Let me quote something from it:

Hypothetical situation time!
Let's just say you are the head of a major corporation who has organised millions of 'dollars' worth of deals and contracts. You have type 1 Diabetes (which is genetic) and love your life. You are single, but it doesn't bother you as you enjoy your work and your huge network of friends.
Then you have a heart attack (or stroke) because of Diabetes. You get slight brain damage which stops you from being able to think well enough to work. You are ruined and are only just surviving.

Then this woman comes along and says "You made a bad choice, it's your fault you're in this situation. I don't want to hear you ask for sympathy or help from me, you have poor character. So, I'm deleting you from my phonebook and screening all your calls. As you are now technically disabled and therefore 'working class' I will not date you."
