I saw many cg-art forums in internet, but I'm  pretty sure that 3D-Total one of best, because there is OUTSTANDING activity team which coollects interesting and actual information, creats their own books, magazines and tutors, - and that's all about of cg-art. Another side that's always interesting contests for 2d and 3d artist every mounth with good experience and prizes.
