I'm very sorry if I haven't posted anything for the last month, but I really had no time to draw anything. So, since I haven't got anything to do for a couple of months, hopefully I'll be able to repeat the same thing as last year, and send a lot of drawings and pages during summer.

I don't have any plans on what I'll draw or anything, so if I made any list previously or said what I would have drawn, don't take that into account because from now on I'll just draw what I feel like without being bound to schedules or anything; that's also to keep the surprise effect on the watchers or something like that. In any case I can say that I'll continue OP ATKCI.

After that, lately I got a lot interested (more than I already was) in MotoGP, especially in the 125cc and 250cc classes. So probably you will also see some drawings about that. Oh, and probably I'll still draw something for the 10000 pageviews.
I always take free art requests about whatever you ask me and as always no mature content.

Well, first of all I would like to talk about this Art requests thing that I'd like to start (again!). Well, actually there isn't much to say... o_O It could sound arrogant said by me but I need to draw, so the thing is: if you want anything drawn by me, just ask and I'll draw it. Like last time, no mature content.

Anyways, I have to apologize to Mauguine, who asked a drawing last time, but I still haven't done it. So well, I'll draw it as soon as possible, please wait a bit more, thanks.



Now, new stuff!!! Well, here's a list of thing I want to draw:

-continuing OP ATKCI, and trying to draw pages more often (And this time I hope I can do it for real =_= )
-something about KHR
-something about Gintama
-Something about Fairy Tail
-something about Dragon Ball

And for now that's all! I also decided to draw as much as I can (this time for real), trying to do something every day, or at least every two or three days. Therefore, hopefully I'll post a lot of deviations from now on.

Anyways I think that I should start doing something of mine, you know... create original stories and characters and all that kind of stuff. It's easy to draw every time only characters done by someone else. I have to create characters that have a part of me inside them, a part of my soul. I should just sit, think and write things, but I never do it. So well, I have to start.
Doing this could also help me finding an original style. Yes, because above all I MUST try to find an original style, something new, you know, something recognizable as my own. Even though it's not SO similar, the way I draw is highly influenced by Oda-sensei, or at least that's what I sometimes see, and what you guys and some friends sometimes tell me. And this thing may be good on one side, because it makes me think: "Oh man, I'm getting closer to draw like my favourite mangaka!" But another part of me thinks over it and realizes that it's no good at all! This way my drawings would only be an imitation of what someone else does, they wouldn't show anything new. Well it's true that I mostly draw fan arts, and that it's quite reasonable to have the drawing style a bit influenced, but it just feels strange. Do you know what I mean?

Anyways, anyways!!! Yes, ANYWAYS!!! Well... Uhm... Anyways () last saturday I went to a comic convention in Italy, at last after years I bought some g-pens and some maru-pens, which are the 2 nibs most mangakas use, and I have to say that they're tools of another planet. They're awesome!!! I've been wanting to use them for something like 6 years and at last I can use them!!! Now I just have to draw as if the world were going to explode, and get used to them. XD

I also bought some copic sketch markers for the skin, since I noticed that, when I scan the drawings on the computer, the color of the marker I use for the skin, looks a bit too pink, I mean it looks like a "pig pink" or a "burnt pink", do you know what I mean? Anyways, these copics are awesome!!!

One last thing! I'm drawing page 11 of One Piece ATKCI (at last), I've finished inking the characters. Tomorrow I'll draw the backgrounds and the other effects, and hopefully I'll post it here on dA. Now it's kind of late here (01.09 am).

Anyways, as you can easily notice, I'm not drawing as many things as I used during July and part of August, and I'm very sorry. That is because of school that has restarted, and it's eating my free time, so unfortunately I don't have much time for drawing like last summer.

Actually there are a lot of drawings that I want to do, so well, as soon as I draw something, I'll post it.

Here's a little list of some things I want to do:

I'm writing this journal entry because I've come up with some possible titles for the fan comic of One Piece that I'm making. Obviously I won't tell you the plot of the story, so don't even ask me why I thought this titles. XD

Anyways! This is indeed a poll, but since I don't have any subscription or whatever is needed to do such a thing, if you want me to use a name more than some other one, just post a comment, or do something to let me know.

Whatever! So, the titles are:

Anyway, right now I'm continuing the OP Fan Comic, and I was just thinking about how to develop the story.

I have drawn the sketches until page 11 and I somehow have in mind the highlights of the plot, but it's gonna be freaking long to draw the whole story! o_O To think that I drew the first page out of boredom...! I WANT TO DRAAAAW!!!! But I'm actually doing it. ._. Well. Ok.
I should also focus better on how the story will unfold, because I have to find a title that fits the plot. It's a bit anonymous talking about it as "One Piece Fan Comic" isn't it?! Well, I'll think about it.

That's right, I'm drawing both page 8 and 9 at the same time. I joined them vertically with a piece of adesive tape, and with this method I really have to say that is much easier to see if the sequence of the panels goes smooth and clean. I think I'll begin drawing this way from now on.

I could be able to send one of these two pages within this evening, but I'm not sure. Well, that's it! Stay tuned, bye!

Anyway, I wanted to tell you that I'm still taking free art requests, so go ahead and ask me if you want something drawn for yourself. I'll keep the original drawing, and I will send the image at full dimension only to the requesters. I'll put it also on deviantART.

