And sometime within the next three weeks, me and a friend are partnering up in English and we have to watch four movies. One of us has to watch Frankenstein and Jurassic Park and the other person has to watch Dances With Wolves and Edward Scissorhands. Guess who is in charge of watching Edward Scissorhands? >D And then we have to choose two movies from that list and compare them in an essay. This will be the best assignment ever because I will be writing about a Johnny movie. xDD

And I need to read Cold Mountain by October 12. I have NOT started on that and that book is like major thick, too, and hard to read. ;-; I probably won't be able to start it until, like, Wednesday after I finish my Oscar Wilde paper. =/ My mom is supposed to be picking up a copy of the book tomorrow, though, so... I have a "project" for my politics class that is due on Tuesday. It pretty much requires internet access. Guess what? I will not have internet access this weekend. Just tomorrow [Friday] and Monday. So I better use my time wisely during those two days. Hmm.

Oh, and I have a Trig quiz to study for that is on Tuesday, and a TEST the following week. Let us say that my Trig grade is not too good right now. Doesn't the teacher realize that WE HAVE LIVES IN OTHER CLASSES AND OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL?! OR TRY TO HAVE LIVES? I made a 70 on my last quiz because I got the SIGNS wrong. What the crap?! T_T Looks like I will be studying the entire semester for that class. Oh, and I am retaking the ACT soon in the next week or two. Have NOT started studying because I HAVE BEEN SO FREAKING BUSY WITH SCHOOL.

And of course I have absolutely no time for my beloved fansites... and I have no time for dA. And no time for my internet friends, whom I miss dearly. ;-; Another hiatus, maybe? -sighs-

I do not really have time to go into much in-depth detail because I am really, really busy with school but I will give the highlights.

Oh, and I totally found out that videos take up a lot of space on memory cards. xDD I recorded like four videos of Sugarland performing, but had to delete like two of them to save room for more pictures and more Keith Urban videos. I ended up with like maybe five Keith Urban videos? I will post them on YouTube eventually. <3 My memory card was completely full by the time the concert ended. xD And my memory card can hold over 1200 pictures, so the videos probably took up a lot of those pictures... Lol.

ANYWAY.

Our seats were really good! We were on the right side of the arena in like the middle section, and we had a pretty good view of the stage. I believe I got some pretty good pictures. ^-^

And I learned that Kristian Bush of Sugarland is originally from east Tennessee! I never knew that! =o He is so active... he was running around and jumping around everywhere, haha.

When Keith Urban was singing, he walked through the crowd and he ended up on this little stage in the back of the arena. It was so funny because Keith was like "Yeah! Who has the good seats now?!" and the crowd in the back went wild. xD He performed a few songs there and returned to the main stage. x)

And Keith Urban's band members can sing! REALLY WELL. He was introducing them and had them sing a few lines and the guy who plays electric guitar--his name is Brian Nutter--was AMAZING. I was deleting blurry pictures from my camera to save room for more pictures/videos and all of a sudden I heard his voice. My jaw dropped. I was like "Where did that come from?!" I was SO amazed by his vocals. Here's a video from another concert: [link] The guy I am talking about is the second one Keith introduces.

BUT OMG OMG OMG. Like, toward the end of the concert, Keith Urban COMES UP TO THE BOTTOM OF OUR SECTION. So I made my way down the stairs to get a better look at him. xD HE IS SO BEAUTIFUL. I also got some really good pictures when he was close to us, but some of them were blurry because I was either a.) panicking because I was running out of room on my camera and b.) I was trying to avoid people's hands and heads. xD

I bought two Keith Urban shirts. <3 I was going to get one Keith Urban shirt and one Sugarland shirt, but I could not decide between two Keith Urban shirts so I just got two Keith Urban shirts instead because they are both really cool. xD I didn't get a Sugarland shirt because of a lack of money, but that is fine because I already have a Sugarland shirt from where I saw them a few years ago. x)

But yes. The concert was so much fun. <3 I want to see Keith Urban again... he was absolutely amazing.

I absolutely hate hate hate Trig. It sucks. Really. Especially my teacher. She teaches us like we were in elementary school. It's annoying. She MAKES us work in groups and we HAVE to be on the same number at the same time with the same answer or else we get extra work to do. It is horrible, because I work a lot better alone because can I go on my own pace and take my time and get the answers right and everything. But when people are in a group, then people rush through it so they won't have homework. In reality, rushing through your work will cause you to FAIL. x:

BUT THAT IS NOT ALL. We have had two quizzes so far. The first I made a 77, and that was because I didn't study enough and/or I got the material confused. We had another quiz today. I don't know my grade, but I know I FAILED it. There were 9 problems. Three of which I did not have an answer for. And there is another problem I answered but I know it is not right, so that is four total, an automatic 60 at least--FAILING GRADE. Those problems I did not do, I did NOT recognize them at first and I had no clue how to do them. It turns out, they were from material we did over TWO BLOODY WEEKS ago. They were from section 1-2, which was what the quiz was over, but I did not realize this. I thought the quiz was only over what we did the other day, which is really easy and also from 1-2. Couldn't of the teacher alerted us as a reminder that we had OTHER MATERIAL from 1-2 weeks ago that we did as well as material from 1-2 that we just did? NO, SHE DID NOT.

