A lot of thing have changed since the last time I've updated this journal:
1. I've created my own company (and Asterix was right about the Fools' House)
2. I've worked a lot for those four cats that are my clients (at the moment, I've not yet launched the advertising campain)
3. Done with the first year of classes and started the second (but this year are just 3, when last year they were 7)
4. An last but not least, we have started with the preparatives for our marriage

As you can see, right now my life has taken a route that I never thought of, and I have to say that it fills me with joy and satisfaction.

I've got a details watercolour brush of marten kolinsky from Chris (the other one is a petit gris, for big surfaces) that I'm eager to use. Have got also some money from my brother, who gave me a commission as well for a patch: hope it will go well, since it's a "private initiative" and I do not know if such things are allowed or not.



This is my first brithday away home, and I'll do my best to not be the only one.

Step 1.

Make a post in your dA journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

If you wish for real-life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

Step 2.

Surf around your friends list (or friends friends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

I won't talk about my bedroom, it's indecently messy and I have to leave it nice and clean, especially if I want my parents to change the drawer beneath my bed with an extra bed.

Tomorrow is going to be a very stressful day: I have to leave from home at around 08.30 AM and get the train for Bari, then wait till 11 AM for the Bari-Milan train (and you don't know how lucky I had been to get a first class Eurostar ticket at that price and for this period of the year!!!). Then will arrive in Milan a couple of minutes before 7 PM and there I'll meet some friends of mine for a couple of hours -I will be able to stretch my legs and have a decent meal, since I will have lunch on the train and I don't know if buy a sandwich at the train station or fleece myself by eating on the dining car. And at the end, the TGV for Paris *__* Luckily he booked for me a seat in the sleeping car, so Friday I won't look like a zombie XDDD

The thing that bother me, is the fact that I hadn't been able to finish the translation of ChiDo's chapter 19th before I leave: well, I suppose I will have to save everything on a dick and bring it with me -as for the enormous amount of started-but-not-yet-finished-stories/chapters XDDD

One of my friends send me this SMS, as with my parents I was going to eat out: I have lit two candles by my window once back home. One put out almost soon, the wick was too short; the other, instead, burned completely it's one, there is only wax: was that a kind of message from God? Was that a metaphor of life?
Some of us dies at an early age, like those children: I almost can see them, as Death arrives to take them, as they ask her "but...is all here what is due to us?". And I think to their mothers and their fathers, whose hearts had been ripped by other mothers and other fathers, people who once had been children. What will they do in their place? What will I do in their place? Will I christianly forgive? Will I humanly seek revenge? I don't know, and that's what scare me most.
I'm not a mother, I'm not a child, nevertheless I feel close that tragedy, as if a relative of mine is living it. And I don't understand those mothers' pain, yet I know that one day, maybe, I will feel it. And I think to my brother. Yes, my brother too, because he is a soldier and one day he will have to fight with such beasts (but animals can be even more human than them), who have no scruples to kill the innocent and I fear that will be his destiny. And I think to all those people of peace, that risk their lives to bring hope in war-devastate lands, to make bloom an little smile on a child's face; people who is meanly used by fanatics to make chaos and disorder reign.
And I feel disgusted by them, by myself, because we all are human being, because we all believe in the same God, even if known with thousands different names.
