Time for me to buckle down!
I'm tired of being the fat girl. I'm tired of feeling so self conscious about how I look and how much I need to suck in. It's over!
I've drank the last of my sugar-ey drinks. I've ate the last of my junk food. Bring on the Salads and water!

My Goal you ask?
To lose a whopping 50lbs!!!

It's gonna take time, lots of effort, and willpower... But I've had it. I'm even self conscious around my BOYFRIEND of all people.

I wanna be fit... I wanna be able to shop in the juniors section again at stores! I wanna be able to pick up those skinny jeans and not worry about how they're gonna look.

My fam is in such debt it's quite sad.
I've been dragging feet about editing tutorials. So I'm sorry for that. I do have about 5 almost finished with editing.

Most are makeup, the others I did film photoshop tutorials... I just need to put them together. O:

You know what bugs me? Posers.
I can't stand them... I'm not going to go into detail about it. But if this goes any further I'm probably gonna blow up. I can't stand people who feel like they have to copy others and not do their own thing. Seriously, it's pretty stupid.

I'm in the works of a manga as well. I got a pretty good story idea in my head (thanks to Garrett for the inspiration). I just gotta write it down and play with shading technique's via. photoshop.

It'll most likely be available to read chapter by chapter on my website, which I will link you once I'm done putting it together. I'm making it my portfolio site.
I hope to have it done this week before I go visit Garrett the 3rd- 12th. I'm so excited to see him <3

He finished treatment for his cancer So now we're just waiting (and hoping) for it to be all clear!!!!

and we exchanged back and forth conversations about the project and stuff..

then he said that he was meeting with his partner and will keep me posted on who they choose for the project..

They chose me!!!!

Now he tells me it's artwork for a group that just won MTV's best dance crew and that the artwork will be on various pages of their website..... and the deadline is for wednesday night...

Well he then told me their going to be on OPRAH on friday and that's why they need to have the site done on wednesday! O_O

Sorry for the no art thing. I'm really struggling for money.
I'm still trying to move as you all know by now. I'm totally to the point where I'll be roomies with anyone. I can't be away from him any longer. I just... can't.

Garrett's back in Chemo, and today's his last day of session one. Two week break. and then one more 5-day session. I know it'll go by quick. I'm filling out job applications so I can have a definite source of income. But nowhere around me is hiring. Except Pizza hut.... lol.
And subway... I'll probably end up applying to subway. It's a short walking distance from my house (down the street, literally.)

I'm still doing $10 commissions.
and prints are still $5.
I can do charms and stuff as well. And wigs are definite commissions.

As you all know, if you've been reading my journals, I'm trying to move to Texas.

Moving into an apartment with Garrett is now out of the question. At least for now. His parents totally flipped out on him and refused to help him pay for expenses if he leaves the house. Shitty? why yes, it is.

So I'm trying to make it on my own. The only main block that's stopping me... is transportation. I need a car, badly. But I can't seem to get one in my price-range in time.

Any of you socal or texas residents have or know someone who's trying to sell their car for $1500 or less?
it's all I have saved up... and I can't get a job here, work 2-3 months and leave... that wouldn't look good at all on my resume. So my only hope is to move to Texas and have a job there. Yes, I can take the bus. and Yes, I have Garrett... but We found out he has to go through Chemo for two more rounds.... and he might have to enroll in some classes to stay on his insurance. AND he has his job.

Bus I normally wouldn't care about. But I know I'm gonna end up with a job that's gonna make me work late nights like the bowling alley... and Buses that late are either not safe, or just don't run that late.

So I NEED A CAR DA!!!

I'M MOVING!!!!!
I'M MOVING IN 2-3 WEEKS! I'M MOVING I'M MOVING!!! I called my uncle and like, bawled to him. I said I'd pay rent, and I'll sleep on the couch even. But omg! He said yes!!!! HE SAID YES!!!

I get to be with Garrett! ;A;

I'm so excited... but 3 weeks feels like FOREVARRRRRRR!!!

