Stop faving my old crap. The only reason those FMA Homunculi wallpapers are still in existence is because they make up about 89% of my faves. I made them in paint! I MADE THEM IN MS PAINT!!! OH GOD

Sorry, but it's aggravating when one is mostly appreciated for some crap with no originality that they made in GODDAMN MS PAINT.

Especially when the same someone has just been through a bunch of awesome galleries by people with an actual work ethic and has finally truly realized that she sucks.

He's not even dead, and he's the Captain of the ship that he stole from MY dead favorite character!
Gawd.
So only two people I like survived this movie: Barbossa and Ragetti.
I have to admit, I even started to like Beckett when he went insane and got completely obliterated by cannons and splinters and bits of ship.
And the pattern of my favorite characters actually doing a decent thing and then dying has continued with Norrington. Also the pattern of my favorites characters killing each other.

And Davy's death would have been...ehhh...more well received by me if they had gone more in-depth about his relationship with Calypso. But still, he got some good moments. Like slapping a cup of tea out of Will's hand. (Near=Within walking distance, if you're determined.)
It's supposedly haunted, but it's also full of asbestos, so there are police patrolling it to make sure no one gets in. But from what I've heard, it's disturbingly easy to sneak in. My psychology teacher regaled us with stories of when he and his friends would sneak in through the basement and encounter...hobos.
Haunted hobos, maybe.
I'd love to go, but at this point, the cons outweigh the pros, somewhat.

Sooo.....camp.

Day 1:
--I got to go on a plane again! <3 I'm such a plane retard. Anyway, it was a one-hour plane...ride to some airport in New Hampshire. And then a 3 hour drive to the actual camp. When we got up there, we rested a little, and played some games to get to learn everyone's names. And I pulled a muscle. *shock*

Day 2:
--I stubbed my toe and whined a lot. But we had pizza, so that was cool. You know how snooty ponces like to go to wine and cheese tasting parties? We had a soda tasting party, and got to taste Maine's official soft drink: Moxie. Which tastes like cardboard, wood shavings and pepper. Leaves a hell of an aftertaste. And here's a joke from Heidi: They were gonna make a CSI: West Virginia, but there were no dental records and everyone had the same DNA. Apologies to anyone from WV.

Day 3:
--I really started getting attached to archery, probably since I'm half-way decent at it. This photographer from a local newspaper came by and was taking pictures of my group (the Thunderheads. Rawr.) doing camp things. I think she got a picture of me fretting over my blood-blister/callus. So now the good people of Washington, Maine can laugh about the little city-girl.

Day 4:
--We took a trip to a sheep farm, where my cousin wouldn't stop following me. I got to take a nap on a trampoline, so that was lovely.

Day 5:
--The photography teacher's sister knows Johnny Young Bosch. Like, as a personal friend. Also, this guy busted into the barn and scared the crap out of me, and made me scream like a little girl. Also, I lost my mp3 player for a while, and when I went out to look for it, I saw a porcupine. It almost ran into my leg. O_o

Day 6:
--My mom found my mp3 player. X3 And this girl in Arts and Crafts saw my caduceus necklace (the FMA thing) and started talking to me about anime. Somehow, we got onto the subject of Naruto, and she said, "Whatever you do, don't go to Google and type in 'Naruto y.....a.....o......i.'" I think it was the way she spelled it and got this totally serious look on her face that made me laugh. I've never seen someone so averse to using a Japanese word in public, especially since we were in a CAMP. Who the hell's gonna know what yaoi is at a CAMP? Half the people there didn't even know what anime is!
...Oh yeah, I rode in a car so old, it didn't have seat-belts in the back. X3

Day 7:
--I was eating lunch when I glorious choir of angels sang down from the heavens and one of the kitchen staff put a bottle of Soy Sauce on our table. I think I cried a little.

Day 8:
--We were late getting to the airport because my cousin's lazy and my Aunt won't make her not be lazy.

That's pretty much it. O_O But I had fun, and I think maybe I should have let that porcupine run into my leg.

