The past two weeks have been very hectic. I have had to have a new bathroom hand basin installed, which meant the bathroom needed decorating (Re tiled etc) This has seriously inconvenienced my daughter greatly...(In little ways I get my own back).

I did start to get  involved in a campaign to save an old pub near me, which is in danger of rotting away. The pub is 'The Spotted Dog' http://savethespotteddog.org/ which was used by Henry VIII to house his hunting dogs, Dick Turpin the infamous highway robber used it also. The basement dates back to before the 15th century. It has been utter chaos at home for the past two weeks, as my daughter  moved  back to the family home  on Thursday. She has a very good job and works hard. But it is so hard for young people  today.

"This is Simon, Mark's brother, with the terribly sad news that Mark passed away last week.
This was a huge shock to us all.
I helped him set up his PC with all his drawing tools so knew how much he adored producing his bespoke digital artwork and how much the Deviant art community meant to him.
