Oh, and while I was gone I had the chance to get into a few new fandoms. The first is the (rather old) novel known as "Good Omens" by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. (D-did I spell those right?!) Anyway, it's basically a parody of the Apocalypse. Why? Well, first off, the main characters are an angel (Aziraphale; who looks "gayer than a tree full of monkeys on nitrous oxide") and a demon (Crowley; "who not so much fell as sauntered vaguely downward")... Who are pretty much best friends. Oh, and they lost the Antichrist. Long story short? Find it and read it just because.

Secondly is a new manga called "Are You Alice?". It's actually a manga based on a series of drama CDs, but let my tell you right now that the music from the dramas and the manga (all two chapters so far xD) are EPIC. Go look up the manga on MangaFox if for no other reason than to oggle at the Cheshire Cat. Oh, and Alice too. Because Alice is a dude.

First off. I will most likely not be scanning anything else until Thursday or Friday. Finals for school are being a pain so I've been super busy with projects and all that fun crap... Missing about a week of school didn't help either but oh well I don't really care. I have been working on my Toujours requests whenever I can so hopefully a few will be ready by then, but until then I would love it if everyone could just stay patient.

On a good note I got accepted into a new roleplay called Dimensional Rail. It's not as crack-tastic and made of win as Toujours (yet), but it JUST opened so we'll see how things go~ I only play Tsukasa right now but I'm REALLY considering picking up another spaz-tastic character from the past because I miss playing them. I'll let those of you who know my list of psycho characters guess who it could be.

... Toujours is still made of epic win. That is all. ROAD. WHEN SHOULD WE APP FOR OUR EPIC BITCH-FIGHTERS?!

I also bought Mirai Nikki (Future Diary) volume 1 AND the Yen+ issue with PANDORA HEARTS~ Everyone should run out and get both of them NOW. Seriously. You will be missing out if you don't get to reading those epic manga.

WE HAVE RETURNED FROM OHAYOCON AND IT WAS EPIC~!!!!

... Norly, it was. There was some trauma though regarding the fact that I had no voice and and got blocked from doing their skit... But yeah. Those were about the only annoyances that I was exposed to. Overall all of the people I talk to/met were frickin' awesome (YOU DGM COSPLAYERS MADE MY WEEKEND~~) and the Dealer's Room had some pretty cool stuff. In fact there was KUROSHITSUJI!!!! OwO I was SO surprised but I spazzed~ ... A lot.

Anyway, next on my list is to hopefully make it to Armageddicon (Anime Punch!) again, becuase , , and their awesome group will be there and I have decided I am their (un)official stalker. But not like that Sasuke, HONEST!

TOO much so. I think Stephen King truly lives in the same world as N. and everyone else, not in ours. I wonder if he counts. I've already started. I know I shouldn't but I have. I won't sleep tonight.

I watched THESE in under an hour. I forgot to count the minutes... That was probably bad. Like with the story, you could watch them. Or you couldn't. But remember:

Why? Well, here is some of what has happened to us in the time I joined...

1. Tsuzuki (Yami no Matsuei) decides that he, Miranda (D.Gray-Man), and Atem (Yuugiou) should go to eat after they have a conversation concerning a certain villian who recently showed up. But, instead of heading for the door, he proceeds to drag both of them TO THE WINDOW to leave. Screw the doors, he's a SHINIGAMI~ xDD
2. Linali (D.Gray-Man) ends up getting her Dark Boots stolen... And not too long afterwards Izumi (Full Moon wo Sagishite) finds some womens' shoes with his roommates belongings. And his roommate is Bakura (Yuugiou). Big surprise, right?
3. All right, give two 3,000 year-old spirits who are mortal enemies laptops with microphones. What do you get? A lot of voice posts arguements in Ancient Egyptian, that's what. xDDD
4. Beach party. 'Nuff said.
5. Miranda is currently being confused by the ever-polite (if scary and evil) Dartz (Yuugiou), not knowing whether to trust him or not.

There are A LOT of members so far, but A LOT of people have also dropped over time, so it's never too late to pick someone and join in the crazy fun! Here is what's going on...

Everything that exists relies on causality, on fate -- on hitsuzen.

Everything you do, everything that happens, occurs as a result of all the many choices and decisions and moments that came before it. Each choice made will influence events and choices in the future, spreading out before you like a ripple. Sometimes you will have many choices, sometimes you have almost none at all.

And sometimes the future needs a little help.

Yuuko Ichihara, known far and wide as the Space Time Witch, the Witch of Dimensions, granter of wishes -- for a price -- is well versed in hitsuzen. And there are some things she has seen coming. Things that she can't stop, but that could, perhaps, be changed, if the people involved had a more choices. More knowledge. More understanding.

And where else to gain knowledge but at a school?

Everyone who finds themselves at Moksa University has something to learn, either from the premises or the people there, and leaving before they're through is not an option. Accommodations are provided -- as is borrowed time. But Yuuko gives or takes nothing for free, and only time will tell the price of escaping fate.

