Anyways, it was good ^^ We went round a load of French markets, the best of which was Dinan [because I've always liked that ;D] I started off with 40 euros and ended with none, and spent most of it at the Dinan market xD Overall, I bought;

3. new bag ^^
4. keyring to put on the bag xD
5. and the rest I gave to dad to pay for a little bit of my lorvely Gabranth figure :3 I was looking for a Zack or Cloud but they didn't have any... only Aerith from CC D8 So I settled for Gabranth (; 'cept I think I broke one of his swords... ehheh D:

And so after an unpleasant ferry journey back [was pretty rough] through which I distracted myself by watched D'espa lives, I am back in Guernsey (: Right now I should be doing some repacking and sorting but you know... I can't be bothered 8D I will after I have checked LJ. Totes.

Whal, exams are now over and it is summer Haven't actually been doing much so far; I went to see the Hangover last Wednesday with Abby and Tara and Tim and that was very amusing ;3 And then sat on Paignton seafront pretending not to know Abby and Tim because they were chasing bubbles |: And they're meant to be the oldest ones!

Aaand today we went down to Torquay for birthday pressies - only got one but it was fun looking around :3 Chilled down on the seafront for a while listening to Simpo devising ways to murder all the foreign students haha~ But it was very fun and we must do this more often now I am a connossieur [?!] of bus travel 8D

It's my birthday next Thursday so I'm rather looking forwards to that, we're tootling off to Exeter on the train for the day which will be amusing... though we might forget where the station is |D

And on the 18th we're going to London to see D'espairsRaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay which will make my year 8D and that is my present from Dad so hopefully I can get much merch :3333

Then Guernsey/France for the first two weeks of August with Dad [minus Tim ): ] and then at the end of August I am going to go invade my dear Chaos' house for two days 8DDDD Which will also make my year hohoho~

So I did.
In five hours, everything in my room was taken out and cleaned, drawers were cleaned, I hoovered, I washed my windowsill, I sorted all my subject books and shiz into piles and then I had to wash the desk again because the damn cat shed hair over it again ¬¬
I also discovered various types of mould. I swear I could contribute greatly to microbiology [one was all white and slimy, and one was yellow and puffed up when I opened a box xD]
After all that was done, I was seized by the inexplicable urge to go for a walk, so I did Down past the church, across the railway bridge, then back up Mill Lane past the stream where I got distracted and sat by it for half an hour And then I got a call from home saying Chaos had called me, so then I rang her back and we had a nice chat for half an hour, and now I am waiting for a whale to emerge out of that little stream
On my way home I picked some primroses and random purple flowers to replace my daffodils, cause they've gone a bit manky, so they're in my window now (:

So, we start this year WONDERFULLY with two weeks of lovely exams. Starting with the joy that is -
FRENCH ORAL!
Which I think went extremely badly, seeing as I blanked completely and Mrs Helmore had to prompt me. Haha.
Theen English 1, where I wrote about five lines for a seven mark question, and Biology which I kinda bluffed my way through, and History 1 which was immense good fun. Hoho. We spent all lunchtime screaming about the League of Nations and Manchuria and Haig and Hitler and "war work" and stuff :3 because there was no one in the form room haha. And then we all went on a huge Haig-bashing rant on Q6 (e) because we hate him ^^ In my words:
"In his defence, Haig did the best he could with the brainpower of a gnat."
[I later crossed this out and wrote "with the resources and experience he had available to him." Meh.]

Dreading RS on Thursday because I cannot remember anything about Xtians or Jews, no matter how long I stare at my folder. Curses.

Yes, that freaking happened to me.

When I first heard it, I pretty much hated GLASS SKIN by Dir en grey - it's like so mellow and [I thought at the time] BORING, and so different to their releases before that [case in point; Marrow Of A Bone, which was purty good [well some of it was a bit bad but most was awesome ;D]] that I was a bit irritated that they seem to have gone in a rubbish direction. And then I found out about Kyo's hatred and nasty comments towards the GazettE and Ruki ;______; [which kinda rules out the possibility of Byou being their lovechild xDD - long story methinks haha]

Been back to school. Decided I don't like it cause we got THREE pieces of homework today and Mrs Bloor's giving us a TEST TOMORROW in RS [probably as revenge for not doing the cover work she set us on our last lesson and watching Shaun of the Dead instead, but STILL.]