Oh and Garrett's surgery went really well. They say he's getting better really quickly. It sucked though because he was in the ICU until yesterday and I couldn't really talk to him ; ;... but he broke the rules and texted me from time to time. Poor thing, they wouldn't let him drink anything until this morning. and of course, being without liquid since monday, his stomach was in so much pain.

But I finally got to talk to him on the phone for more than a minute... which was nice. even if it was at 6am.

Hey guys. Been a while since I posted a normal Journal entry. So much has gone on that I just don't feel or have the patience to write an entry.

So what's been going on with me???

Well, 1. I'm jobless, and currently trying to get my job back. Now before you say 'omg what'd you get fired for?!' let me tell you this. Moving has been Delayed a bit. has to have surgery soon, so please go wish her well. But, it just didn't work out for us moving in together. I don't have the patience anymore to be in California... I belong in Texas.. Most of my friends are in Texas... And the love of my life is in Texas. So, the two of us are looking for a place together. Garrett and I. Now back to the job thing. Since I have to wait a few more months for the move, I might as well go back to my job and get more income. Since I totally spent the profit from AX (LOLFAIL).

2. The move. I'm so excited to live with Garrett... mainly because I'd get to be with him all the time. I won't have to worry about a timeline of how long we get to spend with each other. That's the worse part of this relationship... the limited time we get with each other. It's quite sad... I'm still depressed and it's almost been a week. You would think after a year it'd be more easier to cope with right? Wrong. It gets harder and harder each time.

3. Garrett's surgery. It's coming up on monday... and I'm probably more nervous than he is about it. The thought of him going under the knife one more time, and this time being extremely invasive, scares me like no other... especially since I can't be there when it happens.. I can't be there to hold his hand and sit as his bedside when he wakes up... I know he'll be ok. His surgeons done over 40 of this specific surgery this year alone. Crazy, right??? I still can't help having those nerves in the back of my head... I miss him so much.

4. Boredom, Depression, and boredom. I've been so... empty not having a job. I keep trying to call my old boss... but I always get 'he's not here' or 'He's busy atm. Can I take a message?' And I have left messages many times. He's yet to return my calls. I've already spoken to him once explaining the situation. He told me that he'll talk to my supervisor and then to call him back in a day or two. Well... it's been 3 now. I've called countless times each day. Ugh!
So that of course leads me to boredom. I have nothing to do during the day... and I don't have the motivation to do anything. I'm depressed being away from Garrett... this time's worse because this 'visit' was supposed to be my permanent one... but it's not. Leaving him at the airport was the hardest thing to do... Especially that last wave and air kiss in the terminal while he's on the other side of security in the lobby.... ):
I'm a love-sick puppy... leave me alone!!!

5. MANGA!!! Garrett and I decided to write a manga We got a good story-line so far. We're still putting it together and filing in any holes. but it's getting up onto it's feet. I'm excited! I've been doing chapter art for it. Waiting for us to finish the first chapter rough draft. ^^!!! Would you guys care to read it once it's done??? O: We're hoping to pitch it to a company. I'm friends with the voice actor Sonny Strait, and I know he has his manga with Tokyopop. Hopefully he can help us out. I'm excited. Hopefully this will pass the time <3

6. Commissions. I posted an ad on Craigslist and got a good answer so far. I have someone wanting me to do their logo, and someone wants a normal commission. Hopefully I'll get a few more of those and then I can fly out to see Garrett in less than a month <3

So AX wanted us to fill out paperwork and stuff, right?
Well, today, Friday the 15th, was deadline. or Else you'd get kicked from the Artist's Alley with NO refund. MIND YOU, AX's artist's alley is $100 per table space.

So I mailed off the paperwork about a day or two ago, and I get it back today (I just came home from work and found it on my desk) stating that the address was incorrect. #$%$w%624%^&24567245^w$%^@$#%^t$%6TYQ234

So FUCK. I emailed the head person As soon as I got it. and Explained the situation. Then I scanned everything that was requested and attached it to the email.

now all I do now is Prayyyyyyyyyyyy that and myself have the slot.... if not I'm totally demanding the money back.

