I finally found my watercolour paints today, so I'll be working on some new stuff over the weekend (Y)

Oh and I'm doing my own mini Come Dine With Me thing tomorrow, none of my family are allowed in the kitchen haha On the menu: Homemade fried, breaded chicken nuggets (lol) and sauteed herb potatoes, and (hopefully) homemade ice cream, if i can find the freezer tub i use for it..

College was actually fun today, we got to designing our robots properly. Mine is based on those 50s/60s television sets; huge boxy things, wooden and with tiny screens. But mine is a robot of an iPad - had it been invented in the 50s or 60s =]

So...we'll see how that works out, and when it's all made, rendered and nimated, it'll be uploaded too (whether to here or to Youtube.)

So yea I'm working on a project atm, a 15th birthday present for my God-Sister (yea, it's a word now)

It's going to be a big framed picture, with a cartoon of her, and a load of photos and other things =]

I'll also be adding up more screenshots and stuff to do with college. In the new Design unit we're designing and making a fully-functional CG robot (using Lightwave), and then animating it. Should be fun =]

Oh and in Illustration we've got to illustrate 2 extracts from children's books, which we picked from a hat (one 3-7 years, one 7+) I got the Wolf eating Little Red Riding Hood and Fawkes and the Basilisk in HP & CoS. =D

Getting sick of waiting now, got an email from GC to say the got my application, and one from Dundee suggesting they change my course to a sort of foundation, which is fine, cos then I can go onto the animation course afterwards.

There's over a foot of snow in my garden right now so... College has been virtually on hold all week.

We're starting a new project next week (well...as long as college is actually open/reachable), which is 3D modelling, re-creating our game company logo from the last project. That should be fun.

Oh and I got a job doing a bit of publicity photography for the Metro Radio Arena's 15th birthday celebrations concert. Not quite what my teacher told us it would be, but it's all experience =]

I really should be asleep right now, (it's almost 1am), my sleeping pattern and whole body clock is all screwed up...

So my Dad's been coughing his lungs out for days now, Mum seems to have his 'cold' now and her voice is virtually gone, and Sara appears to have caught a bug. Brilliant. And it was Dad's birthday today (yesterday...? lol)

Also, surely it's not unreasonable for one to feel upset or annoyed if only 3 of the people they invited to her birthday party can make it, especially if some of those people she hasn't seen in such a long time and others are close family members? =[

Right well, Saturday night, wasted pretty much the whole day, watched 4 episodes of QI before I'd even got up (it's on ALL day today, until 2:40am tomorrow, on Dave) then Doctor Who tonight (it was fab btw), then a bit of Over The Rainbow (I loved Stephanie's performance, but I want Jess to win). Now I'm about to go and wash my hair cos it looks BLEHH! =]
