Hmmm well lots of things have been going on with me! I'm a sophomore now at MCAD, really enjoying my classes, especially Character Animation and Ideation and Process...not so much 3D animation |D I fucking hate that class. I like the teacher but not like, anything else about that class.

1) Over the summer my internet is going to be canceled, or we're going to change to dial-up. Either way, I'm seldom going to be on, if at all. But this is only for summer.

2) I got a new job at Walgreens...whooooo. Yeah. They have me working hours like 2:00 to 10:00...so basically all day. It's very tiring and takes up most of my time nowadays. So I won't have much time to draw.

I've been busy playing Digimon World 2 anyways :D Whooo. I used to hate that game cause it was kinda slow at the start, but now I love it. I'm trying to get a Gryphonmon, Raidramon and Gigadramon right now. Mmmhmm. Also I just downloaded the soundtrack to Digimon World 1. SO NOSTALGIIIC YOU GUYS. I love that game. Iron and I kick ass at raisin' Digimonz together. We got Herculeskabuterimon randomly one time. We didn't even TRY man XD It was great, he kicked so much ass.

I has a job now...some of you already knew that tho.
I work for the DNR of Iowa- the Department of Natural Resources. I do codes and stuff for the DNR webpages. I even have my own cubical :D This job is actually really cool. It's kinda fun and I can eat and listen to music and stuff while working. And my boss is really nice- she gives me candy ;) And I get $9.50 man hour too :XD: Pwwwwwn.
The only downside is that I've been working from 8:00 to 5:30 everyday...and on school days I work from 3:00 to 5:30...so I dun have much time left to do many things.

On Friday I got there and it was fun...and yeah :D And we went to MCAD and saw the fashion show and cosplayers. There was a girl with a pwn Ichigo costume :D Haru was gonna dress up as Hige from Wolf's Rain because she thought her costume wasn't cool enough D: But ya...and then we went into the auditorium to listen to a presentation about the Zouku's in Japan...it was neat. I got to learn about all the fashions and subcultures in Japan :3

So this weekend I went to Prairie Beach 2007, a greyhound gathering for people who have adopted retired racers or who love greyhounds.
And the people wanted me to do some greyhound piccys for the silent auction and raffle. So I did four piccys:

A head shot in charcoal
Two greyhounds running in charcoal
An egyptian greyhound in colored pencil
An angle greyhound in pencil

The head shot and the Egypt greyhound were put into the auction, and the head shot one went for $65! 8D It was awesome. And then I earned $40 by doing some small sketches of peoples dogs. The sketches were free but some people donated. :D

Anyways, when I was working at the fair, everyday I'd go to the Greyhound Adoption Booth and do sketches of the retired greyhound, Jones, that was there everyday. Well, the people that ran the booth were so impressed that they invited me to be the guest artist at Prairie Beach 2007; a kind of con for greyhound lovers.

I'm gonna do a few greyhound piccys for the Silent Auction and earn money for the organization as well as ME! Yes, I'm earning money with my art :D Pwn.

Most of my time was spent animating in the animation room XD Most days were like this:

The party was in the middle of nowhere at Spencer's grandparents house. The house was on the top of a hill and for miles around there was nothing but fields...and the wind blew and the grass looked so pretty in the breeze. It was cool. There was a graveyard a mile from the house so we all went to see it, and this random dog (whom I called Tabu) came and followed us the whole way. He was cute :D

I've been watching the animation none stop now for almost a half hour. I'm really impressed with the light effects that Asi did, as well as the 3D background in the fight scene. The movements are really smooth too.
