Its one gets better. During the same week, I called the HR Department after a remark the store manager had made and spoke to the recruiter (whom was the same one whom I spoke to at the job fair back in June) about the issues. She call the District Manager who were visiting the store that day. The District manager spoke to me and I inform him about the issues I was having with most of the workers here including the managers. He got the store manager and we talked in the break room. While I was talking to them, took notice of their body language and knew nothing going to happen, especially the way they were ignoring me like I wasn't in the room. *blinks and then sighs* they was acting like buddies and not taking certain things into consideration. As for the pay period, let just say that I finally get my first check this coming Monday though its base on a two week period. I been taking a diplomatic approach with the entire situation at the work place and its fallen on all deaf ears. I had enough with this corporation and it’s busied, I will resign once I get another job with some organization and a stable environment. Afterward, I'll play off my account instead of doing my regular payments monthly. They have lost their long time consumer! To think this is the same corporation whom had help me establish my credit. *snarls* Just been stress out about this ever since my first week there and haven't been in the mood to work on my stories or anything.

I went to the Astros Game after attending the job fair. I place myself in the job market once more after I learn what the county library was trying to do to the temps. *growls* I took it as a sign to find a permanent position elsewhere instead of waiting to see they hire me on for the county library. They were giving away free tickets to tonight’s games for the first one thousand job seekers. I got lucky and this is my first time ever going to a live sports game and enjoyed it. The Houston Astros had played against the Kansas City Royals. I went to the game after the third inning and stay for the rest. The Minute Maid Baseball Park is sure beautiful to me. This is ales my first time going to the city's baseball park. The section next to me had won some kind of prize. Don’t know what wand they were on the big screen which was firkin awesome. Afterwards during the eighth and ninth inning, the everyone in the stadium was doing the wave, of course I had interpated. *toothy grin* during the last inning with the final batter. He was struck out even through it was clear that the first two wasn't even a strike! *growls* My home team had two players in the field in the last inning! Darn it, we could had a tie or a win. *grumbles* Oh well, maybe next time they'll win. After the game, I serious would prefer going to the games then watching it from home. I'm not much of a sport attic but this is beginning to spike my interest in my home team sport games. *grins*

Aside from my busy schedule, I try to be on here more often and if not later. *takes an look at the messages and sweatdrops* Rawr, didn't realize I have a lot of messages. Going to delete them after I get a chance to go through it.

Last month, I carpooled to the annual county awards ceremony. It was held at the college campus hotel at the University of Houston. The ceremony was nice but also boring; in fact it was so boring that I felt tears coming up in my eyes literally! The County Judge was there and gave a speech along with a few other people. They had a pianist playing some jazz, and other genres of music. Throughout the ceremony, I couldn't stop yawning. I'm yawning right now just thinking about it. The funny thing is that the people I sat with asked if I was okay. My response was, " I'm okay, just bored." The only thing good about it is the free breakfast. *smirk* As for next year's show, I'm opting out.

Check out a few books and movies from work and the majority are good, especially one manga book; Alive - Last Evolutionary Boy'. I may have to go online and order the last volume of Suikoden III. I look everywhere for it and came up empty. *frowns* On another note, I played Suikoden V and thought it’s a pretty good game but can’t beat the charm Suikoden III has on me. *smile* been listening to a few soundtracks from Dragon Quest VIII, Persona 3 and 4. Dragon Quest VII, Grandia, Skies of Arcadia Legends, Persona 3 and 4 are up in my RPG on my top list for compelling storyline, good music, good character development (rare in most games I think) and the battle system is very good in my opinion. I need to finish up with Persona 3 and 4.

Last week, I'm taken a CPR training class as part for the training hour requirements, and now I'm Heart Saver AED certified. The trainer gave us a card as proof and should be about up to my minimum training hour’s requirement. I plan to have post a chapter up soon. I finally got myself over the writer’s block and have a few story ideas in mind. Other than that, I’m been very busy with some important matters need to be taken a care of.

Work is as normal as you can get with the exception of the county library holding awards shows and their recently blog site. Recently found out that they have awards show and the nominations are already underway for the full and part time employees in the Harris County. It’s usually held in May and they have guest speakers and other interesting things I can't recall at this time. I seen the pictures from the show and you can just imagine the expression on my face. I never imagine something like this. As for the blogs, I'm never going to use it nor want my picture posted on it but all of the employees, including temps have to. -_-; I prefer being the mysterious type thank you very much.

Aside from that, I been trying to find time to writing but having some trouble too. I'm either too busy or in a slump. I decided to focus on Twisted Fate first before doing anything else.