That's like, in no way legal to do that right? Keep someone's money like that if they don't do paperwork. I mean. WTF. That's just retarded. that's like buying a ticket to an amusement park and not going. Buying a meal and not eating it. DX

So last year I attended, AMA. W00t.
This year, I might.

I just got a call from and she told me AMA had emailed her saying that they have an opening in Artist's Alley and that they're offering the spot to us since we're on waiting list.

That's fine and dandy but here's my issue

I have my job until the end of June... Basically because I'm gonna be away for AX and Ani-mix in july, and then moving at the last week of July.
BUT if I take that weekend off for AMA I'll basically be saying bye to my job a week and a half early. Is it worth it??? Granted I'm gonna be making money at the table with my stuff... But still. I'm trying to earn money for a few months rent. that way I'll be set for a while and be able to focus on getting a car.
HMMMMMM
Decisions Decisions. I'm confuzzled on what to do....

My goal, right now. is to lose this weight...

I want to have a pretty body for once. I want to look in the mirror and say "I look good."

I want to be able to shop in the skinny people stores... D:
and most of all, I wanna look good for my baby...

So/ I started exercising tonight. I just did a bunch of butt/thigh exercises since I don't have to work this week, so I might as well start there. haha.
I'm gonna start bike riding again. and I'm gonna take walks... and cut out fast food and soda. I'm gonna drink more water.

My goal is to lose at least 20-30lbs before summer.

So help me stay on track!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Garrett's doing really well with the chemotherapy.
But then again this is just his second night. But he's been able to sleep during the chemo so that's really good. <3

Alrighty, so here's my update for you all.

I had what seemed to be the LONGEST flight EVER... I thought it would never end... but I'm so glad I got here in one piece.

after a long 2 1/2 hour flight, Garrett's mom had picked me up from the airport with pimped out Ty. (He was totally excited to see me )
So from there on, it seemed to be the LONGEST DRIVE ever. But it was really 20 minutes...

We finally reached the hospital where Garrett was, and met his dad down in the lobby. finally we got up to the 6th floor and reached his room. Freakin' Addison, dan, and steven were there. lmao! Full house much?
I didn't even say hi to them, I just like, ran to Garrett. Practically dropping my stuff.

So here's the diagnosis;
once everyone gave us some privacy, Garrett let me know that the doctor's came to a conclusion of what he had... Testicular Cancer.

Before it was a gamble between Testicular Cancer and Lymphoma. But the doctor's had told us that out of the two, Testicular cancer was the best. BECAUSE it's easy to get rid of, and it has 0% chance of coming back once removed.

I wasn't scared or upset when he told me. I was way relieved.... I mean, we're talking MONTHS of him complaining of back pain and discomfort. I'm just so happy we finally know why.

His lymph nodes are way swollen because of the cancer, but he's doing alright now.

He had surgery this morning, and everything went A-ok. They removed the right testicle and put in a port in his chest for the chemotherapy.
He's feeling way better now. His back isn't hurting at all, and he's eating well.

I just wanted to let you guys in the loop.
I'm SOOOOOO tired... I spent the last two nights with him in the hospital, and it seemed like everytime I dozed off, a nurse would knock at the door. So, NO sleep whatsoever.

He starts his chemotherapy Tuesday. And the doctors say he will be done and 100% in the fall. DDD

So I'm taking care of him~
I don't know when I'll be back home, and I don't plan on going anytime soon. haha...
I'll keep you guys updated.

Garrett was admitted into the hospital yesterday with the threat of cancer....

I send all my heart, love, and ALL my gratitude to ... she's the reason I'm flying out so last minute to see my baby...
I don't know when I'll be back since we only purchased a one-way ticket for now until we know what's going on...

but I please ask that you send us your prayers...
He's lined up for all these tests in a few hours, including a biopsy. so we'll know for sure tomorrow...

So don't expect anything on here for a while... I'm so overwhelmed and sick with worry... D:

When I thought there was hope for my computer... it all goes wrong.
My comp seems to have been smashed with viruses and trojans ALREADY when I barely got to do anything.

