It was just Gah.

I woke up and cleaned up after the party and everything wasn't gah until I remembered that I had my driving lesson in Cranny (half hour drive away from where I live) and no way of getting there. So I phone my instructor all embarrased like and he was like whatever. everything is fine, silly Jace. Then things were out of gah until I got hungry and realized that there was no food that I could eat (because my operation has me limited to mush foods) so I had to go downtown. that wasn't so gah. but then my stupid gah bankcard wouldn't work so I had no money! gah. So I'm not even sure if my deposit of 200 dollars that I've been saving up (for ever) even worked because aparently my card things that I don't even have four dollars! gaahhh! then I had my lesson and Tom is awesome and bought me a pop because he heard of my gah morning. So that wasn't gah. That was pretty damn awesome.

Then it hit me like a block of gah. I have a math test, no time to study and a brain that hasn't been working lately.

Why I am telling you this? I don't know. I just need to say things.
and I'm not feeling myself because my bestish friend (bestish because I have more than one. everyone is my best friend! yay.)isn't being so friendly. Not even on my birthday.

But forget about that gah.
My birthday was super awesome and I have some truely wicked friends.
(even when they throw gah at me, I still love 'em to bits)

I'm so sorry for not being around or something. I don't know, I didnt think of how I was going to word this journal and now I'm just randomly typing.

Basically I'm almost twice as busy as I was last year.
Not only do I have a job, but I have two.
And there pretty awesome and I'll never be broke again.

Also I'm writting stuff for my CD and I'm pretty content with it all.

uhh geese. I had a good thanksgiving.
I mean it was the same as usual. My mom cooks an enourmous dinner and the whole family comes over. My uncle who tells me that I really should be a blond and my auntie complaining about everything wrong in the world. Also my crazy cousins and my grandparents who don't know what's going on.

It's great and I love them to bits.

I cant think of anything else because I'm busy stressing over my "to do" list and an operation that's coming around the corner.

Also It's my birthday soon

So I aplied for a couple of jobs because -as much as I hate to admit it- I'm broke.

I printed off a resume and went to 4 places.
Yes, I know that I'm going to be playing at that restaurant I was talking about, but that's only one night a week. My mom wants me to get a day job.

Everybody I gave my resumes to took them gladly so I'm feeling pretty positive.
I really hope I get the job at the flower shop!
That would probably make my life.

Anyway, I'll be of to Coralaine -I don't know how to spell properly- with *Fantasiaa, so lots of pictures are probably on their way. I don't know.

What's your all time favorite movie or book?

I'm wondering because I've recently re-adopted my habit of reading books.
I'm looking for something good to read or watch. If it's a classic I can guarrantee that I have NOT seen or read it. TRUST ME. So go ahead and comment, I'm interested in what people are reading now a days. (I sound like a 70-year-old when I say that...)

I'm open and I totally appreciate ALL sugestions.
One warning though. I don't tend to enjoy stories or movies or books where things that can't happen do. Like fantasies and stuff... or random exploding when clearly something under those surcumstances wouldn't happen. Yes, I know. My peers and people across the globe that don't even know me already hate me for it. BUT! I'm seriously interested in anything right now.

At realy for life (a cancer fundraising event) my performance was even better than I thought it would be. I seriously have grown musically and stage presence wise. I was impressed with myself, rather than being negative and picky about how I do.
Another amazing event is that I going to be playing gigs at one of the coolest restaurants in our little town. (: I'm seriously getting stuff done. It's wicked.
I may be virtually broke but I'm still teaching and junk.
I'm working on a couple of songs that I've written and perfecting them. My goal for my CD is to have 7 original songs complete and stellar. (:
I'm hoping things go well but there's nothing to worry about. I'm set.
I didn't think I would ever say this but I think I'm living the dream. (':

--> Okay, so I've noticed that number that a bunch of you get the impression that Max (The main character in my story for the contest) is in this alone. Some of you have based your titles on that... I just wanted to let you know that that is not what I am going for, but I can totally understand why you would think that. I want to let you know that infact the story is about her medling in other people's affairs, and you will probably see more of this as I edit the previous chapters. Max is independant, but she is not alone. I hope I didn't offend anyone, I don't mean this to be an attack or anything. I just feel that you won't have the best chance that you can if I don't let you know about these sorts of things. If you decide that you want to stick with your titles that's totally fine. This is your choice, afterall.