On the first Sunday of the hols, Vikki [aka. Fish] came round for a sleepover and we stayed up really late watching Serenity and stuff. But we had to have it on really quiet because we couldn't shut the door [my mattress was in the way X)]
And then on Monday we went to Plymouth and I got her bday pressie [a book, obv.] And I got 'The Marrow of a Bone' by Direngrey, which I wasn't really looking for, but I'm NEVER going to find any D'espairsRay in England in a shop and they didn't have the Dir en grey album I wanted [Withering to Death ] So I stuck with that and it's actually pretty good. though all the numerous swearwords are in English while the rest's in Japanese

And then I had my hair done on Tuesday, so it's trimmed [though not much ] and had red and blonde highlights put in it I like it lots

On Wednesday I got a new game on the PS2, The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning. I was kinda in two minds about it because Enter the Dragonfly was SO BAD, and its really different from the PS1 gmaes - there's a lot more fighting and the controls are different [ eg. flame [now called 'breath'] is -square- instead of -circle- and -circle- is now 'melee attack'. SINCE WHEN DID SPYRO MELEE THINGS??
Well that game was short lived, cause I finished it in seven hours. I DIDN'T USE CHEATS AFTER FOUR HOURS OF IT ;D

Went to my gran's house in Somerset from Thursday to yesterday, in which time we went to Taunton and I managed to accumulate EIGHT new books Oh, I do like 3-for-2 offers.

Three of those eight books were three volumes of Loveless by Kouga Yun [Yun Kouga? Kouga Yun? I dno]. I IT LOTS, GO READ IT NAO. SRSLY. Ritsuka's so SQUEEE And I also like the younger Zeros, Natsou and Koji [their little teddy bears are so sweeet] even though they hammered a nail into Soubi's hand

So now I'm meant to be doing homework because I have lots of it but I got sidetracked with checking my email, dA etc. And now I just wasted more time writing this. W/e, I don't care.

Also, two pairs of new glasses. Snazzy.

My brother went on the French exchange trip a few months ago, so our French guy is coming here on Sunday! LOL IT WILL BE SUCH FUN especially when my stepdad stressed "I will NOT have anyhting to do with him!" and stormed off. But maybe he was just in a bad mood... maybe

My Nintendo DS arrived last week!! It was really very exciting XD And I already had FF3 for it, so I've been playing that... though I'm stuck on the Garuda boss battle, and there's only a little area that I can wander around in to level up because THEY SHOT DOWN MY FREAKING AIRSHIP GODDAMMIT. ><
And then I went out and got FFXII: Revenant Wings and I LOVE IT. Even though FFXII isn't my favourite FF... in fact, it was the second worst (FFX-2 being BY FAR the worst >< ) I really like RW. The battle system is pretty odd and took a bit of getting used to, and the fact that I'm left handed so I had to put the stick thing in my left hand and try to use the directional buttons at the same time made it rather difficult. [And my favourite character (Gabranth aka Noah x3) isn't in it so I named the airship after him; ALL ABOARD THE GABRANTH ]
BUT I'VE GOT THE HANG OF IT!!
Only now I'm a little stuck on a bit where you have to sneak past guards. And the stealth bits are ALWAYS my undoing; in Dirge of Cerberus I got immensely stuck on the Cait Sith bit (not to mention the fact that in this bit in RW, you have to make sure Vaan survives. I'm not particularly interested in Vaan surviving. I hate the little bugger.)
And so it's NEW OBSESSION TIME! The unlucky guys are Ingus from FF3 and Llyud from FFXII: RW. Expect a load of them in the near future

1) I got Crown of Shadows (by Celia Friedman) which I've wanted for AGEEES but never got round to getting (GERALD YAAAAAY)

2) I FINALLY finished FFVII!!! And it took me about three hours to do a little bit of levelling and then the whole Northern Cave shebang, BUT I DID IT! MUHAHA
(though I was sad about having to kill Sephy TT_TT)

3) I watched FFVII:AC again, which I've been meaning to do and that was fun.

4) I watched Serenity again (YOU SHOULD TOO) and I understood it a bit more :: DD

5) I FINALLY got past the bit in Dirge of Cerberus where you have to get Cait Sith past the DG soldiers under the ShinRa mansion, and got to the Black Widow boss fight after that; but I'm stuck on that now... WALKTHROUGHS FTW

So yes. I have discovered today that I
a) cannot break boards with my hand (evenwhen I pretend it's Sam D: )
b) make pretty good slime when I put too much colouring in it (:
c) REALLY love the Ghost In The Shell intro song (Though technically I discovered that yesterday)
d) don't entirely know what I'm doing most of the time (I know, I know; I've only just discovered this?)
e) ramble a LOT.
f) am wondering whether anyone is still reading this or has given up (I'm not sure which one I really want it to be)
I need a new display picture. I'm bored of depressed Tidus But every time I try to chang eit it says that the picture 'exceeds 15MB'. It does, but I can't seem to make it any smaller D:

Hope everyone had a nice Xmas. I did, though I had a really bad cold over New Year so I lost my voice and did a lot of really painful coughing (It also meant I couldn't participate in the karoke. What a blessed shame.)
