Since I haven't done much with my Sailor Celestia, I want to bring it back and give her a much needed makeover!

Okay here's the deal:

1. Give her a totally new fuku. I don't want one that looks like the cannon senshi.

2. Keep her hair and eyes colors only. Other than that, it can be any color you want. Her hair color is orange and her eyes are dark red.

3. You can give her a weapon if you want to.

4. She's the human form of my Sailor White Dragon's Celestia crystal. The crystal itself is bluish. Try to included that in your entry.

5. She's a fairly young girl, about 10 or 11.