We recently was approve my FEMA finally and be able to do repairs for the old house. My supervisor schedule the the county workers along with the temps for the employee training. I was scheduled for last month but it was canned due to Ike. I read about the training classes and this is not what I had in mind. They had an few like, Enriching the mind, getting along with other, Microsoft word for example. *blinks* My supervisor want the temp to get training hours. Honestly I would never imagine an temp get training hours but this is good. I now know that the County employees have 20 hours of training yearly. I have three I need to attend to. Speaking of which, I'm seriously considering working for one of the county library branches in the near future either part-time or full time. Plus,when I relocate in the near future, I have a greater chance landing a county job just about any where in the states. As far as I know, I need to pass a few test but as for other things, need to consult my supervisor about the requirements for the open position I'm interested in.

I got myself a new cellphone today andits a nice one. Is it me or is this year his flying by? This year soon will be drawing to a close before we know it. Speaking of which, my birthday is coming up soon. I nearly finish chapter one of Twisted Fate and made a few changes which will have agnst in the later chapters.

I have some plans for this weekend but I put it off due to Hurricane Ike. Man this storm is huge and they are saying it may swell to the size of the Gulf of Mexico. I hope it just stay south of Texas and die off.


Edit: I planning to head over to one of my relativates house with my sister and along with other family members. It looks like its taking a visit to the Harris County area. The office is close tomorrow becuase of Like so I have a three day weekend once again, but wish I was the one without any storms. I won't be on for an while and may be longer depending if there's lost of power. any way thought I think they blowning things out of proportation, its better to be safe than sorry.

About the books I had read or reading at the moment are Fire Star by D'Lacey, Dragon Champion, Book One of the Age of Fire by E. E. Knight, and final book of the Sword of Truth Series, Confessor by Terry Goodkind. I currently am reading the Confessor and so far it’s good. It kept me wondering what will happen next and I love most of the characters in the series. It’s kind of funny that I can relate to the main character in some sort of way, with his way of thinking about the solution and a few other things for example. I recently learn that the author is planning a weekly TV series based of the Sword of Truth, Wizards First Rule. I hope the TV series will be good unlike the others I had seen. -_-; Funny thing is that I wasn't aware that the final book as been out for early TWO years. How come I didn't see any from Barnes and Nobles and Half Price Book stores, the ones I usually go to? *ponders*

After reading an few pages from the Fire Star and Dragon Champion, I choose the Dragon Champion over Fire Star anytime only because of the depth and the description the author had input which had really grasp my mind. I like Knight’s style of writing and there's something about it really caught my attention. Also I been reading A Wlak oin the Wild Side by Christine Warren. Heres an brief summary fomr the book itself:

This is an very interesting book which I find it hard to put down. Just you hate it when you get to the interesting parts, you get interrupted. *growls* I hate it when that happens.

As many of you know that this coming Thursday is V-day. Lots of people are boasting about it scene it's mainly aim for couples and or people in relationships. As for me, I don't care for this day and I had nor ever been in a relationship. Anyway, I was flipping through the channels and happen to stop at the morning news which happens to be talking about V-Day. The reporter woman talks about the hype of this day and how much people spending and stuff for their love, making them feel special. She said something that caught my ears. She said that this V-day is not only for the couples, this is also for family and friends. She even look up the definition of Valentine's and shown it onscreen. She stated that we need to go back to the day, like in elementary school where the entire student gave Valentine's cards to everyone so no one was left out plus they feel like they special and important. Just because you don't have a gf or bf, doesn't mean that you are not special or important. Because you are special -n- important regardless. Let your friends or your family know how special they are and you are.

I brought Super Mario Galaxy a few days ago and is a great game. there's a few areas which are challenging, especailly a certain galaxy which I love to hate. The only thing I have to say about it is the mail. I have resuce Luigi a few times and I have receive some mail on my Wii. I thought it was from my pals and so I check on it. You can only imagine my expression when it wasn't from my pals. It was from Mailtoad in the game. That thig sent me Help and Thank you letter for saving Luigi. -_-; This is retard! Other than that, thanks to a certain family member, I got hooked watching Naruto. They was playing Naruto games and it drew my interest. Now I enjoy watching the anime though I would prefer reading the manga books due to having more details in the series, as well any other Anime series I had seen. I have watched Spiral, Sailor Moon, Case Close, Full Metal Alchemist, Trigun, and a few others. I'm going to get some of the boxed set (uncut version) expect Case Closed. I like Spiral way more because it have a bit of an darker tone and plus the story and the characters has really drawn me in. Does anybody know what other good anime or manga book that are interesting to watch or read. I enjoy action, adventure, comedy, drama and sci-fi.

As of now, the Gatorex has turn another year older and expect the same old usual life activates which are kinda dull. *shrugs*