The internet tweaks out.
I keep gettin popups saying firefox has crashed and keeps trying to open itself as well as internet explorer. my programs and everything are lagging up the arse. I can't DO anything on the computer. D:
I'm gonna have to take it to the old computer shop right next to my mom's house... Apparently the kid who owns it like, knows me o__o We apparently went to school together. -shrug- I'll have to see his face. lmao.
But yeah, my mom said he'd fix it free of charge... so that's good. maybe he can wipe it and install everything properly for me.

Good and bad news

Well good news is, I got the job!

Bad news is.
I wiped my computer... missing a cd for the drivers, now I can't get onto the internet or do anything on that comp. I totally regret doing anything to that computer.... but it had trojans and malware in it ;___;
So I'm typing to you on my grandma's computer...
I totally feel like crying right now. I'm so frustrated with it. I put my files (Art, Pictures, and Word documents) on a flash drive. Other than that I gave up everything else.

Good thing my mom bought the Adobe CS3 pack last year... least now I can have an updated version of photoshop for CGing. if I ever get my computer to live....

it looks so ancient... like, srsly. )=

I was having such a good day too.
Fixed my CD drive (Which has been shot for over a year now)
Got so excited that I started to download game torrents.
and then the manager at brunswick called saying they're offering me the position (Which is GREAT because it's like... next day calling. lmao!!! I must've really made an impression ^////^)

Then my comp was all 'OMGSPYWAREOMGTROJANSOMDFSDKLFKJGSLDFKJGLE"
I didn't wanna deal with it. I'm tired of having to scan the poor thing nearly everyday and still get that error message 'all but 1 problem has been fixed' u__u sigh.

I don't like thissss....
Last night I got home from Texas. I miss it so very much. I miss Garrett so freakin' much. it sucks.

But things are kinda looking up.

I have a job interview tomorrow at 1 for the bowling alley I always go to :3
So hopefully I'll get the job! >3<

oh and I'm also sad because I didn't win the animix contest. which is pretty suspicious because I checked two days ago and I was winning by 12... Hmmmm... oh well. whatever. Idc.

I have some art I'm gonna put up. And I may work on more because I have nothing else to do. );
I feel empty....

OMG so Ikkicon was a HUGE success!!!
I don't think I've ever drawn so much in my LIFE!!!!! I don't wanna draw for the next 2 months! XD jkjk.

Anyway here's the lowdown.

I sold completely out of the pins I had made. They like...all sold out on the first day!

And my "be drawn as an anime character" stuff sold well. that was like.... 80% of my sales! I had so much fun ;3;

A lot of my original art prints sold too. which was fantastic!! I got so excited when nearly everyone at the table commented ;3;

The table layout wasn't THAT spectacular. and myself got a SHOE rack to be able to compliment both of our merch. She was selling her mugs. so, we used the racks to display her mugs and then tape my art down the sides of the rack. LMAO Fail.

Well, now we're planning for anime boston. :] YAY BOSTON!

I'm gonna start NOW making those pins, because they sold like hotcakes!

So the drive back home was pretty freaky. Garrett and I were driving out of austin and realized it was gonna storm. And sure enough... it did. it was so dark it was like we were in a canyon or something. and the RAIN was soooooo heavy we could barely see out of the windshield WITH the wipers going at full speed. Crazyyyy!!! And the WIND. omg... it was like...gonna blow us off the road!!!!

that was the longest 3 and a half hours EVER.

So now he's at school. I should shower so we can go out :3
I wanna go bowling... >3>

omg I bought him a L wallscroll (his room is PLAIN), and a Deathnote T-shirt. and I bought myself a button that says "This con is Gay". XD.........

So (Today) I'm landing in DFW at 10:30am and going to garrett's for a few ;DDD
then we're gonna run some last min errands to get table stuff and drive down to Austin for Ikkicon! :]

I got my prints all done and they look AMAZING, kudos to staples! I so can't wait for this con <33 my last con was in April! D:

Anyway I'm finishing my pins right now. then a small nap for me <3
