However, all other sorts of info has been lost, and we're also not sure if scanning will work. I didn't do much drawing while the compy was gone, just cuz I was too worried that whatever I'd draw would get too smudged before I could post it, but I'm sure I'll test the scanner soon.

I was able to see it today, and while I was in fangirl cloud 9 at the theater, the more I think about it......I have quite a few complaints about this movie. BUT there are also plenty of praises to give too.

It was certainly made to be even more epic than the first one, and I think I can agree with that. It was LONG too. Both movies seem long but this one actually was. THREE HOURS. But I suppose that's good, made spending 8 of the $12 I had worth it.

I'm super happy that they got another G1 voice actor, the one for Soundwave. I swear, one of my friends next to me had to cover my mouth when I heard his name. Now let's talk about Soundwave....he had an interesting, different role. All of us were giggling how he was tentacle raping the hell outta that poor satellite. And that's ALL he did! I was so hoping he'd get to kick some ass! But no...

Speaking of tentacle rape.....there was some stuff in that movie that you'd find in some strange hentai. (like Kissplayers!) For those who did see the movie, remember the part with Megatron getting the symbols out of Sam's mind? That whole scene was....gag-inducing. Pinning him down, making something crawl into his mouth to explore the crevices of his head! SICK! And I can't forget that line of Megs's, "I love the feel of human flesh." Or something like that. Really, what were they THINKING?! Then there was the Decepti-succubus. What the HELL was up with that!? A transformer that turns into a HUMAN!? Though I did laugh when it looked like she was gonna rape Sam.

Now there were a LOT of new robots in this one, but I was so mad that most of them were just extras! In fact....some of the main guys from the first one didn't do much either! I was SO excited when I saw Arcee, but then I saw those two other ones and thought, "Wait...She's THREE seperate people now?! Or they just different ones?" Then the twins...during the movie, I thought they were supposed to be the Lambo twins, Sunny and Sides. They even kinda looked like them! And I also saw the obvious Jazz-replacement and me and another friend kept saying "Who is that!?" Apparently THAT one was Sideswipe and the twins were actually Gobots. GOBOTS, REALLY?! They were amusing lil guys, but I'm so mad that they put in freakin' Gobots! Why couldn't they make them Sunny and Sides?! And why would you use JUST Sideswipe?! Oh well....at least I'm glad those ugly guys weren't the awesome twins.

Then I want to bring up my next point with something my friend Beth said when the movie was over. "Why wasn't Ratchet in the movie?!" Me-"He was, didn't you see him?" "What, really? I didn't even notice him!" For putting in all these new Autobots that barely served a purpose, they sacrificed giving our old favorites some of the limelight. Hell, even Bumblebee was outshined by those damn twins!

Me and my friends enjoyed Wheelie. (Though I groaned when the brought HIM of all people back.) I was pretty glad what they did with Jetfire though, he was really cool, reminded me and Beth of Rafiki (sp?) a bit even.

Now I was SUPER HAPPY about how they used Starscream and Megatron. The biggest disappointment for me in the first movie was how Screamer only had ONE line, which was used in a pathetic little moment between him and Megs. But in this, they definitly made their relationship more clear. They also did a good job with Screamer's voice, another improvent since the first movie. I also loved his last line, "Not to call you a coward, sir, but cowards usually survive." I guess we can assume that they made their getaway at the end. I was a bit disappointed with the whole apprentice/master thing between Megs and The Fallen. Beth also mentioned "Kinda reminds me of Star Wars...." I think we all know what she meant by that. But throughout those scenes, I said over and over "That's not right! Megatron is NO ONE'S apprentice!" One new character that I was happy with was Ravage. He was made into the badass kitty he was supposed to be, so there's another good move.

Now then, another big compalint I have is with the plot. Definitly much more confusing than the first one! Especially when dealing with the Matrix. Wasn't that something that was supposed to be in OPTIMUS?! During the scene where Sam nearly dies, i missed most of it because me and Beth were freaking out about how Animated Omega Surpreme was talking. But it seems like Sam basically saw the original Primes and they just.....handed over the Matrix and he came back to life. Um...okay then.