I feel so so so ridiculous right now that I did not pay attention to all of our notes' freaking SECTION TITLES. If I was AWARE then I would have passed this quiz. ;-; And those said problems were VERY EASY. But I was overthinking everything and making them seem so complicated! It is so annoying and just.. ugh.

Oh, and my current average in there (not counting the quiz I took today) is an 88, which disappoints me. That quiz will bring it down even more. Thankfully I always do relatively well on homework assignments, so they will help. But still, this sucks. Majorly.

We have a quiz on 1-4 either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, and the material we have covered in that section so far is pretty easy. I just have to freaking study to remember it. >< We also have a chapter test like the second week of September, I think. Blehh.

I hate that class, and that teacher, so much. The teacher is confusing and everything is so overwhelming and that kills my thinking process. =/

My Criminal Justice class is so boring. I thought it would be fun, but it is not. We never do anything in there. Today we just sat around and played games. xD I do get some homework done in there, along with some reading. Hmm.

My Contemporary Issues class is amazing. I love it. My teacher is amazing and so, so likable. The only bad thing is that we have to write these long and complicated and confusing reports about whatever political topic we are discussing at the time. Actually, I REALLY need to continue with that health care report, which is due next Tuesday... Uh... xD I have a feeling it will be really long because there is so much material involved. I have a little over a page written...

Lol. My teacher for that class was like "Who is on your bag?" and I am like "Johnny Depp!" and she was like "Ahh. Pirate! Do you like him?" and I was like "Yes! A LOT." and then she asked me where I was from because she said that I have a strong British accent when I say "A lot." xD I was like "Uhh. I've been raised here my entire life... I have no clue where I get the accent." Because I don't. My family doesn't think I have an accent, but everyone at school does! It is so weird. Maybe I like too many British people, I dunno. My teacher said that she thought I was from overseas because of my accent and that she was surprised I had it without coming from an English family. xD

I really like my English class, too. It is great, but it requires a lot of writing and work and reading. x: I have to read "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson by Tuesday. Fun, fun. I am seriously reading four books at once right now. It's fun. xD My teacher for that class is so hilarious. xDD I'm glad it is my last class. It's a good way to end the day.

I saw Jack Ingram in concert tonight! There was one opening act, which was a local guy who is from this area. His name is Brinley Addington. He had a really, really good voice! ^^ He performed a few songs that he had written on his own and he performed covers of other songs (including “All I Ever Wanted” by Chuck Wicks” and “Love Story” by Taylor Swift, which was pretty interesting, haha. I got a kick out of hearing him sing the line “Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone.” xDD) And it turns out that he was a student of a really good family friend, who is an art teacher. So that was pretty cool to learn. x)

BUT ANYWAY.

THEN THERE WAS JACK INGRAM.
And oh my gosh, guys! I almost forgot how beautiful Jack is in person! He is so gorgeous! It has been like two years since I have seen him in person, so tonight was a very lovely reminder. Jack put on a pretty amazing show, too! xD

So like right before Jack was getting ready to sing, it started raining. It wasn’t raining that hard, but it was sprinkling. But the rain didn’t last long! So I was happy about that, because I was worried I wouldn’t of been able to take pictures without risk of ruining my camera. x:

So when Jack did come out and started singing, I began taking pictures. I noticed that people were gathering near the front of the stage, so I jumped at the chance to get closer to Jack. <3 And I did end up getting pretty close! I was maybe only a few feet away from him the whole time! It was so, so amazing, haha.

I took a lot of pictures! 288 pictures, to be exact! That is more than what I took at the Coldplay concert! How insane. o_o I got some pretty good pictures of him. I will work on uploading them once I finish uploading the Coldplay pictures. Some of the Jack Ingram pictures are kinda blurry because he wouldn’t stay still. xD

So when Jack was getting ready to sing “Barefoot And Crazy,” he was like “How many of you are wearing flip-flops tonight?” and he told us to take them off and hold them up in the air. xD He even took off his boots, and put one of them on the microphone stand. I got a picture of it! I will post it soon. xP It was pretty funny seeing all of those flip-flops on stage, haha. And like in the middle of the song, he started to autograph people’s shoes that they handed to him! It was great! I would’ve given him one of my flip-flops to sign, but they were black and the autograph wouldn’t of shown up that well anyway. x(
And this little boy gave Jack a hat, and he wore it throughout the rest of the show! Jack asked the boy what he wanted to be when he grew up, and the boy said a train designer. xD It was so cute! <3

And apparently, in order to get an actual “meet-and-greet” with Jack backstage, you had to buy this package called a Jack Pack, which was $50. You got a tote bag, a shirt, a picture, CD, a bracelet, and a meet-and-greet after the show. I totally would have paid the $50, but I am low on money, and I have to save what money I do have for a shirt next Friday for when I see Keith Urban. ;-; But it is fine. I met him a few years ago, so yeah. hopefully next time when I have more money? lol.

BUT HE DID SIGN AUTOGRAPHS. He didn’t pose for pictures (in order to get a picture with him, you had to do the meet-and-greet thing), but he did sign autographs after the show. I had my sketchbook with me, and I was going to have him sign my picture that I drew of him. Once he got to me, I handed it out to him. Jack saw it, signed it, and said something like “I like that! That is really neat!” I smiled and was like “Thank you!!” I didn’t know what else to say because I was so excited that he approved of my artwork and that he liked it and actually commented on my picture!