Why? Because it is ADORABLE. Seriously, having beautiful art is one thing, but having beautiful art, adorable characters, AND an entertaining (and heart-wearming) story is ALWAYS a plus. I really hope to do some fanart of this lovely series soon...
+Soul Eater by Atsushi Okubo
Why? Because it's just frickin' awesome. I can't say that the art is "lovely", but it's certainly creative and different from anything else out there. The characters all rock pretty hard, too (go Death the Kidd~ x3)... And the anime's not too bad either.
+Dogs by Miwa Shirou
Why? Because I say so... -coughs- "Dogs- Stray Dogs Howling in the Night", is actually the first segment of a three-part series, the most recent segment (still ongoing) being called "Dogs- Bullets and Carnage". I really love the variety of characters here, and how all of their lives are connected in some way. Oh, and Badou is smex. Read it and you will agree.

Why? First off, because S.K. is made of win. If I knew where he lived I would stalk him. No lie. Anyway, this book is actually four short stories together, "The Langoliers", "Secret Garden, Secret Window", "The Library Policeman" (NEVER follow a man wearing sunglasses claiming to be a Policeman, children!), and "The Sun Dog"... The latter of which I REALLY love. Just read them all.

Why? Well... Their band name is pretty sweet, for starters. xD A-anyway, this group has a really unique sound and a really fun tone... If you can ignore some cursing, anyway. ^_- While they don't have a CD out yet, you can listen to all of their current material here: [link]

Why? Okay, seriously. What in the world is better than over 200 pages of PURE MANGA?! Yeah, not much. And that's what Yen Plus is... Only on their 2nd issue ever, this magazine currently runs "Soul Eater" (YES!), "Higurashi- When They Cry", "Nightschool", "Maximum Ride", and many others. In fact, the magazine actually flips to be read both ways, carrying Japanese manga one way, and English and Manwha the other.

CTC is going well, and I've reunited with some old friends and met a few new ones. I LOVE my lab teacher, too~ (NINJA TEACHER! lol) He's a bit tough, but I suppose I could use an art teacher who actually flippin' critiques me. xD I am glad for that. There are a lot of good artists in the class so I hope I can grow a lot during my two years here... We will see though, won't we? ^_-

Mah Noah Clan and I are getting matching hoodies too~ x33 I made the graphics for them and we're putting them together on a site that lets you make custom clothes. They have "Noah" on the front and then a cross and our respective names on the sleeve~ I'll most likely get mine first to show everyone else, and I will definately do a cosplay pic in it!! ^_^ I can't wait~

First off, my school now makes me happy. I'm in a class filled with other crazy artists who don't have lives... I feel so un-weird~! xD I do miss some people from mah old school, but hopefully I can meet some new friends too! Actually, I have, and one of them is the awesome . Go and love her gallery of win. Do it now.

Secondly, I have pants for my Lulu Bell cosplay outfit~!! I decided to wear what she does in her recent manga appearance, which is an outfit consisting of tall black boots (which I need to get still), black pants, and a white long-sleeved shirt. I am also going to wear sunglasses (I have some that work nearly perfectly x3) and possibly gloves as well... Now I just must get my wig!! (Wanna go wig-shopping with me someday, Road-chan? x3)

Oh, and thirdly, WE HAVE A NEW MEMBER OF MA~! We now have a Fo, insuring that there will be MANY more fun and awkward interactions sure to happen. So... I now ask ... SHOULD WE OPEN THINGS UP? (Doing so might also bring a few more members...) But anyway, I think that's about all for now... Talk to everyone later!!

I found one of the most beautiful mangas I have seen to date... Aventura by Shin Midorikawa. It's published by Del-Rey and it is seriously one of the most heartwarming, adorable, and best-drawn series I have read yet... I have already become extremely attached to most of the characters, and trust me, it's so hard not to!! They're all sooo likeable and REAL... Almost everyone has some problem or trait that you can relate to... But enough of my rambling, just READ AVENTURA!! NOW!! -points to book store-

I went with , who was L (and an adorable one at that), and a friend from my school named Kelsie, who was Naomi Misora. I was Konan from Naruto. x33 Other people I knew stayed at another hotel, but my friend Kaitlin was Luffy, Stephnie was Saya, Rosie was Lenallee (and a perfect one), and Danielle was Tenten. Anyway, I might as well tell you what went on overall...

Friday
We got there around 6, beating the others (they had to go back because Kaitlin forgot her wallet...Fail xD), so we decided to wander around and meet some people. Well, we met another fun L and followed her and her little group, which contained the most perverted (but amazing) Sasuke ever. x333 But don't tell Leader-sama that I had a relationship outside the Akatsuki lol.

