And they definitely didn't disappoint. They came on stage after what seemed like for ever. The moment they walked on the crowed surged forwards, leaving everyone feeling like sardines, but happy excited sardines I guess. The way they played, if you hadn’t known better you would have thought that they where the main band and not just a support band. They had the crowd eating out of their hands every song the crowd went crazy for, every word that was said was answered by hundreds of screams and fists in the air. A great performance, a mix of old and new songs, the only song I felt was missing from the set was 'Die for your Government'.
Then the final band, the band of the night. Rise Against . They walked on stage, the crowd surged forwards, again. I hoped with all my heart that theses guys where going to be as good as they are recorded. They where better, so much better. They put on a great show, I simply couldn’t take my eyes off of the stage. When they left the stage, the crowd chanted continuously until they came back on. This time armed with acoustic guitars and played hero of war from their new album after that they played Swing Life Away, now that was amazing, at one point Tim McIlrath, the lead singer, stopped singing but the singing didn’t stop, everyone in the crowd sung the words in unison.
It was amazing, all three bands put on a great show .It was well worth the two hour trip from north Wales to Manchester. I would definitely pay to go see them again. I just wish that they would play closer to where I live, but hey beggars can't be choosers.

A's in my sciences
B in English ( my teacher never gives A's she reckons it gives people nothing to work towards.)
D+C in my welsh but I don't really worry about my welsh at all.
A in R.E.
B in my maths.
B in my graphics.
And finaly an A* In my art.
So all I need to do really is pull up my graphics to an A if I can and the same in my maths.

Anyways, the gig was amaising. I would have said that there was only about 200 people there, wich was good. I got right to the front to the barrier, both the support bands were welsh wich was great. I can only remember the name of one of them... im not even sure that the other band said theire name x]
anywyas the name that i do know is the wriglys. They were great, the last song the wriglys played was a cover of teenage kicks!!X]
Now on to the automatic, they were great. They played alot of new stuff wich sounded great, I can't wait till the new album comes out it sounds like its going to be great =]. They were really great to watch =]I got rob's plectrum too!! XD

All in all it was a great show =]

Okay, I went to an angels and airwaves gig on the 12 and to say the least... I was annoyed. Also I was disappointed. It probably had to be the worst gig I've been to.... The fact that the support band (you me at six) were actually better than angels and airwaves didn’t help the matter.
All the bands I have been to see in the past have been pretty crowd aware, and if fights start out or a lot of people fall at the same time they notice and normally tell people to pick each other up or if they are fighting to stop it. But when fights started in the crowd what did the angels and airwaves front man Tom Delonge do? Bugger all. And when about 20 people went down at the same time during about the second song? yet again bugger all.
I don’t know, maybe it's just me. But, shouldn’t a band watch out for the fans? If people fall shouldn’t they mention it and try to get people to pull each other up?
Maybe it is just me being bitter because I was one of the people that fell and got stood on. But really... It was the worst gig I have been to and it was the worst crowd, simply because everyone was only looking out for them self’s.
Really! a band should watch out for the fans! if they dont they wont be left with many.....
Yeah its really pissed me off.



Okay now lets get past me ranting x]
Just needed to get that off my chest. =]
Hmmm… I haven’t got much else to say…

Next week I have my year nine exams for three days and then my band has its first ever gig, and oh yea I had my tooth knocked out XD

So theres good and bad next week, the major bad thing is that I dont stop at all xD I have three days of exams then I have the gig...
Then I have one day off then im going down to Birmingham. So yea I really dont stop at all tehe.

I know I havent put anything up recently but thats because I've had band practice allmsot every night and when I havent I've been studying

they played all of the black parade then they played some songs from three cheers it was so funny lols.
when they came bk on the play the songs from three cheers the were all wearing they'r normal clothes and not the black parade jackets and everything. it was actually shocking how many people who dident know the songs from three cheers.


amaisingly my mum only had 2 complats about the gig and they were:
gerard ways voice is anoying (wich i deffently dont agree with )