I posted the autographed picture on my Twitter ([link]) and Jack twittered me back!!! =o So that makes my night even more amazing! JACK TWITTERED ME, OMG. <33 Here is the tweet he replied to me with: [link]

I went to Books-A-Million yesterday to look for Gilgamesh, because we have to read it on our own for English class, but they were out of stock. (I have to call them again this weekend to see if they ever unloaded their shipment; they might have it then.) So I just decided to look around the store to see if I can find anything interesting to add to my stack of books to read.

I found this book with a skull-and-crossbones on it. I am like "=o PIRATE BOOK! -picks up and reads summary-" The book is Silver by Edward Chupack. It's a fictional book about the pirate Long John Silver. It seemed interesting, and I am always intrigued by pirate stories, so I bought it. Can't wait to start reading it. x)

But I had to drop AP English in order to get into Visual Art 4. ;-;
I dropped Criminal Justice 2, and am now taking English 4 Honors in its place. Bleh.

We already have to do a presentation and crap in English 4 Honors on Monday. We're studying Greek Mythology some, and we have to choose a god, goddess, creature, or whatever else was on the list. I chose Cerberus, which is the three-headed dog that guards the gates of Hades. xD And we have to write all of these descriptions about popular Greek Mythology stories, Titans, Olympians, Creatures, and everything else. I think those are due on Monday, but I'm trying to get at least half of them done today. We'll also be working on them Friday, so... -shrugs-

I am like "o___o"

I'm not too crazy about the teacher. She's.. weird. I think she disapproves of me obsessing over Johnny Depp, who is old enough to be my dad. LOL. I dunno. Maybe I should just give it time. But several of my friends are in that class, so it's cool. x)

but as long as I have my Art class next term, I am happy. xD

and they painted Mr. Rasnake's room! ;-; One of my friends told me today in third period. She was like "They're painting it now!" and I am like "D= No! We need to go stop it and disturb them so they won't finish!" xD Rasnake had this huge Star Wars mural on one of his walls. It was so good, too! And I don't even like Star Wars. xD He also had all of these band names/logos on his walls and other random pictures. Even a comic strip for Where The Wild Things Are. It was the coolest room ever. :/ I walked by there today on my way to English, and the walls were WHITE. It looked all wrong! I wouldn't of even recognized it if it wasn't for the exact location of it. It saddened me. It's just not the same. x(

I lost two of my favorite teachers of all time in one bloody year. Not only were they my favorites, but they were by far the best teachers to be found at the ridiculous high school I go to. My high school is an official joke now.

Rasnake, who was my creative writing teacher last year, switched to a college. I knew about this last year and knew he wouldn't be there this year. I was incredibly disappointed, because he is just SO epic and amazing and I so wanted him for AP English. Like, he is worthy of being bowed-down to. Seriously. You guys would love him. <3 Me and a few of my friends wanted to go by his room to see what they did to it, but we never got to. :c When it comes time for college, I am seriously tempted to take the English class he is teaching at one of the local colleges, just so I can have him as a teacher. He is just THAT ridiculously epic. >D

So anyway. With my knowledge of Rasnake leaving, I am like "Okay, but as long as I still have Gilmore for AP History, I will survive." BUT NO. I found out today that Gilmore switched schools as well! ;-; Gilmore was so amazing. He is so kind, and he is very easy going and yet he is still the most amazing teacher ever. I had the honor of having him twice: once for History, and once for Economics & Government.

Losing Rasnake was more than enough for me. But Gilmore too? Ughh. I will miss them greatly. ;-; There may be only three incredibly amazing teachers left at that school, and two of them are art teachers. xD

Other than that, I hate my schedule. I won't bother explaining how screwed up it is. But I need a schedule change. This semester, I have:

1. Contemporary Issues: There isn't anyone in that class that I care for. It is more like a debate/political class. It requires a lot of research. It seems interesting, but I don't know. I'll be all lonely in there if I stay. :c This was supposed to of been an ALTERNATIVE class. I only signed up for it incase I didn't get any of ther other classes I wanted. (By the way, I wanted Art 4 and Creative Writing, but they didn't put me in either.)

2. Trig: It's a math class. Originally, this was supposed to of been an alternative as well. I think I will go ahead and take it. It'll probably be good for when I go to college. There's a few people I know in there, but we'll have assigned seats so it won't really matter.

3. Criminal Justice 1: Okay, this class I LOVE. One of my closer friends is in there with me. We saw each other and were all like "Oh yay! I have someone amazing to talk to! xD" We'll also have lunch together. So it's great. I am staying in that class, for sure.

4. Criminal Justice 2: I have no clue why they put me in Criminal Justice 1 and 2 in the same term. The teacher said it wasn't a big deal, but oh well. I'm not staying in it. It's filled with popular kids I don't like. I WILL be switching out of it and into Art 4, hopefully.

I don't know if they even have a Creative Writing class now. I'll find out in the morning and will probably switch out of Contemporary Issues into it. Bleh. I just don't want anything to mess up Criminal Justice 1. xD

I could rant on and on about this, but I won't. I just feel like my entire high school career has been a complete joke. I have had SO many teachers where it takes them 30 minutes to start class, and some days we will go the entire period without doing ANYTHING. I just hate it that my time is being wasted, you know? I am ashamed to say that I am from said school. xD I'm a senior, sure. But it is still miserable. I am SO glad that this is my last year, then off to college, which will hopefully be a lot better. x:

COLDPLAY WAS FREAKING AMAZING. OH MY GOSH. Since this review is a few days late, my memory of details of the concert might be pretty vague. :c

The seats were… half-way decent. They were a little better than what I thought the seats would be. xD The seats at Coldplay might’ve been about the same distance as they were from the main stage at the Rascal Flatts concert, so yeah. If that made sense. I could like see Chris running around on stage and everything, but one of the biggest things was that I was practically on my tip-toes the whole time so I could take pictures and see over people’s heads. xP

And ugh. It looks like I got a few pretty decent shots of Chris Martin (lead singer, for anyone who doesn’t know), but people’s hands were in the way, making the shot a lot less appealing! ;-; I took like 210 pictures, by the way so it’s going to be a lot of fun sorting through and editing them. xD I would have taken some videos, but I just didn’t bother because I didn’t think the quality would have been that good since we were so far away.

So anyway. There were two opening acts. The first was Kitty, Daisy, and Lewis, which consisted of two sisters and a brother. At least, I think they’re siblings. But anyway, their music is sort of swing-type. Something you would hear from the 1930’s. They were only okay. Their music equipment was pitiful, though, which what made it horrid. Ugh. The guy was pretty, though. He had a better voice than his sisters. I liked his hair. It was dark, slicked back and all Elvis-like. (Okay, it reminded me of Adam Lambert, so that is probably why I thought he was attractive. haha.)

The second act was a band called Elbow. They are from Manchester. They were quite better than the first act and a lot more listenable. They were good, but not amazing like Coldplay, lol.

AND THEN CAME COLDPLAY.

They were so, so, so good. Throughout their entire set, I always had this adrenaline-rush feeling going through me and everything. It was amazing. No other band or singer has had that affect on me from past concerts. Coldplay’s music is just that amazing and inspirational to me. <3 I was singing along to all of their songs, haha. I love them so so so much.

They opened the show with “Violet Hill.” I dunno what followed after that. I think it was “Clocks?” They also did “Yellow,” which was so awesome. There were these huge yellow balloons and people were tossing them around everywhere. It was great. Chris popped a few of them with his guitar out of pure amusement. xDD

There were two smaller circular stages that I know of that were in the audience. One was on the opposite side of the arena from us, and one was in the back toward the lawn section. I think someone said there was one near our side, but I don’t know because they didn’t sing on the “stage” near our side, which was a disappointment because I wanted some really good pictures of them up close… but oh well. It was still amazing.

At one point, Chris was like “We’re going to sing one really slow song, and one really fast song, if that’s alright with you all.” Of course the crowd went crazy. xD They did “The Hardest Part,” followed by the soft piano instrumental of “ Postcards From Far Away. ”

And then they made their way toward the main stage as the music for “Viva la Vida” started playing. The crowd went insane. It was so much fun. <3 Chris Martin is so, so beautiful. He is incredibly fun to watch. He runs and jumps around everywhere while singing at the same time, of course. He is SO hyperactive! It is amazing. At the end of “Viva la Vida,” Chris “collapsed” on stage and acted like he was out of breath, and he would raise up and sing the “OhhhOhhh” part of Viva la Vida before collapsing again. It was so funny! I love him. xDDD

Then they did “Lost.” Some of the other songs I remember were “42,” “ Politik, ” “Cemeteries of London,” “Death Will Never Conquer,” “Strawberry Swing,” and “Fix You.”

They also sung “Glass of Water!” I was so, so happy about that. That is one of my favorite songs from their Prospekt’s March CD.

AND “LOVERS IN JAPAN.” That was so epic. The butterfly confetti was one of the biggest highlights of the show, oh my gosh. I made sure to get as many pictures as possible during “Lovers in Japan,” simply because of the confetti. I wanted to catch some confetti for myself, but none were released in our direction. I'll give you a dollar if you can guess who it is. xD Kidding about the dollar because I'm telling you anyway and it is too obvious.

But I want to create an ADAM LAMBERT fansite. ;-; It feels so weird not having one. My life revolves around Johnny Depp and Adam Lambert. I have a Johnny site. I need an Adam site. Okay, not need. But I feel it is in my obligation as a fan and I am curious to see how popular it would get. xD

But I need name ideas. The only decent name I've come up with has been "I'm Not Skerd," as a reference to his American Idol audition. Or maybe "Glambert Eternity?" Eternal Glambert. Glambert Forever. (Okay, those last three names aren't that great. xD) I want the name to be unique, because Adam is unique. ><

I don't know. I'm just throwing names out there. :c

And I don't even know when I can start on it. I am hoping by the end of August or sometime by September. I first need to work on getting better publicity for Jack Ingram Fan, and I also need to work on David Cook Online more including giving it a new layout.

...and I don't even know if an Adam site would be worth it. He has an official site and a VERY large community over there, so would it be worth it having another fansite? Of course there would be original content on my site that couldn't be found elsewhere, but still. And of course there are plenty of OFFICIAL celebrity sites and there are still some pretty successful fansites on the same celebrity/band/whatever.

Or should I just go with "the more Adam sites and fan support out there, the better" approach? I think I may ask around at the AdamOfficial.com site and see what they think. What do you guys (particularly my fellow Glamberts) think?