Anywho, we then went and shopped around a bit, and I got Deidara and Sasori plushies... I was so happy, and the karaoke we did next made things even better. I did "Life is Like a Boat", and got a bunch of other people to join in... I also jumped onto the stage with a few other songs, and I can guarantee we'll get onto YouTube soon (I'll post links as I find them). Then our group went to the Fanservice and Yaoi panels, and then we headed to bed... A great first night. x3

Saturday
We woke up on the earlier side to check out and put our stuff in my mom's car before we went back to meet more people and shop more... There seemed to be even more amazing people there then, too! There was one of the best D.Gray-Man groups I have seen (at least compared to some online) that consisted of Lenallee, Komui, Lavi, and Kanda... And that Lavi was the CUTEST thing I think I've ever seen... Even though it was a girl. And I found meh partner... I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who read spoilers. Lol. I also got stalked by a random little girl who apparently reads her scantlations, too...xD Oh, and there was a Tobi!! But he was a good boy, not like the real one >.<... And he was kind of pretty, too. We also found the cutest Near, I DEFINATELY want to put up a picture I took of him and Alex-chan (our L).

Anyway, we just hung out for a bit after we signed up for our skit, and we played several VERY insane games of Spin-the-Kunai. It. Was. Amazing. x333 I kissed almost every random person from Itachi to Roxas. It was also hilarious because we got several ItachixSasuke spins, along with several SasukexNaruto ones. Naruto was jealous, I think... Then I went to the Naruto photoshoot (I plan on putting up some pics soon) and had a craaaazy time. xDD There were so many random pairing pics we did... I think it would have been better if we had a Kisame, Zetsu, or Hidan there... <.< >.> There were so many Itachis... ;_;

After the shoot, more hanging out ensued before we finally went in and got to do our skit... And I think people actually liked it a lot! Rosie's dad taped it, so hopefully she can upload it soon... x33 I'll try to get some pictures up somewhere for you all ASAP!!! I can't wait for another con!

And it hit me about 10 minutes ago in the shower! x3 So here goes...

I will take requests from 10 people (this number may change if many more are interested) and draw their characters in an image that goes with a song they have picked to fit that specific character. Does that even make sense? Maybe not.... Let me simplify things into a few rules.

1. Pick a character that BELONGS TO YOU and give me a picture for reference and a song that fits them, along with a link to the lyrics.
2. Explain to me why this song fits them (so I can set a proper mood).
3. You may have more than one character in the picture, but no more than three at a time. This is for people who may have characters with a grudge, relationship, etc.
4. If one of your characters knows one of mine somehow, and if you ask, I will include them in the picture.
5. Please do not ask me to do anything based on an obscene or rude song. I WILL turn you down. Rudely.
6. I will only take ONE REQUEST PER DEVIANT. NO MORE. So choose carefully.

Anyway, I have good grades in everything except for (possibly) two classes right now... 1) Spanish. Why? We watched "Evita" (in Spanish) and today our teacher decided to give us a pop quiz... On the most OBSOLETE DETAILS! -_- Of course. So I just KNOW I did bad, and I already have a B right now, so if it goes to a C... -sighs- I don't even want to know. 2) Recreational Activities. This class is technically over, but I'm still freaking out. Once again, my teacher decided to give us a pop quiz and NONE of what he asked us was in the study packet. Trust me, I read it several times before and after the test. I know for certain I failed it, but I have 100% overall in the rest of the class (I hope). But I can't help worrying about averages... If I have even one C on my gradecard I can't go to Anime Punch!! -cries- I will try not to let you down, Alex-chaaa~n! TT^TT

I am going to Anime Punch! (Armageddicon) with , and my friend Kelsey from school. Well, there are actually quite a few others going, but those are the two who are rooming with me. It will be really fun since we all might be in a skit together with the group from my school! It's not until April, but I am planning ahead to get my costume together... I am being Konan from Naruto. x3 I already have my flower made and the blue hair dye. I need to start on my ring next... >.

-The Divine Madness (Album: Secrets)
Two words: Beautiful. Goth. Seriously... If you like Evanescence, you would LOVE The DM. Their music is mysterious, dark, and wrapped up with perfect lyrics and a lead singer with a perfectly haunting voice. What more could you want? Not much. Best song? Secrets.

-Chiodos (Album: Bone Palace Ballet)
I have been a huge fan of Chiodos since their debut as The Chiodos Bros., and I must say, this is their best effort yet. They have developed quite a bit, but still contain much of their perfect lyrics and keyboarding hints. Best song? I Didn't Say I Was Powerful, I Said I Was a Wizard.

-Circa Survive (Album: Juturna)
With a very light-voiced yet powerful singer and differing musical beats, Circa Survive can be liked by a wide range of people. This is one of their older albums, but still one of their best, in my opinion... Best Song? House of Leaves (Bonus Track).

Each of these will be done in washer-friendly fabric pen and ironed order to ensure quality. I will only do 6 for now, and each will be $10. I also try to make each a bit different, so they are all one-of-a-kind (and signed). Here is what you must do...

+Send me a note to say you are interested. I will then ask you what color shirt you will send. (There are restrictions on colors.)
+After this, YOU must send ME the shirt you would like your design on. Why? Simple. People want different fits, styles of t-shirt, and even brands than each other. This makes it much simple for me and helps guarantee your happiness. It also makes returning the item easier.
+I will give you my PayPal account so you may transfer the money. I will NOT send back the shirt until you pay.
+I will draw the design for you and then send it back ASAP.