We spent most of our time watching movies, including ‘Brother,’ which had “Beat” Takeshi and was badass. We also watched ‘The Blair Witch Project,’ which is a lot scarier when you’re watching it alone, and not at 2 am when you’ve been awake for 20 hours. Let’s just say it resulted in a retarded comic the likes of which Reiji is usually the one to make me draw.
And the next day, my cousin came over, and we watched FMA, Saiyuki Reload, and Peacemaker, because the English version of Peacemaker has most of the voice-actors I know in it.
And then today, we pretty much continued watching FMA, and complaining about Fuhrer President King Duke Emperor Bradley and Archer, and laughing at Havoc’s pain.
(and I accidentally stabbed myself under the thumb-nail with a fork, which should be enough to convince my parents to stop putting the silverware in the dish-washer with the dangerous part facing up.)

--I made a Sanzo plate, which scared the hell out of Ari-kun. So I drew a Hakkai face on the other side.

--Reiji put on ‘Queer as Folk,’ which has A LOT of mansex. So’s I was reading Bleach volume 12, and it was the part where Zaraki’s about o fight Ichigo, and he pulls open his shirt thing all, “You can have the first cut. Strike wherever you wish.” So right as I’m reading this part, Ray goes, “Becca! Butt-sex!” So of course, I look up, and there’s two guys having sex on every surface of an apartment. It’s like a butt-sex montage. So now I’ll always associate that moment in Bleach with butt-sex. DX LIKE I WASN'T SCARED OF ZARAKI ENOUGH ALREADY

--We played scrabble, and after I lost, (Ari-kun won,) I went over to the computer to look up words for Reiji to use. He mostly used abbreviations. <3

--We played Uno with the card-shooting thing. Tee hee.

--I watched the end of Saiyuki: Reload Gunlock on Youtube on Reiji’s SUPA FAST KOMPYUUTAA! But then, at 20 of 10 pm, I'm about to go to bed, and he starts on this big speech about how this summer, I'm going to have to "set some goals" for myself. A point he continued to bring up was how happy and proud of myself I was when I got all A's and B's last quarter, and I was like, "That's bullshit, I was happy because that meant I was going to be allowed onto the computer again." But I didn't say anything, because if you say something when my dad gets like that, then he never stops. So it's quarter after 10, and I'm getting tired and kind of half-listening, half-thinking about what I should draw for Ari-kun, and my dad says something like, "So try smiling a little," and I want to punch him in the face. But instead I go to bed and try to find my black sharpie so I can finish this crappy Hakkai pic.

Okay, so report cards are coming today, and I'm worried about my Geometry grade. I'm at work today (I'm on Justin's computer right now, whichn sucks worse than mine,) so I can't get the mail before my dad. I asked him not to open my mail before me, but you know he will. Anyway, I asked my mom to take me home during her lunch break because "it's boring as piss here when I'm not working." She wasn't buying it, and I sulked.

Later, she asked me when Ari-kun's leaving (rather, getting kidnapped by her dad,) and my brain said, "tomorrow." Me: What the hell, brain? Brain: stfu, I'm trying to help your bad-lying ass.
And I proceeded to tell my mom, at the behest of my brain, that Ariel was only going to be online from about noon to 2, and that I really wanted to IM her from home. My mom demonstrated that I could use the AOHell Email service from one of the work computers, and I asked her how the hell I was going to do that, since I only have access to a computer from 7am to 12pm. She shrugged.
Okay, I feel bad for lying and involving Ari-kun just to get my report card for what definitely isn't a failing grade and might not even be a C, but still. Damn, mom.

Anyway, the wedding was in New Jersey, so we had a four hour drive ahead of us. On the way, we passed a few Hess Expresses, which scared the crap out of me. I kept expecting to see a swastika in the window or something (if you understand that reference, you are a World War II nerd, like me. Congratulations.)

It got a lot more interesting after the ceremony, at the reception. The DJ started playing heavy metal whenever everyone went inside to eat, it was great. He played Metallica for me. But my parents got pissed because their dinner wasn’t coming fast enough, so they left around 10:30. Meaning that I had to go back on the Bus, which is what the people too drunk to drive had to take. So I was in a van full of my drunk cousins. Here are some actual quotes:
