<sub>A Secret Santa is basically a gift exchange. You create a fanwork/gift according to someone's wishlist and you receive one in return. So.. it's kinda like a massive art/fic gifting. XD If you're interested in participating, please read over this page and then sign up over all the wishlist page.

Gifts due by: December 30th. (Past Christmas but this way people will have a little extra time if they're busy with finals/holiday stuff)

How-it-works:
1. You post a wishlist.
2. You are given someone to make a secret santa gift for and draw/write one according to their wishlist. Do not tell your person you are their secret santa.
3. DO NOT POST IT WHEN YOU FINISH. Inform the club when you've finished. We will check you off.
4. You will receive a note from the club telling you it's okay to post your gift.
*This is to prevent people from just joining to get a gift and not make one in return. So if they end up not making a gift they won't be able to receive one. This is an exchange after all.

Three NPCs have been added, however, they have to be unlocked so everyone work together! xD Their requirements are on their respective pages. The earlier you unlock them the earlier you get to use their services. *u*;;;

Oooh I'm wondering do you guys l</sub>ike it when I respond to your trick or treat notes? It slows me down quite a bit when trying to update(seriously.. 10-20 notes at a time. @_@). Would you mind if I just respond if you get a bonus treat or your trick wasn't successful? If I don't replay than just assume that you got all your stuff done. XD

Oooh and for those who didn't know, you can send everything in a single note. No need for multiple. XDD;

_{Halloween's one of my favorite holidays so I wanted to do something a little bit different from last year. So you all will be competing in a battle of tricks and treats! Bwahahahahaaaaa~!}

[ How-to-Play ]

_{First you gotta sign up at this page. Once you sign up you are given 5 treats and 3 tricks. You can either keep these or give them to other participating members~!
There's 4 possible titles to compete for. Check the prizes section to see the criteria for each one.
You can use your treats/tricks by noting the club or telling one of the admins in the chatroom(chatroom takes priority).
*For your note, please "Treat-or-Treat Event" as the subject and put "I would like to trick/treat *insertuser(s)* in the actual note
*You cannot trick/treat the same user multiple times within the same 24 hours. (This is to prevent people to spam treats at their friends.)
*Treat/trick number is updated in order of chat then earliest note.}


[ Scoring ]

<sub>Tricking someone gets you 1 treat [There is a 50% chance of getting a extra bonus treat]. | If you get tricked you lose 1 treat.
* If you trick someone who has 0 treats, the person you tricked gets 1 trick.

Here's how it works~
If you're interested sign up by posting some info about yourself here. It's hard to start off a letter if your pen-pal doesn't know anything about you. xD (It could be anything, like your interests and interesting story, likes and dislikes, etc.) After that send a note to the club with your address or wherever you want your pen-pal to send your letter. (This way only your pen-pal will know your address). These are letters so no email penpals... sorry.
After that you.. wait. xD After the club closes sign-ups everyone will be assigned a pen-pal. (The pen-pal you write to will be different than the one writing to you so you have a possibility of 2 pen-pals to write to. xD)
You write your letter and send it out~ ^^ (And inform the club when you do so we can update your letter count)
Hopefully people will respond back and forth. xD I ask that you guys response at least once before deciding to quit.

| How-to-Claim-Points |
With the exception of contest prizes(they'll be automactically rewarded), you must claim the points you earn. This is so the admins won't have to update every so often and give points to casual members who don't intend on using the point system.

To claim your points, just comment on the journal that you earned points from. (Unless instructions state otherwise)

You can now give your points to other people. ^^ However, it costs 1 point for every point you wish to give away. So if you want to give a friend 5 points, you have to use 10 points total.

Quilt/Collage/Collection
Reward: 1 Raffle Ticket per entry (max:3)
Theme: "I like IkexPit because..."
Info: People draw pictures and it'll all be compiled into a large picture like a quilt. (Like this but less ugly [link]) xD Writing will be put into a single file similar to a short story collection. Pictures should be 500x500, fics should be no longer than 1k words.

All the submissions for this will be submitted on the club's birthday to enjoy. ^^ It's fine to submit your deviation to dA beforehand, but it just won't be uploaded to the club until the day. :] Remember to put "Quilt/Collage/Collection" in the subject of your note so we know it's not a normal submission.

How-to-Join
It used to be you can only join if you noted the club, but at the moment the chat is public. Just click on it and you should be able to join!
*However if any problems occur it will revert back into a club only chat.

Rules
Please follow these rules. Failure to do so will result in getting kicked. After several kicks/warnings you will get banned. ;_;

+Be polite! We're all pretty friendly people, but sometimes people have off-days.
+Use common sense.
+Don't start up drama. If you have a problem with someone in the chat, please take it to notes or private chat.
+Feel free to share things like gallery links/WiPs/etc. But just keep in mind that people don't have to click on it if they do not wish to. (Don't abuse this. It'll be an auto-ban if you try to link bad things. >[ )

1.What's with the different groups?
Different groups have different privileges. The default group is Pikers. The rest of the groups change names occasionally. You can click on chat settings and see who is a member of each group and what privileges they have.

2.What are chat commands?
/chat username (makes a private chatroom. Can only be used if you have the dAmn extension for firefox. It's also possible with the raw commands or something, but i don't remember it...)

/me *action* ( like /me likes Pike would make it look like "User likes Pike"

/kick user (self-explanatory)

/title text here (changes the title. Located at the top.)

/topic text here (changes the topic. Located under the title.)

3.How do I promote/change groups?

* Remember that all submissions must be Ike/Pit related!
*11/23 - We have a new rule regarding submissions with adult content. Please take the time to look over it. ^u^;

The following are allowed:
Other characters may be in your submission, but the deviation should be somewhat centered around Ike and Pit.
*No single submissions please. Those should be submitted to their respective clubs which are affiliated with the club (See exceptions below)
*When submitting group pictures, Ike and Pit must take up at least an equal percentage of the picture as the other characters. (Ex. A 4-char picture must be 50% Ike+Pit)

"Pike"-related(child-related) submissions are allowed. However, we must be able to tell he/she has Ike/Pit as his/her parents. Single character art is allowed for this since Ike/Pit is strongly implied.

Single-character submissions are ONLY allowed if they strongly hint at Ike/Pit. (Ask the club? This varies on a case-to-case basis.)

Dark!versions of Ike/Pit are allowed. As well as other color schemes or alternate versions. Want to genderbend? Go ahead~

Threesome(+) pairings are allowed as long as Ike and Pit are included and are equal in the relationship.

Just because the club IkexPit doesn't mean you have to keep them in that order. Seme!Pit and uke!Ike is allowed as well.

You may submit work where Ike and Pit are paired up with other people ONLY if Ike and Pit's relationship(romantic or not) is still the main focus of your work.

The following are NOT allowed:

Please have a title other than "IkexPit, PitxIke, Ike x Pit, etc." This wasn't a problem before, but we're not allowed to submit more than entry with these titles. We will no longer accept submissions with these titles.

This should go without saying, but only submit your work. This is not only the club rules, but dA rules in general. If you use something that is not yours (music for video, images for background/slideshow, etc) please have proof of permission.

You may submit only 3 submissions in a row. After that you have wait until at least one submission is submitted.
*Exception: If a week has passed then you are free to submit again. :] This is just to keep from flooding inboxes. xD
*This rule does not apply to scraps, contest submissions, or 100 themes.

No works that bash other characters/pairings.

Mature works should be fine though as long as they have warnings/filters, but no smut/pr0nz will be allowed. Please check dA's policy before submitting. We may accept a censored version as long as it doesn't violate dA's policy. ^^

What is the name for this pairing?
There's no official name. Most people (from what I've seen) use IkexPit, Ike/Pit, IkePit, or Pike. J-fandom uses アイピト/ピトアイ(aipito/pitoai).

Who is ~IkexPit?
The club account is used by =Raburabbit and ~Ruby-Heart. =Raburabbit is the only one who comments/replies with the account. The only exception is the chatroom. We both use the account in the chatroom. xD
Although ~Ruby-Heart does hijack the account from time to time now.

Can you do *so-and-so-feature* for the club?
You can comment on the suggestions page. We'll look it over and take it into consideration.

Can I be an admin?
No. :T
=Raburabbit is a control-freak when it comes to this club so... xD the only reason why ~Ruby-Heart is also an admin is because they're related(and therefore they have contact practically 24/7).
However, if you want to run your own club feature... that's something else. xD

How do I get one of those pixel icons I've seen around?
You need to earn Pike points. Check the Pike Points section on the front page for more info.

I want to submit something, but I don't know if the club will accept it...
That's not a question! O_O Ummm I would say check the Submission Info. If it's still unclear, then note the club about it.

How come I didn't get points for so-and-so?
You have to claim your points. The club doesn't auto-update your points because that would mean we'd constantly have to update points for people, including those who don't care for/will probably never use their points. The only exception is when you win points from a club contest.
How do I get a penpal?

This is just a fun ongoing project to hopefully encourage participation from our fellow club members. If you would like to claim a theme just comment here

[ Rules ]
1.) You can do a maximum of 3 themes.
2.) You can only claim 3 themes at a time. You may only claim another one once you finish your previous one.
3.) Once a theme is taken it's taken. No themes may be repeated or taken by multiple people unless it's a collab.
4.) You earn 1 point per theme.
5.) You do NOT have to go all out for this. Sketches/drabbles/whatever~ ^^ (however since this is still submitted to the gallery you can still get a point for it.)
6.) There is no time limit for these. (Although if someone wants your theme and you haven't done your theme we may give it to someone else. This will only happen if themes are all taken up)
7. You are free to interpret your theme however you want. ^_^

Okay this is how claiming prizes works. The first person will chose their prize and once they claim one it'll be crossed off the list and the next person will get to choose. To be fair there will be a 24-hour time limit between each person if someone doesn't chose before time limit is up they will be moved to the end of the list.

1.)Just submit something to the club during the month of December and you'll automatically be entered. Uhh.. never mind. You gotta do this on your own cause I want people to be able to choose their numbers. xD If you submit something just tell us what number(s) you want. :3
*You are free to submit as any submissions you want, but only 5 will "count" toward the raffle.
* Winter-themed or Christmas-themed submissions will count as 2 submissions. (ex. You submit one normal picture and one Christmas-themed one = 3 spots in the raffle)

2.) If you're a member you can claim one spot by commenting here or noting us with a number. :] (Only applicable to members who joined before December 1st)

3.)On the 24th or 25th if you stop by the chatroom and if either =Raburabbit or ~Glorious-S are there you can ask them for another raffle slot. :]