So I am like "OH MY. THAT IS AMAZING. I wonder where they bought it? MUST HAVE." so I googled it and stumbled across a thread at a Johnny Depp forum and they said Wal-Mart was selling them. -squeals-

And who knows? Maybe they will eventually release a bag featuring Adam Lambert's cover! How epic would that be?! xDDD And they should go ahead and release bags featuring the other five Rolling Stone covers Johnny has been on. xP That would be amazing. :'D

In other news, I'm still working on another portrait of Adam Lambert. I am still not satisfied with his eyes. I keep redrawing them. They're too dark... or too big. I don't know. =/ I usually don't have trouble with eyes, but for some reason they are killing me this time. Gahh. T_T


And ew. Senior pictures are next Tuesday, which is where all the seniors have appointments and they have photo sessions and everything at the school. I'm a senior this year. I hate pictures. A lot. I am NOT looking forward to those photo sessions. >< (I really don't think I could handle being a celebrity, simply because I hate people taking pictures of me. Haha.) So he switched to another purple mouse that was the same shade, but it had no tail. That's the only one he plays with. I think he has a thing for deformed toys or something. I don't know. xDD

Secondly: I had no internet at Disney. Well, it was $10 a day, and considering Disney was expensive enough, we didn’t bother paying that much for internet. So of course I have a crapload of stuff to catch up on. With that being said, I will be rushing through things, so I deleted a lot of deviations, journal entries, etc. So if there is anything you want to show me, then comment here please. o-o

And I am like dying from Adam Lambert withdrawals. So I will be spending the next week catching up on all the newest AI tour videos and pictures. xDD

Now on to the fun part…

We went to all of the parks—except for the water parks because they are just… yeah. I’m not a fan of water parks. xD The weather was so hot and miserable but it was still a lot of fun. <3

We went to Downtown Disney the night we arrived and we just walked around to all the stores and ate at Planet Hollywood. The food was expensive, so my whole family was freaking out about it (which was annoying, I must admit).

Wednesday, we went to Magic Kingdom. The first thing I did there was the POTC ride. I was disappointed with the gift shop though—they had no shirts with Jack on them! ;-; I did get a shirt that said “I love Jack” on it, and another shirt that had the Black Pearl on the back of it and it said “Dead Men Tell No Tales.” And I bought a large black flag with the POTC skull symbol on it. I just don’t know where I’m going to hang it up in my room yet... haha! And I got a few other little POTC-related items.

Haunted Mansion was really cool--literally. xD It was very relaxing to get away from the heat. And while we were waiting in the lines outside, this woman was being carried out on a stretcher. I don’t know what that was about. o-o But anyway, for those who’ve been on the ride, at the end you look into these mirrors and there’s a ghost behind you in your chair. My cousin and I were riding together and at the end, I’m like “Let’s kiss it!” so we acted like we kissed our ghost. xDDD

And ughh. Space Mountain was closed for maintenance until November! So we didn’t get to ride it, which was a disappointment. Later, we eventually went back to the resort to rest for a few hours then we went out to eat at Lonestar. And oh my. Our waiter was so gorgeous! My cousin had made some comment to her mom like “Mom, do you like our waiter or something?” and her mom was like “What? I’m just being nice!” And I was like “ Pftt. I DO! ” and we all laughed. So yeah. That was a lot of fun and we were discussing ways to get him back to our table and everything. xP Our waiter had a very nice smile. <33

Later that night, we went back to Magic Kingdom because we wanted to watch the fireworks, but it started to rain and started lightning so we went back to the room. xD

And oh yeah, I didn’t get to see the Jack Sparrow impersonator, so that was disappointing. Darn. x(

Thursday… we went to Epcot. It was interesting. My feet were like killing me though. Gahh. I bought a UK shirt from there. x) Test Track was really epic. 8D And Mission Space was better than I thought it would be. xDD Later that night we went to Magic Kingdom and we FINALLY got to watch the fireworks so that was really cool.

Friday we went to Hollywood Studios, which was probably my favorite park. We went to the American Idol experience they had down there, so you could only imagine how I was whenever they would show Adam Lambert or David Cook on the big screen outside of the building. :’D We were waiting to go inside, and they were doing this introduction thing on the many TVs hanging up, and the person talking was like “And what is missing from the American Idol experience at Hollywood Studios?” and I lean into my mom and I whisper “Adam Lambert!” and she just rolled her eyes at me. xDD

So we go inside and sit down in the auditorium and the show starts, etc. The first contestant comes out and she mentions that one of her favorite AI contestants was Adam Lambert. The host turned to the audience and was like “How many Adam fans are here?” and as soon as he asked the question, I of course screamed. Loudly. Very loudly. I was a bit disappointed because there weren’t as many Adam fans that cheered and screamed as I’d of hoped. But I did! But seriously. Knoxville is only a few hours away from me! NOTHING comes to Tennessee, so this will be HUGE. .___. The only thing we have in Tennessee is country music (which, I am definitely NOT complaining about that, but still. xD) This is so exciting!

Okay, I admit, I am a Twilight fan. x) DEAL. But I do agree with most that it is pretty overrated and I agree that the fangirls absolutely kill the overall appeal of it. And the books are way better than the movies. .__.