Now I did LOVE the fighting scenes with Optimus kicking serious Decepticon ass, and I liked seeing him with all that badass weaponry. Reminds me of the sorta Super Optimus from the Unicron trilogy...

Despite all of these complaints, I could never regret watching that movie. The only one that remains unanswered is where the fuck that protoform came from. Now, let's think about this a sec. Sari's protoform was randomly found in Sumdac's lab. And we know she's part Cybertronion. And how are Cybertronions created? With the All Spark.
HOWEVER, the All Spark was nowhere near Sumdac's lab at the time she was created. But there was some piece of Cybertronion that was in his lab.....none other than Megatron. So that can only mean one thing......
SARI IS MEGATRON'S DAUGHTER!

I also love how she's a teenager now, and we know what that means. THE SARIxBUMBLEBEE PAIRING CAN TOTALLY WORK! Ah, I can't wait til Saturday.

Now for some other news. For starters, I wish I had a ton of drawings to make up for my absence, but.....Most of the time I was too depressed to draw or too busy playing Metroid Fusion. (It's the only thing that kept me from losing my mind.) But not to worry, I do have at least one picture ready, but I don't think I'll be posting it over the weekend. Again, I have a lot of catching up to do, and I'm gonna be pretty busy since it's Superbowl weekend.

But I do have a big announcement to make. My birthday (February 9th) is coming up, and to celebrate, I'm having........A CONTEST!!!

Of course, I'll see if anyone actually responds to it in order to make it official, but if you're interested, here are the rules:

1. Entries can be either artwork or stories.
2. Entries must involve something from my gallery. Pick anything from there, I'm not picky.
3. It must be perverted.

This contest will have three categories.
1. Quality of art.
2. How perverse, how sick, and how much it turns me on.
3. Overall, a combination of the two.

There will be winners for each of these categories. Entrants who win under quality or perversity will win three art requests. The overall winner will win a video request.

None of the categories work for it, and even when I made it a scrap in the hopes of being able to submit it, it didn't download right! It asked if I wanted to open the file, and when I clicked it, it gave me some menu of how I wanted to convert it or something. Recently I started to like him as more than that, and it wasn't until yesterday that he admitted to feeling the same way. So, I now have a boyfriend.
Now, I had been looking forward to the day this would happen. I should feel totally happy, especially because it's with a really cool and really sweet guy. And the weird thing is, I didn't start feeling like this until I knew he liked me back. Even before then, I would kinda treat him like Kagura treated Kyo. Although, I think I really started getting nervous after our first kiss, which I gave him. I should be floating on Cloud 9!
But...I am not as happy as I should be! I feel like my entire life has changed. Now I always feel so awkward when I see him, and all our other friends will have to deal with us being...coupley. I also feel like I'm not really ready for this. And again, this boy is totally awesome, but still...I sometimes wished that I hadn't started anything with him, that we had just remained friends.
Ugh, I don't know how to feel! I'm completely torn! Does anybody have any advice?

But the problem really became more obvious when I got into....Mighty Morphing Power Rangers. I think you'll agree with me that that is most definetly a kid's show, although a classic and cool one. I'm considering buying episode's of the show on iTunes, and I just bought the theme song.

I'm seriously excited about this, because Gearbox is trying its best to keep the game as faithful to the actual Aliens movie as possible. They're going to give each character its own specialties and personalities, so you can switch between characters during different parts of the game, and they've collaborated with Battlestar Gallactica writers Bradley Thompson and David Weddle, experienced writers that have infused the show with complex characters, political intrigue, and cool dialogue. It's also going to have realistic AI and a close encounter system which features a God of War-esque minigame that features instructions on certain button or controls to push. It'll even have multiplayer modes, since shooting at aliens is always more fun with a friend. Now, the game isn't expected to come out until 2009, but boy am I excited! This sounds a lot better than some of the movie-based games I've seen.
