a sketch pad, which makes shading about 100 million times easier! The paper is different....all of my drawings before were on computer paper, so it was really hard to shade.....i thought i was retarded. But now its easier. Still not saying im good at it, but its better.

Anyways, that is my up to date life! Just thought id let ya'll know!

Eat a whole pizza?:: umm...ive tried and failed....i work at a pizza place.......i could eat a whole thing of cheesy garlic bread though! Im sooo addicted to that stuff!

Gotten lost in your city?:: YES! Right after i got my license, my friend kami and i went to the downtown mall and took a wrong turn and ended up on the freeway to the coast and had to stop and ask someone where the heck we were when we took a random exit and tried to figure out how to get back.......lol.......good times
Seen a shooting star?:: YES! Me pappy is kind of an astronomer, so when i lived with him, we went to "star parties" and out of town to watch the meteor showers.......its a lot of fun! (well, the meteor showers, anyways)
Been to any other countries?:: nope....i REALLY wanna go to Greece, though! ^^
Had a serious surgery?:: not serious......i got my tonsils out 3 months ago....VERY painful, but not serious.....my sister did though.......she had brain surgery 4-5 weeks ago......talk about scary
Stolen something important to someone else?:: I am not a thief
Solved a rubiks cube?:: I applaud anyone who can, but that would not be me!