And my cousin and I are seriously considering on going, so both of us will be like stalking the internet for more detailed information, etc. But neither of us don't want to put up with the screaming, annoying fangirls. Egad. D= So I guess that would be the consequence of going. xD

It was epic epic epic epic epic. xD It wasn't my favorite Johnny Depp film, though. But it was well-worth watching simply because Johnny was SO AMAZING and SO BELIEVABLE as John Dillinger.

And Marion Cotillard was pretty great as Billie Frechette, too. Her and Johnny were so amazing together. <3

Christian Bale... I wasn't too impressed with his performance, to be honest. D= I love Christian Bale. I love him a lot, but I've seen him do a lot better acting-wise. There was something that was really lacking from his character, Melvin Purvis. He seemed so bland. I don't know...

But oh my. There were a few scenes in there where I broke down crying. ;-; The last scene was one of the biggest tear-jerking scenes I've seen in a while. >>;

One negative about the movie was that there were so many different characters it was kind of hard to keep track of who was who. And most of the characters were kind of underdeveloped and had poor introductions, etc. I recommend that you read the book "Public Enemies" by Bryan Burrough or do some research online before watching it, or else you may be left in a confused state throughout the movie.

Overall, it was great and I would definitely watch it again if given the chance. <3

I decided not to switch to PHP for IslandClans. That site is fine how it is, and personally I'm not too concerned about gaining an audience there. I'm just glad it's as popular as it is.. ;-; And, frankly, I don't update the site enough to make it worth it.

Jack Ingram Fan, I am debating over. I don't even know what to do with that site... There is no audience whatsoever, and Jack Ingram just isn't popular enough to have a good audience for a fansite. I don't know. >>;

And I finally finished my portrait of Johnny as the infamous John Dillinger. Will scan that next week too. Next up to draw will probably either be Penelope Garcia from the show Criminal Minds or Adam Lambert. x)


Still have not found that Rolling Stone magazine with Adam on the cover. My dad and I drove around the city and visited SEVEN different stores. None of them had it. ><; I'll try to check Barnes & Noble again this weekend or something. I dunno. x:

lol. My dad was like "You know, there aren't many dads that will drive their daughter all over town to search for a magazine with a gay man on the cover." I just laughed and said that was probably true. xDDD

Honestly, one of my uncles (name is Skip) would absolutely flip out if I asked him to drive me all over the place for a magazine with Adam on the cover. He's such a narrow-minded jerk. I would seriously be suicidal if I had him as a dad. He is way too protective. HOTCH CANNOT DIE. He is the best one on that show! Well, besides Reid, of course. <3 (I'm just glad it wasn't Reid that got shot. He has been through enough already, the poor thing. ><

But the entire cast from Criminal Minds is so AMAZING and PERFECT! I have never loved a show to the point of where I connected with the entire cast and characters so easily. Hotch leaving Criminal Minds is like Grissom leaving CSI all over again, but worse! I don't want anyone killed off of Criminal Minds because all the characters are amazing. ;-; I mean, at least Gideon and Elle left the show alive in earlier seasons, so there is always a chance they could come back, even though I highly doubt that would happen.

I hope Hotchner doesn't die... It would be stupid to kill him off. The show's ratings would drop and it wouldn't be the same. -sighs and shakes head-

Oh, and by the way, this journal is targeted to anyone who is judgemental and hateful toward Adam. This is NOT about Kris or his fans. This is about the Adam haters.

To the haters who voted for Kris... Congratulations for causing your beloved and infamous upset. You were the swing vote. If I won American Idol, I would NEVER want to win if it meant that people voted only because they hated the other contestant so much. It is wrong, sick, inhumane, and just hurtful and insulting.

Atrocious.

Why do people hate Adam so much? Is it because he is different? Because of his perfect high notes that no one else can hit? Because of his rumored sexual orientation? Because you think he "screams?" Because he is "too theatrical?" Because you think he is conceited and arrogant when he really is NOT? Because the judges love him so much? The excuses for the hate are endless... not to mention unoriginal and ridiculous.

You have no idea how sick I am of the Adam Lambert hate. If you only knew all of the things people have said about Adam... x: Even people at my school are against him and hate him. I cannot get away from the hate and it hurts. I am almost extremely tempted to dig up some of the comments said about Adam and post them here for you all to read. I am sure a new fresh batch will be availible as the haters gloat in their victory for preventing Adam from winning.

Screw the fact that Adam is "different." He is a wonderful person, and he is so humble and nice and adorable and... ugh. I really do not get why people hate him so much. What has he ever done to them? NOTHING. Judgemental America needs to just.. go away. Maybe I should gather videos and interviews and post them hear to remind everyone how amazing and sweet he is. ><

Adam Lambert is beyond everyone else. To me, American Idol is now only a POPULARITY contest. If it was based on talent and singing and if the judges had a say, then Adam would have won. Period. Adam Lambert deserved to win this, and NOTHING can change my opinion on that.

Can I move to London, England now? Or maybe I should seriously look into finding Johnny Depp's island in the Caribbean and moving to it. Hmph.

I feel so empty and betrayed and lost right now. I feel like crying again... I feel so sick of everything. I wonder how long it will take me to get over this? I would like to listen to Adam Lambert sometime soon without feeling freakishly depressed.

And yes, I know that Adam Lambert will sell millions of records and have a huge following. And I know he will become a music legend. I know he will sell more records and become more famous than anyone else ever on American Idol. I do not need to be told that.

