I would like to add that I've seen some people making the argument that it's helping less popular artists to get better know...but is it really? All I really see it doing is rocket launching whoever is the most creative with their categories to the front of dA. After seven months my tablet died (I swear the quality is getting worse, I paid only $80 for my first one and it lasted me 3 years), luckily I had a replacement warranty so I'm able to get a new one. For my digital painting I use Paint Tool Sai & Adobe Photoshop CS6 and for tools I use a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch tablet (medium) and a 17.3" Acer Laptop with Windows 7. For sketching and concept work I either sketch in one of the programs I use to colour, or on paper with a 0.5mm or 0.7mm mechanical pencil.

For traditional work I love to use acrylic paints, acrylic polymer gouache, chalk pastels, mechanical pencils, prisma colour pencil crayons, and pine wood.
