I seriously started drawing about 4 years ago, and since then, I've tried about two art classes, and neither... worked for me. A.k.a, teachers sucked big time. But that doesn't matter so much, the main idea is... I am a self-taught artist. I never studied theory, I never did studies, I never bought an art book or anything like that because I am stubborn enough to believe that I can learn to draw by myself, and I can actually succeed at it.

Well... I can't.

Today, my new art teacher saw my most recent drawings (traditional only, obvious), and told me that I was very good at copying photos.





... What? That was harsh.



After that, she asked if I can draw anything without a photo as reference, and of course I can't. She told me I must start doing studies, nudes, a lot of practice and such...


Even though I don't completely agree with her vision... I am going to do it. I am helpless.


...


So... I guess that means I won't be posting mainly anything for a while. I don't know what to do. I don't want this account to die, but...


...


I am sorry if I disappointed anyone.


I even disappointed myself.

Well, not just any painting; It was like nothing I have ever seen in my life- it was perfect.


It was a painting of a man and a woman. It was entirely painted in blue, except for the woman who had red (or pink, something very bold against the blue either way) around her eyes.


He was very possessive over the woman, and seemed... Empty. Emotionless. Cold.


She loved him, yet seemed in pain... In the painting, she was gently kissing the man all over his face, and he had no reaction.


Their bodies were stiff and didn't seem to touch.

Even so, I can't remember how the painting looked like. I saw it in front of my eyes in the dream, but when I woke up I couldn't remember anything from it.


The description above... Is what the painting 'told' me. That's just the way I feel about it.


And it was perfect.

Ca deh, avem nevoie si de asa ceva pentru un site.

Pentru cei care nu sunt familiari cu JaME ([link]), acesta este un site cu informatii & articole Jrock & Jpop. Biografii, stiri, concerte, all that stuff.

Si fireste ca s-a gasit cineva care sa se ocupe si de un site romanesc.

Si fireste ca sunt eu.

Si fireste ca m-a luat total pe nepregatite cu tot cu un termen limita pentru articole and shit. (Pe care, btw, oricum l-am trecut.)

In German, the word has more layers of meaning than the English translation, including the fact that Zeitgeist can only be observed for past events."


I was doing my research about control in mass-media and found this movie;

Zeitgeist is a 2007 documentary film presenting Christianity, the attacks of 9/11, and the US Federal Reserve Bank as instruments in plots for social control and world domination.

I wouldn't actually recommend it... Mostly because I don't want a film to change your perspective on God, or scare you. It is, indeed, extremely interesting and it's meant more likely to wake people up. There's something wrong in the world we live in.

So... I'll start posting from now on such journal entries so I can get to know each and everyone of you better

So... Got any favourite manga series?

My personal favorite is "Model" by Lee So-Young.


"Jae is a Korean student who came to Europe to study art. One night, her friend Melissa brings a drunk guy to her apartment and asks if he can stay there for the night. Jae doesn't like it, but agrees. That night she has a dream that the drunk guy drinks her blood...which, of course, turns out NOT to be a dream.
Jae is surprisingly unafraid of the vampire, Michael, and starts to paint his portrait. The two strike an unusual deal: if Jae allows the vampire to feed on her, he will pose for her. His beauty and alluring preternatural energy could be exactly what Jae needs to finally succeed as a painter."

Actually, it's the first manga I've read. A close friend of mine told me about it, so I got it and fell in love I love the whole story; And especially Michael It's a whole new perspective on vampires, eternal life, art, and such. Extremly beautiful, and I recommend it to everyone