And I will be supporting and loving him every step of his career, regardless of what everyone else thinks about him.

Congratulations to Kris... he definitely shocked me, along with the judges and millions of other people. At least he and Adam are good friends, and Adam isn't upset, so that is good. Even Kris admitted that Adam deserved to win! Seriously, now...

But it is still hard, though, even if not winning is techinquely best for Adam.

Thankfully Adam won't be tied down to the AI label, which allows him to be who he wants so he can do his own thing quicker... whatever that is. xD

Oh, and I totally do not want to see the American Idol tour now. It's not like I could go anyway, but the only reason I would go would be if Adam WON so he could be the headliner. To be honest, I could care less for seeing anyone else for the price of tickets. Adam Lambert is the only person out of this season that I would actually pay big bucks to see in concert and I am not willing to waste that on seeing people I could care less for. If I am going to spend money on tickets like that, then it will be for a concert featuring ADAM and ADAM ONLY.

Just hurry up and start touring on your own, Adam, and get to work on your album! I will be sure to see you as soon as possible, and I cannot wait.

...Oh. And I have no plans to watch American Idol again since I do not want to go through the pain again. Hooray for me. x)

Oh, and Adam's performance with KISS was amazing, and so was Queen. Oh, and Nick/Normund, of course. He made my night. He is so ridiculously hilarious. x)

Okay, so when they announced that Kris was safe, I was like "OUCH. That hurts. It really, really hurts."
And then I covered my eyes trying not to freak out (but failing. lol) and when they announced Adam's name I screamed "YESS!!!!!" and it scared Garfield, one of my cats. xD I had the biggest smile on my face and I was so relieved that Adam was safe.

A huge part of me wanted an Adam vs. Danny finale. As much as I HATE saying it. Adam would have just had a better chance at winning if he was in it with Danny. Call me selfish, but I do not care. Adam is my number one priority when it comes to American Idol, and I want him to win. I have been lurking Danny boards for weeks. And I know how mean and hateful and unfair they are to Adam. And I am WELL AWARE that Kris has a really good chance at winning because he will get the Adam haters' votes. I have been well-aware of it for weeks. I do not need to be told. >>; Even my dad was agitating me today saying that I should be nervous if Kris made it to the finale, and I am. I was nervous when Adam was in the bottom two a few weeks ago, and that pain has not stopped, and it will not stop until Adam wins.

And there was only a one million difference of votes between Kris and Adam. uh-oh. ;-; That is NOT good.

So that means every single Adam Lambert fan will have to step up their game and vote like never before. Vote for as long as you can. I am voting for the entire four hours next week. I am just that dedicated. I don't care if I will be dragging the next morning. Adam Lambert is way more important to me than sleep. And all of us Glamberts are already planning on recruiting voters and we will be voting our hearts out for our Adam. We are NOT going down without a bloody war. x) I want Adam to win this so, so bad and if he does not win... I will not watch American Idol again. It isn't like it will be any good anyway whenever Simon leaves. xP

Buttt... the two best did make it to the finale. I like Kris. He was amazing last night, and he and Adam have become really good friends.

My dad said that he could tell I was really nervous because I couldn't sit still and I kept flipping through one of my books and not stopping to read a page. xD

And my mom said that if Adam Lambert does not win, I would end up like those David Archuleta fangirls on YouTube whenever he lost to David Cook last year. xDD

So anyway. This is one of those entirely pointless journals created out of my boredom.


I am not seeing Sugarland in concert because the Coldplay tickets cost so much. But that is okay! ^_^ So that also means that I probably won't be seeing Keith Urban in concert if/when he comes to my area.
...and I probably won't be able to go to one of the American Idol tour concerts if one is within driving distance. Oh, crap. There goes my chance of seeing Adam Lambert this year. u__u Oh well, he was the only one I was willing to pay to see anyway... I can care less about the other nine people. xP
Ah well. It is still worth it because Coldplay is just that amazing. FIVE MONTHS TO GO. Arghh. I am so excited. <3


Speaking of Adam Lambert... -cough- I have become the co-owner of an Adam Lambert fansite. [lol, don't kill me. xD] The owner recently became a staff member at my David Cook site, and we found out that we're both huge Adam Lambert fans, and she invited me to become the co-owner of an Adam site she started and to help with the site and everything. So I did. Believe me, I probably would have been involved with an Adam site sooner or later, so it is good I took the job as a co-owner to save me from opening my own site. That would've been the death of me having to control ANOTHER site on my own. And I might as well put my Adam Lambert obsession to good use. o__o

I do not have the URL of it yet, but I will post it once it is opened. x)

Oh, and by the way: Adam Lambert's performance of "Ring of Fire" left me completely dazzled, hypnotized, and confused. I still to this day do not know what to think of it. It was, well, interesting and... I don't know. But he better not pull something like that again, because you have no idea how nervous I was about him being voted off. -shot- Actually, the studio version isn't that bad once you get used to it! ^_^


In other news, I finished my clay mask that I made in Pottery class. I am making one of the Joker. Heath Ledger's version, to be precise. <33 It just has to be fired so I can paint it. Oh my word, I am so worried that it will explode or something while it is being fired. u_u


And... I am slowly running out of books to read. Any suggestions? I have a HUGE desire to go on a shopping spree at a bookstore. D= lol, I am such a bookworm. xD
I am currently reading "Fell" by David Clement-Davies, and it is just amazing. I also still have "The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak to read.
I want to attempt to go to Barnes & Noble soon to look for "I Am the Messenger," considering Books-a-Million did not have it. >>; Any other books I should look for while I am there? x)

But enough of that...


