BackStory:
eighty-seven years ago in the emerald city Center of mental health there was a man a famous doctor. who during the day seeemed like a merical worker he could fix any alement but at night it changed the center soo became full of screams of the thousands of patients who worked there even the other doctors. the building earned the name "The Asylum" among its 'sane' patients it went on for years this perverse doctor experiment using his patients as ginuie pigs stripping away their flesh operating on thier brains their internal organs to simply see how his patients ticked. those who survived were deemed exceptional, and those seem as useless died off on the story or suicided. the doctor worked his pervese research helping no one but fuel his own greed for power it went on for years before something happened the doctor's experiments were succeseful too succeseful so much that he died in the middle of operating on himself and then everyone else not a single soul survived that night or escaped the bodies the hundreds of patients laid in the beds the orderlies laid dead and not until the building was sold were the bodies found and buried but thier souls never left the building was destroyed then rebuilt on the promise of a poor politician on the ideals of better tomorrows calling it "Future homes for today" the year is 2087 one year after its finished completion the building filled with new tenants but every night those who chose to listen to the silence instead of making sound those who chose to sleep at night instead of the safety of day they can hear it the doctors Mad ravings calling it science as he disected his patients all of them screaming for help screaming in agony for some one to free them and even now other people have started to going missing them sound of them screaming being mistaken by for the screams of the tortured souls blood leaking onto the floor under the building the doctor has risen and he seeks to continue his research with his new patients in his asylum.

ok... well last night i ended up in a wreck, i went to go get pizza for dinner and i had just left the meet point where the driver deleivers it, and not even 20 feet away from it, i go to make a left turn at the intersection and what happens the person in front of me that was in the other turn lane turns off their blinker and runs right into me! my van is trashed, my neck hurts the pizza was smashed, and it was horrible. anyways the whole front of the car was just destroyed and the back tire was broken off its axel cause another car went crashing into it. but i was lucky to get away with only a minor neck injury... my air bag didnt even go off at all ether, yet the other two cars that ran into me, DID! so my question is, where the hell is my air bag!? :S and god i hate car wrecks... and im gonna miss my beautiful van...

accoreise: a collar that comes with a remote that allows anyone to control her, by shocking her, letting her speak human tongue, changing her form to an anthro, or anything else that the remote has on it.

History: Skylar was a sceintist in a very unique lab that was studying eevee's and other pokemon to make them become much stronger without evoulution, things that could make them use moves that their evoulution forms could only do. because of a careless person,skylar was accidently knocked into a tank that an eevee was being tested in and the one that she was studying. almost on instant contact with the liquid and with the eevee.
skylar became fused with the eevee and became one of her most favorite pokemon, an umbreon. the people that were funding the project demanded that she be tested on to find out how this happened, many times was it tried to be recreated but never a perfect fusion could happen. skylar was tested and kept in a fake habitate til one day she broke out while at the same time damaging herself, now she roams in a town that is more then 200 miles away and safe from those who want to study her and hurt her more.

Powers: Flight , super strength, normal ki blast, learned the kamehameha wave when roshi blew up the moon at the fighting tournament. Triple buster , the Galick gun, the after image

Triple buster description: the first beam is merely just a destraction while the other two are being made bigger and stronger, then fires them at the last minute.

Clothes over armor: Jeans and a black t shirt with some kind of red writting on the front.

Armor: She wears a skin tight armor, it's called ferrelth clothe. it's very strong, very durable. not easily ripped or cut through. very flexible, and comes in black mainly. its very rare to find this sort of armor since it's made from a rare material.

Duration/Explanation of Ferrelth clothe: Withstands extreme heat to a point, as well as extreme cold, with insulator. It does not cut so easily but it does damage and weaken it's duration to an extent. and stops bullets, most of them in all assortment. Will rip if hit with a cooked grenade, rocket launcher, and other high explosives. but the user will not be harmed until the second shot. does well in water, and earthy situations, perfect for blending into the night and thefts with the attachment belt and helmet included. The helmet when taken off is capable of turning into a small dics so it fits neatly into a slot on her belt. [ do not use without my permission.]

Electionic disc. [ latches onto enemy and sends thousands of volts of harmful electricity through them]
Tracker.
Two way radio transmitter.
Bind cuffs.[ they wrap around you until they weaken which this only last a few good 3 minutes. ]
And a few reloads of ammunition.
And a magnetic grapilar.



Armor Tech: The suit is capable of storing a large amount of electricity to send out a pulse wave, in order to disrupt or deflect/block something that you can't block/deflect or disrupt by ordanary means. there is a meter on both hands, their both a different color, one stands for energy, and the other stands for electricity. her mask has a built in device that allows her to listen in on peoples conversation with ease.Her mask holds a heat sensing device in it.

Armor regeneration: The armor has a special energy that is collected through time, it is useful for many things, one of the many use's it has is armor repair, if the armor is ripped or torn, the armor repairs itself when its not taking damage, but it uses a great deal of stored up energy just for a tear, even if its the size of a scratch. It takes about 1 hour to 2 hours in order to store up enough energy for this.

NOTE!: her armor asorbs energy! since ki is a form of energy her armor asorbs it, hence why her armor rips! leaving her with a minimum damage if the attack is extremely powerful!

Ki blast: Charged ki blast or not, this will have little effect of damage.
20 charged ki blast to rip her suit, 30 normal to rip her suit.

Special attacks: for a special attack, like the kamehameha, it would take 3 if they arent double the power. if it's double the power then its just 2 of these that would cause it to rip or 1 of those and a normal one.

Element attacks: Fire/Ice/Electricity. these can have none to very little effects. her suit can take a highly large amount of fire and heat before it will rip it. Ice, a large amount of it, wont do much good. Electricity, her suit stores electricity but to much could cause the electricity stored in it to disappear. (see Armor tech )

Melee and Weapons: melee, yes this does damage the suit depending on how strong the hit was. weapons, they do damage but it takes a while to make the suit rip.

History: A young woman by the name of Roxanne was working in the labs and showing around a new scientist apprentence leaving him alone for a few moments to have her check the solution in the tank with a cat inside. Two men in black suits that were only from lower levels of the compound that was hidden well below the town, she yelled at them abit " you two dont belong here." only to get a scornful response. her boss came around the corner to tell them to go away but as they passed by her they knocked her into the tank causing the cats experiment to go awry. saved by the new apprentence she had a number of test done on her and it was learned her blood is of three human cat and vampire, even though vampires are able to conceive this one is due to the cat's genes that are fused within her own. instead of being part of the undead, she was alive... for the most part but still wouldnt die so very easily meaning the vampire blood does its job.

Extra: she has a choker on her neck that her mother gave her when she used to be human, so it means alot to her.