--> Another new 'rule' I want to apply is that I would like it if you used refference to something I have written in my story as a title. What I mean by this is, like taking literal words that I have written in my story, something you like and think would make a good title. I noticed that some contestants have used this method and I really like it. I feel it is really part of the story. Again, if you want to come up with your own thing that's good too.

The contest as you may have noticed is about my story that still remains untitled. I'm usually pretty good with this sort of thing but for some reason I can't find anything just right. It seems as though my mind is limited to this specific task, therefore I need a different point of view and a different thought process. This is where you come in. Let me tell ya... That's almost last place in my TO-DO list which is taller than me. It's just before cleaning my room.

Anyway, I got invited to perform at 3 different concerts lots of fun!!

I'm finished with my volunteer hours in order to pass Gym and My grades are slowly going up. Glaba!

Things and stuff are good.

Trying to lose weight. Failing miserably.
You need chocolate when you know you can't have it. But oh well... Something will happen sooner or later.

Guss keeps biting me... It's annoying but adorable at the same time.

I watch too many people... More than 200 now. So everyday I log on here I have 60 odd journals to read and 150 new deviations.

Ouch.

I need to clean up my gallery too... and re do stuff.

Well actually, It's boxing day... So happy boxing day!

I got up at 6:00 yesterday morning and woke everybody up because it was christmas! I got all my christmas exitement 3 hours before. The kind of exitment that takes at least 3 weeks to build up. So you can imagine how hyper I was.

Guess what?! WE GOT A PUPPY!!
I havn't had a pet for 3 years. I was starting to need one. My parents were like "NO WAY!!" But they tricked me!

The puppy is a Yorkshire Terrier.
After a lot of "discussing" we finally named him Guss.

I really like the name.
It suits him.

So how was everyones christmas??

I made sugar cookies because I heard that he likes sugar cookies.
I'm not much of a cook so I really hope that they were good... I liked 'em ...

Anyway, I made him sugar cookies. By myself. And then I walked all the way to the where he works... and gave them to him.

It was a lot more complicated than that, actually...
The cookies made a huge mess in the kitchen. I got flour all over myself. Then I walked in the freezing cold. lol. Almost slipped and dropped them D: But It's okay... They made it there safe and sound. And even when I got there, I stood outside the door... I couldn't do it! So I went to the coffee shop and got a hot chocolate... and then I was like... one... two.. THREE!!

Before I knew what was going on, I was in there and he said "Hi".
I was like... "hey" ... But I was screaming like a little girl inside.

Anyway... I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever.. Then the other lady that works with him asked if I needed help looking or something... I said... "No. I just came to drop something off" ... Then I handed them to him. (They were on a paper plate and poorly wrapped...) He smiled. "Thanks!"

I also left him a little note that said thanks for everything and merry christmas. Before he could try a cookie or anything I made up a story that I was in a hurry and that I had to go.

I was out of there in a flash and I heard the lady say... "That's so nice!"

The letter also had an explanation of why it seemed like I was stalking him yesterday.

(Basically I was sent back and forth to different stores and kept walking infront of where he works. I noticed that he saw me... so I was worried he thought I was lurking outside for him.)

ANYWAY, that was awesome. Feeling pretty great.

That fact of the matter is, it didn't work.
I'm upset. But I'm also feeling pretty accomplished. I never would have done anything like asking a guy out. Or so I thought.

I have some really good friends which makes me feel pretty fortunate.

So I've been told he's a jerk and an ass.
But I still kinda feel like he's really nice.
(I know. Denial right?? or something like that)

My old boyfriend wasn't as ... something.
I actually can't think of how to say what I'm thinking.

I've been in his position, it's really awkward.

I don't want to make him feel bad or anything, because I know how that feels. It's really horrible.

So I'm sitting here, thinking it all through and feeling a lot better about it.

I feel embarrased for the most part. But that's life.

He wasn't at school today because he went skiing. Which is good because I think I would have started crying if I saw him.

Wow.

I don't want to hold a grudge or anything like that.

It went awesome!
The date was totally perfect

Seriously guys! You have no idea how happy I am.
It's just bliss.

