Quite a long time ago , me and 3 friends on deviantart tryed to start a `clan/club/or however you wanna call it`.

After a short thinking about the name , it became From-ear-to-eye .
The title kinda says what its about :

On monday somone in the group message us a song(posted on youtube/myspace/or others)
We make a journal about it , and the idea is that during the coming week evry member(who feals like it) makes a piece of art about that song . About the texts , about the melodies , or just about the feal the song gives you ...
Evryone message us he´s entry so we can update the journal with it , and at the end of the week we try to meet up at some chat and have some discution about it . And we will post thos entry´s we think deservs a feature on this account .
Each week somone els get-to choose a song .

It dident work out at all . We just dident had time for it .But now i got some , i whas thinking , maybe i can try to pick it up a bit . Maybe slowley some pple might join . So ill start with this journal , and update my signature with it . Pleas give me a message if you wanna join ill add you as '+watch'on the from-ear-to-eye account . If some pple join i think we can start right away with a song .

Im strongly thinking on droping my life here in holland . Jump on my bisicle with the nessesairy stuff to survive . And head for somwhere els than where i am at the moment.
I got a few reasons , some personal , some you might understand . Specialy thos who grew up in the mountains (i did) . Thats a problem here , no mountains . I am not afraid of the water that might swollow the whole country , but i am missing a dimention . Asif evrything happens on 1 level , its deffenetly somthing betwin my ears .
Its a economicaly strong country , wich means : Lots of stress . Hidden wars for promotions (even in the most nonimportant jobs). `Different` pple are looked at asif they are seeing a ghost .
... i can go on .

So , ill first go to south of france , where i meet some old friends . And after that , ill go look for a good place to settle . Doesent have to be france though . Might just be anywhere in the world , but not in a country like the netherlands .

For friends and intrested i might update a journal about my progress evry now and then when i get to a spot where i can reach internet .

Im not gone yet . During the summer vacation ill have a camping with friends . After that I think ill at least wait until my birthday . That might be a nice oportunity to leave .






If you like artistic/experimental music . Give grace jones (hurricane) a chance . After lisening to it a fuew times i was overwelmed . Specialy by the rithmes/drums . You gotta apretiate drum and bass music a bit too though .




Ben hein has been banned for an less offensif picture than many others on DA. I hope we will be able to keep this in our minds ... Mostly we tend to forget this kinda things .

1: I gruw up in france . since about 4 years i live in holland :S

Here in holland we r used to do lots of fire works . Since we r living in a little part of the city thats on the other side of a river , we would have had a nice vew on evrything the whole city would fire off , but guess what , the fog here is so heavy , you dont even c your own firered fireworks explode in the city ...
But i dont mind , i dident spend a cent on the stuff ,and i can only laugh out loud thinking all thos pple who brought hundreds of euros of fire work they couldent c ...

First , latly i posted a some drawings i had left and never posted . Animecowboy commented on it , so i when tack a look on he's page , and i saw that he started an interesting contest : Draw frome he's character (a blond dude) your own version , all allowed exept pornographie(...Just one short little thing betwin the contest story : why is there such a problem with sex ? pple like more theyr children to look at pple killing and torturing eachother , than pple who mack love...anyway the winer's (first second and third place) get a reward of deviantart abo. (1year, 3 month, 1 mount)
So i though ok thats intresting .
Iv posted 2 versions allready . I just hope the jury is not only anime fans , and so that i dont have to go anime fore this contest , im no fan of it .

Last weeks , im very buzy : Distribution of morning news paper , seams to ge a heavy task to much pple , u gotta be unaturaly early out of ur warm bed , and step into the morning cold ...

Then i got about a half our of doing nothing (mostly sleaping) . After that , i sprint to the train station , and tack the train to school , where i spend the day .

Coming home , i allwais hope that the food is ready to eat , but unfortunatly thats mostly not . So , or i w8 doing some home work , or kook meself ...

After some eating , the bed-time is coming near allready , so i tack a sit behind our pc , and chek me dev- and normal mail .
Then i go to sleap . At least im not going unaturaly late into me bed ...

So even if fore me doing art , is somthing very relaxing , i got only the weekend , to do stuff that other pple would call relaxing .

Thos are my normal days looking like , and im not used to it yet ...

-Heres a little plan i thought about with flamencofrog : We where thinking about starting some kinda clan\club\group on this site. The basic idea is : Each week one of the member choos a song , she\he post it somwhere evryone can lisen to it , the idea is that evry member macks somthing art-like about what she\he feld lisening to the song , or what she\he thought about the text (or both) . Im afraid its gonna be the same problem with this trilogie ...

An art school , in enschede (nederland) , accepted me fore next year , im pretty happy about that , finaly go to school without the stress and the boring . But before i start that i got to work to pay it ,

About me :
Hello , so im Rubin , and i actualy live somewere in holland . I gruw up in france so i can speak it easyly .
I think that my future lise in france , so in about a fuw years ill perhaps go fore it , and follow an art school or somthing like that . Next year ill prolly follow one here in holland , but thats not sure yet .

About the world of today :
Si tu comprend le francais , ecouter : "Dans les nuages" de tryo
If u dident understand the previous sentence , means u wont understand the song that i recomended you to lisen to if u want to know how i think about the world of today . Of course its better to have the music with it , but Iv tryed to trancleate the song as good as i can , its in my gallery .
In short : i think the most of the normal poeple are behing influenced bye the rich gyes ... influenced bye the radio , comercials on tv , and other media Please dont be so stupid !
And like/love what u like , not what the media is telling you to like .

I have posted all the works frome my drawing book . Now its gonna tack some more time before i post new works . I just installed photoshop , so i have to practice much with it . My first art with photoshop is posted "earth goddess's escape" . But im not satisfaied so i hope that i will be capable of more in the future .

I have some problems to scan bigger painings than a4 , jadie is the only one but its still a4 . I have tryed some paintings on a3 , but they are to big to scann So if anyone have any ideas ...