Info:

Things you can ask me:
-Fan Arts: characters in any shape (full body, bust shot etc.), full pics with backgrounds, scenes with whoever characters you want.
-Your original characters doing whatever thing you want.

Things I WON'T draw:
-Nudity and anything that could contain mature content.

I'd also prefer if you didn't ask for a deadline.

If you included in your request what kind of pose you want for the characters or what kind of background you want me to draw behind them would also be better, but it's okay if you don't (this means that I could avoid to tell you that XD).

So, I might not be a huge artist, but if you want to, you can ask me to draw something for you.

Now... I think that this new version of dA is pretty cool, despite what many people are saying. Well yeah, there have been some changes, but it's what new versions are all about after all.

To be honest many things have also stayed the same: the edit profile and settings thing, the "send deviation" page with the deviation's form, the update journal page, the users' pages, the today page, the forum, the chat and so on.

The changes have been done on the front page and on the top of the page in the row of things where we have our nickname, and messages, that was moved on the very top of the browser window, even above the deviantART logo. Then, well you have all those new tools under the menu "More". And this is pretty useful, because you can select the tools that you use the most and do things more quickly.

Personally I think it's a good improvemente and I don't think it's so difficult to handle. To me it's just a matter of getting used to it. Then I don't know.

Anyways, I wanted to say some things about what I've been drawing lately.

-I drew two more pages of the One Piece Fan comic I'm making, and There's only one background left to get done with page 6.

-A friend of mine last week asked if I could accept a request, and I drew a Bleach fan art in which there are Ichigo and Orihime. It's made on a huge sheet! So I don't know how to scanlate it yet.

-And then I drew some other things xD.

Well, that's all! It's few things though, I guess I should begin to draw more. However I'm planning on going on drawing the next pages for the One Piece fan comic yet to be named for the rest of the summer.

I decided to update the journal, since I'm getting bored and I don't know what to do... So here it is: the first entry of july! Woot!!!

Now... In the last period, that is yesterday and the day before yesterday, I started to think about going to Japan someday, but I've been wanting to go there for quite a while already.
I bought a tourist guide and even a map of Tokyo (ok, I know, I'm mad) which in Italy aren't useful at all if you don't leave to go there. Actually I bought them to see where interesting places are, to see how things are in Tokyo, and for example just seeing how big that city's subway is is really incredible! Maybe many people would say: "what are you talking about?! New York, London and Paris' subways are similar to that!" and I know but I saw just Tokyo's and I live in a smaller city where subway lines are far less than those and the whole underground underground net is way way way way way smaller.
After that I read how they write addresses and they do that in a completely different way from how we do. Many streets and avenues don't have a name.

Then I looked for manga shops.... there are places that have more FLOORS full of comics and anime DVDs and other stuff like that!!! I would go there even just to see them!

I am also interested in the tools that mangakas and comic artists use, at least the ones of the old school, like pen nibs, adesive screentones, markers, ink and other things. I heard that you can find good quality tools of that sort in many shops, since it seems that they're quite common. I can't find many where I am, unless I go in the center of the city in the only shop I know, that has What I look for. And this really is annoying, because I have to go really far to get the tools I need.

Another thing I wanted to see is what you eat in Japan and what kind of restaurants there are and I read about so many things that sounds so tasty... Ok, now I'm hungry!
And there are so many places there that I want to visit...

Now, taking the title of this entry, "Fancomics!", I wanted to say that I'm planning to draw a fancomic of One Piece. I have already drawn the first page, but I don't really have an idea about what this story will be about and I don't know how long it will be, I just wanted to draw a comic page and I came up with this.
Now my pride of comic-drawer, is forbidding me not to continue this!!! @_@ AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Ok, let's get back to normal! So I'm planning to continue it for now, and when I have the time, I'll write down the storyboard, so I won't be like "What the hell have I got to do with this sheet?!" when I'll be drawing the definitive comic XD... I'll try to make it look like Oda's as much as I'll be able to do, but I have the feeling that it won't really take after Oda sensei's style at all.

So, well! First of all I wanted to thank you one more time for the 1000 and over pageviews! And thanks to all my watchers (which are not too many, but I thank them anyways)!!!

These last days anyways have begun to become colder, especially in the morning!


Then, two entries ago, that is to say November the 20th 2006 I wrote down a list of drawings......... Well well well... I haven't done any of them. I'll try to write down another list... let's hope I'll follow it and not just say it and lose it on the go.


Oh, and lately I have drawn some huge Bleach drawing, dedicated to the Seireitei Arc. I don't know how to scan it because it's really huge: I guess I'll have to photocopy it reducing it, not too much anyway.

As you can see I haven't sent any art in these (almost) 2 months.
Well, it's not that I haven't drawn anything else or whatever: my scanner doesn't work anymore, so I think I will be taking it to be repaired or getting another one, maybe a little wider. I don't know... The only thing that I could do by now is to take photos of my drawings, clean them a bit and post them, but I'm not really much of a images cleaner. But maybe I'll post some previews sometimes, just to show something new.

I have to say that I haven't been writing journals in a while... even if I haven't post more than two entries. I'll try to begin to write them more often.

Well, I don't know if there is anything else much to say, if not that in two weeks, high school is beginning TT_TT (yes it is...), this year is the fourth year... and maybe I'll be drawing comic pages for a kind of magazine of my school, that some of my friends and I are creating. It will be published I think every two weeks till june, and I'm saying it just as if it will be published worldwide -_-... XD I think it will be a kind of training for me.
