Turned out my hard drive was fine and ended up just having to wait a few days for a part to arrive so they could then spend very little time actually fixing my laptop after over a week of basically telling my untrue bullshit.

I got a new charger and the problem was still arising so on the 10th November i took my laptop in to get someone to take a look at it. That night i find a voicemail message telling me that it turns out my hard drive is royally fucked =/

Since then they've been running various tests to see if they can fix it...though it seems my hard drive is gonna have to be replaced. They'll install the new one in for me if it's required and will try transfer my stuff from the old hard drive to the new one...though they can't promise anything.

I've been bored out my skull for the past few days so i've been spending quite a bit of money (which i now have from saas :3) on lots of yugioh cards and new DS games and spent a great deal of time getting drunk (Rum ftw!). Good news though, i should defo be back by monday! \o/ whether or not i'll still have all my uni work and personal stuff from my knackered hard drive or will be hitting my head off a desk at the fact i've lost it all...nevertheless i can't wait till this is over with so i can stop destroying my brain cells and liver XD hangover + bad cold = @.@

So yeah, we come to the fact that i'm not eating much these days due to not being able to afford much food, can barely afford to stay in the place i'm living and to top it all i'm not doing very well in my uni course.

So yeah i'm a bit fed up at the moment. But life aint through pissing me off yet, that's for sure.

Since i got back home about...oh 7 or 8 hours ago there has been this car outside who's alarm keeps going off every ten or so minutes. It's really driving me nuts.

So anyway i decided to calm myself down by spending 2 hours making an AMV i'd really been looking forward to making. Then, proud of what I'd managed to do i put it up on Youtube. No problems uploading it or anything. 10 minutes later it's had about 20 views, surprising even myself. Then i get an email from youtube. Guess what...my video's been muted ><
So that's the thrid fucking AMV i've had made pointless in the last weeks. Thank you so much Youtube for making me fucking waste 6 fucking hours of my fucking already not so great life!

*sigh*

Anyway, if anyone knows anywhere decent where i can upload my AMVs easily please let me know. I'd rather like to be able to show my AMVs to people and have them commented on without having to send them over fucking MSN.

On the friday I woke up at 7am all excited and stuff, frantically tidied my room and finished packing then rushed to the train station. Got the train to edinburgh then hopped on one down to london, my friend hopped on at Newcastle and the trip was pretty long, borning and tiring. When we got there we met up with Cataclismic and nipped to McDonalds for a bite to eat before starting to heave our luggage through the fucking underground during rush hour (not a wise idea). When we finally reached the Excel Centre we sat down in the bar named Fox's and had a few drinks (cocktails named Orgasm ftw). Anyway after a while we decided to head to our hotel through the Excel Centre...to find the other end blocked off...so we trekked round instead to find they had decided now was a good time to rebuild the ENTIRE carpark...so we trekked round again and ended up getting a taxi.
When we got to the hotel we parted ways with our friend and me and Cata headed up to our room. After a while i unpacked my laptop (preordered inty) and found it wasn't fucking working! supposedly i had to have my "voucher code" they'd forgotten to send to me...so i had to pay extra to get to my emails to get to my account on their site to find it'd fucked up and i still didn't have this voucher...so we had to phone them...about an hour later we had proper internet.

That was Friday.


Saturday.
Early fucking start and cosplay troubles then a fucking huge walk and getting lost trying to find way into centre then longer wait than we should have had till finally...expo! Wasted most of the morning waiting for the team and a guy who was supposed to be trading me cards i needed for that day (he never showed =/) but the rest of the day wasn't too bad.

Sunday.
We decide we want a lie in but our friend keeps sending me texts every half hour or so, so we dun get much extra sleep. Finally we get taxi there and it costs way more than it should have...more than we had too ¬.¬ so we had to try and get the money to pay him (ended up giving him £4 extra) then huge wait in queue for cash machine...rest of the day wasn't too bad i gots lots of Death Note stuff and had a laugh. Then we went back to mine and Cata's room for a bit then headed off for drinks. After about 5 cocktails or something like that we headed back to mine and cata;s hotel and played some yugioh till our friend went back to his hotel. We fell asleep not too long after that.

Monday.
Frantic packing and rushing to meet our friend at the tube. Heaving luggage through tube =/= fun. Then to McDonalds for some food then to the train on which we basically got seperated due to prats. Annoyed, we retreated to the area by the doors and sat there till edinburgh. At edinburgh we rushed to find the train back to glasgow and found it wasn't letting anyone one...then without telling us they switched it to the next platform...we managed to get on it then we sat down and got told the train was cancelled and we had to get off...we got off and followed everyone to the other platform then got told to get back on the train we'd just gotten off. Pissed off by now we got on and were about to sit down when we were told we actually had to go to the other platform again. We ran over and hopped on the overcrowded train, majorly pissed off. Then this fucking idiot of a train staff person decided she'd bring on the food trolley thing and gave us dirty looks coz she couldn't get down the fucking train. About an hour later we finally got back to glasgow and then it was taxi home.

Anyway this rant is yet again directed towards a certain annoying person in the household.

this morning she tells Cata that we are to tidy the kitchen and have the bedroom sorted by tuesday. So we tidied up all the rubbish and stuff downstairs and in the kitchen, did the dishes, and made a start on the bedroom. As we've not been told to do the living room and I was in need of my yugioh folders so I could sort out some trades I left them on the table as well as some food we were eating. My blanket and 1 plushie (my new fox one) were on the sofa as i'd been cuddling up with them previously and were just sorting some music. Anyway she comes home takes a look around and starts claiming she told us to tidy the whole house. We say we'll do the rest later and she says fine sits down then proclaims how she's sick of it. I get annoyed at that and decide i'll take my stuff that she's so sick of upstairs. She thanks me and Cata follows me up, leaving behind some stuff we were still using. A few minutes later she yells upstairs about getting the rest of the stuff and Cata goes down to see what she's on about and doesn;t come back up for a while. Argument =/

Won't mention most of the stuff she said but this one made me feel like sh*t:
She was saying that the 'rent' we had both agreed on (£80 a month) wasn't nearly enough as the shopping bill (for all three of us mind) came to about £80 =/

I managed to calm myself down with a frustrated cry and a doodle which became a huge picture then draggles went downstairs again and had another talk. He came back up not too long later and told me she'd said she was sorry then she came up and gave me a hug.

Still a bit pissed about some of what she'd said though.

Also good rant:
OMFR THE GUY (SM from yugioh world) WHO SEEMED TO HATE MY DMG DECK HAS ACTUALLY TOLD ME IT'S BE BETTER TO RUN THAN SOMETHING LIKE SIX SAM o.O sure the rumoured OCG list says Reasoning is out of the picture, really slowing down my six sam build but i reckoned i could build a control style deck. I was then told not to bother and to run my DMG deck as it'd be better...even better than my Crystal beasts which have barely been affected by the rumoured OCG list o.O

I'm both surprised as hell and happy that (whilst GB and Syncro decks were also advised) I was told my DMG deck would be alright next format : D

"Who needs men?" I thought to myself. Men can be...horrible creatures, well most of them anyway. Up until Cataclismic all the men I'd ever liked (except one maybe) had either just used me or were just backstabbing bastards who didn't really give two f*cks about my feelings.
You see it paints the picture that men are just...selfish pigs who care about nothing other than themselves, their needs, wants and feelings, their pride, etc and that women are just sex objects, household maids, the one who cooks them food and nothing much else.

It almost seems strange me saying this now i think of it as when I was younger i used to hang around with boys more often than i would girls yet nowadays I'll most likely choose to spend more time talking and hanging out with girls. I do still have quite a lot of male friends. Which makes me think this. Men paint a better picute of themselves when you're friends with them than when you're in a relationship with them.

I could go on for hours and hours and hours but i can't really be assed so i'll stop there X3

Seriously though, zips make things so much easier, they should be on everything from shoes to doors. And even where zips are there already they're hardly...free.
I mean look at trousers...or as the Americans call them, pants. Most, if not all, of them have zips already but are usually also covered with stupid amounts of buttons and other shit which just plain aren;t needed. It bugs me, i don't want the buttons i want the f*cking zip!
I know i haven't actually said why there should be more zips in the world yet so here are my reasons:
1. they're so damn easy. Not fiddly like buttons or laces or other crap like that.
2. they're fun. Seriously don't tell me you've never absent mindedly played with a zip on a pencil case before when you were bored. Then you realise you're doing it and it's fun isn't it...agree with me dammit!

On Thursday and Friday I had the job of tidying up the bedroom my bf and I share. 2 f*cking days it took me...and she has the f*cking nerve to then tell us we need to tidy our room...why? because we bought a few cards...so f*cking what? they don't automatically mean the whole bedroom has to be tidied again just because there's a few tins sitting on a box!

And another matter, how horrible do you have to be to pick up your son and his girlfriend from a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament and wait for them to say their hungry before diving into a conversation about the brilliant sunday lunch you had, which of course they missed out on because they wanted to enjoy their hobby?
Also since when did not having a shower for 1 night make someone stink so bad you have to tell them you don't want them to be in the same room? A mother should defo not tell her son that, especially in front of his girlfriend.

Is it illegal for my bf and I to have lives? We sit down to quickly check things on the internet and get told to hurry up and clean the place up...as if we've been told 5 times already D: <

And another thing...I'm sick of having to f*cking wait till about 11 at night just so i can watch the movies i like (which happen to contain zombies and a bit of gore), meaning they finish at about 1am and i have to sleep straight after that, not being able to wind down after them and end up having nightmares which keep me up all night. I'm also sick of not being able to cuddle up with my bf to watch a movie in bed without having his mother f*cking shout at us 20 mins into the thing telling us to clean up and take showers...I'm sorry but when was it decided that I wasn't in charge of when I went for a shower? I know when i need to shower and I'll shower at a time that suits me...not when someone else f*cking tells me to...especially when they don't know when i went for a shower and end up trying to get me shower when i'd showered earlier that f*cking day!

I'm also sick of having to wait till me and him are completely alone for more than ten minutes so we can have a proper night together or have sex. I mean we get like...maybe 2 hours to ourselves a week if that...that's hardly enough quality time to enjoy our relationship.

i'm f*cking sick of her checking up on us every 5 f*cking minutes to make sure we're only doing what SHE wants us to do, i'm sick of having my life controlled by her. I'M MY OWN F*CKING PERSON.

I'm sick of the little "if you two are still together then"s and the "that's if you two last that long"s. I wish she'd f*cking butt out. She has no idea how much we love each other and me and him don't plan on breaking up. it's like she's trying to slyly make me believe I want be with him that long, like she doesn't want me in his life. But in front of him she's all like "I'm so glad you two are together, you make a cute couple...blahblahblah"

All in all I just wish his mother would back off and let us having a f*cking life and enjoy our relationship.