Let's talk American Idol for a moment, shall we? 8D

I was very pleased with the results from last week. But I am so sad that Nick/Normand was voted off. He was so hilarious. D= And isn't it ironic that my two favorites were against each other at the end? ><

Adam Lambert is my all-time favorite for this season, of course. I fell in love with him the moment I saw his audition. Anyone who can sing Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" well is sure to have a pretty amazing voice. o.o I am unusually drawn to Adam Lambert and his voice, and I have become a bit of a fangirl. -coughs- >>; I still prefer David Cook, but then again their voices are so different that it is honestly almost impossible to compare the two.

AND ADAM LAMBERT LIKES "TWILIGHT." Which honestly makes me like him even more. <3

I absolutely loved his performance of the song "Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones. I thought he had the best vocals of the night, by far. And he had a really, really good stage presence. I downloaded an HQ video of his performance, and it is impossible for me to stop watching it! .___. I find Adam Lambert extremely fun to watch, and I will definitely be a loyal voter of his throughout the season. xD

And he is very, very easy on the eyes, which never hurts. ^__^;

Currently, my top three for this season of American Idol are: Adam Lambert, Danny Gokey, and Allison Iraheta.


In other news, there is a possibility of me seeing Sugarland in concert! The concert is in May, and Billy Currington [<3333333] is opening for them. But I dunno. Tickets are around $51, so I might see if I can attend Keith Urban's concert instead if the price is around that. -shrugs- We will see. Sugarland is also touring with Keith Urban some, so maybe when he comes around Sugarland will be his opening act. But I've seen Sugarland already, so I am leaning toward seeing Keith Urban, if possible. Oh, how hard of a decision this is. And a gamble. And Sugarland tickets go on sale next weekend, so I am going to have to decide quickly. And I still have no clue when Keith Urban will be in our area. They have yet to release the date. >_<


And... I'M GOING TO DISNEYWORLD THIS SUMMER! And more-than-likely I will be down there during Johnny Depp's birthday, so I am totally going on the POTC ride to celebrate. Hooray! xD -shot for being a pathetic fangirl-


Oh, and I watched Taken today. Liam Neeson = love. <3 I definitely would not want to mess with him. xD That movie was so epic. I loved it. Go watch it! NOW. >>;

I am seeing COLDPLAY in concert on August 7!

I plugged in our section and row numbers into the 3D view thing, and the distance from the stage doesn't seem that bad, but the only thing I am worried about is the stage setup. Like, I don't know if the stage will be brought out more toward the audience or if it will be more inward and somewhat closed up. If that made sense. >>; The section we are in on the far left side, so there is a possible chance of not having the best view ever.

Because... Our seats are apparently in the 20s, so I don't know if that means we will be on the end toward the center of the arena or on the end AWAY from the center of the arena to where we will have a horrid view. Because if the seats are away from the center... then I don't think the stage view will be that good. But I could be wrong depending on the stage setup. x:

And the tickets were NOT cheap either once tax and crap were added on to the price. Stupid Government hogging away our money for wasteful needs. Taxes are so unneccesary. ><

So that means that I probably will not be seeing Keith Urban in concert. Unless his tickets are like $40. Then I might be able to negotiate with my parents. xD

But, hey, trading in Keith Urban for Coldplay is not a bad deal. Either show will be insanely amazing. But I want to see Coldplay more, so... x) And I will always have another chance at seeing Keith Urban in the future.

Again, I just hope that the stage view is not bad. D=

But... I AM SO EXCITED! I will be sure to take plenty of pictures and record a few clips. ^________^;

-coughs- I totally had the same gawking expression as Fenoglio throughout that whole scene. ;D I had to force myself not to squeal with delight. x)

I looveee Dustfinger. Love him, love him, love him. My love for him just multiplied because of that movie. ^_^;

By the way, I just finished a Dustfinger portrait today. I'll try to get that posted within the next few days.

But anyway...

I really, really, really, really loved the movie. I don't care what everyone else says. I LOVED IT AND I WANNA SEE IT AGAIN SO BAD. >>; Who wants to come with me?

Sure, there were things that were different and it was very fast-paced, but to be honest it was as close to the book as Twilight was once you compare the differences. :3 Or at least, I thought so.

I almost laughed when we were walking out of the theater and a few of these women were complaining about how horrible the Eragon movie was. o__o I just found that amusing.

But I didn't care how different or close to the book Inkheart was. That is a huge first. Because you know what? Paul Bettany was the PERFECT Dustfinger. And that makes up for everything for me. xDD I am so, so, so happy that Dustfinger's character wasn't ruined.

Dustfinger. was. so. freaking. adorable. There were several moments where I was like "Awww. <3333"
I want to give him a hug. ><

AND THEY NEED TO MAKE A MOVIE FOR "INKSPELL." Screw the stupid box office numbers. I want more of Dustfinger! D=

I will end this ramble now. x)

I got "Inkspell" and "Inkdeath" yesterday, so I am going to attempt to get "The Sight" finished within the next few days so I can start reading Inkspell. xD
