Michael Jackson was probably my most-drawn person this year, as I became such a huge fan of him. I never realised quite how fantastic he was until he died. It was a real eye-opener. And I regretted not getting into his music beforehand.
But it takes something shocking like that to wake someone up.
I'm glad I eventually appreciated his music, his lyrics, his dancing and his beautiful poetry/stories. He was a stunning person and a real humanitarian and didn't deserve half the hassle he got from people.

Anyway, I'd like to share my favourite MJ artwork to commemorate his life and say goodbye to 2009: the year of his life and death.

It's that time of year again!
2009 has just whizzed by, don't you think? It's been a very eventful year though.
This year I have seen my favourite band, The Killers, twice; visited my favourite city, London, three times; experienced the loss of the greatest legend ever: Michael Jackson and become a huge fan of the amazing Lady Gaga.
Eventful.

This morning I woke up to the sound of church bells. This is my favourite sound ever, so it put me in a brilliant mood. But my mood soon deteriorated as I logged onto Facebook and discovered people were possessed by their greed and over-indulgence. People are quick to moan about how "crap" their Christmas is, but consider yourself lucky you're not shivering out in the cold today with no family and no home.
I think next year I will ask people to give to charity rather than me. I'm not a material girl but I do live in a material world.

1) Weak insults such as 'silly', 'idiot' or 'loser'
2) People not knowing the difference between 'you're' and 'your'
3) People not knowing the difference between 'they're', 'their' and 'there'
4) People not knowing the difference between 'loose' and 'lose'
5) When your dad uninstalls Photoshop from his computer
6) People dissing Michael Jackson
7) Food being sooo tasty, but so bad for you
8) Grumpy people affecting my mood
9) Having nothing to do
10) Loneliness