Anyway... we went to the Bean Tree.
I was gonna buy a hot chocolate and he was like: "Not a coffee fan?" and I was like... "not really"

So, he bought it for me! ...

"Oh! I could have got that..."
"No worries"
... "Thanks" *dies*

And then we talked about videos games and sports and traveling and where each of us grew up and what we wanted to do with our lives and music and people we knew and other awesome stuff.

I was actually talking. Like more then usual. I wasn't shy!

A group of friends of mine were there...
SPYING!! ...

Lol! just kidding. But a couple of them kept looking over and smiling at me. It was great.

We laughed a lot...
telling a bunch of jokes and just goofing off.

So at the end I was like...
"Uhmm... do you wanna go out another time... or something?"
and he said that that would be awesome... (I don't know when btw... )

So I guess that makes us... an item?

OMFG! THAT'S AWESOME!!

Anyway... his dad gave me a ride home because they were going up that way (up to the ski hill. He needed to renew his ski pass )

And yeah... we got to my house and they were like wow!
'Cause it's big and green.

An it was just all fun and amazing!! YAY!!!

We also have a concert coming up this Tuesday. That's a shocker. I really don't think we're completely prepared. So this should be fun.

I actually did it you guys!!

I ASKED HIM OUT!!!!!

So all my friends were like "yeah! you can do it!!"
And I was like BARF! but I did it and it worked and yay!!

SO... JACE!! DO TELL!!! ...

WHAT HAPPENED:

A friend of mine kept telling me that if I didn't ask him that she would ask him. I was having a seizure today everytime I saw him.

So after math... she was like: "just follow him and then say Hey! and ask him" And I was dying.

So I obviously chickened out cause I'm a chicken and because he was talking and laughing with all his buddies and I didn't want to humiliate myself...

So I stood there like the silly little person I am.

But my friend was like "I'm going to do it"
and so she was like : "Hey! Jace wants to tell you something!!"

And they all turned around and looked at me and I said: "Uhh... NO! SHE'S JUST KIDDING! I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY!!"

So... one of his buddies was like: "She wants to tell you that she likes YOU!!" In a sickening girly tone.

So I died.

He was like: "well of course she likes me. Everyone likes me. I'm just a likeable person" and he high fived him.

Then I had a seizure and wanted to kill my friend. But she was like: "Dude... you just ruined your life..."

Anyway...

But then, we went to our lockers and his is kinda next to mine so I stalked him down the halls. (I was so close to him) and as soon as he stepped out of school (and his buddies were no where in sight) I took a deep breath and I said: "Hey... I was wondering if you wanna go out sometime... to like the Bean Tree or something..."

And then he said it. Yes.
I don't think I've been paying attention to life until I heard him say that. It was crazy.

So I was like awesome and he was like cya.

Then I ran into the school, found ~Fantasiaa and ~lady-Tara7 and screamed. And danced and partied around like a crazy person.

And that's what happened.

I told you I could do it!!

So my friends ~Fantasiaa and ~lady-Tara7 have made a deal. And it involves me...

Remember a while ago how I was talking about that guy I like and what I'm going to do to ask him out...

Well... that's coming up... and it's coming real soon.

The deal:

~Fantasiaa dared ~lady-Tara7 to go up to the guys she likes and kiss him. (I don't know the details as how she's going to do this, all I know is that it's happening) She's also going to pay her... (I'm not sure how much now, other people are pitching in aswell)

Oookay, the part that involves yours truely?
I got to go up to my guy and ask him out. That's it. Simple, right? I'd like to think that.

I hate being a chicken.

But, I don't have to ask him out until AFTER she kisses her guy.
So yeah... but ~lady-Tara7 sound pretty confident.

Unlike me, who is officially a emotional wreck.
This should be fun.

Yeah. Things seem upside-down lately.
I dunno. I can't focus. School is getting hard. I've got a lot of music to catch up on. I'm always tired now, although I am sleeping. I don't feel like I'm doing anything right. I'm not sure what's going on.

On a lighter note, I'm finished tests and stuff. I get to look foreward to the concert this saturday and when that's over with I might get a chance to relax a bit.

I felt like I should update.

Anyway, I went the Lethbridge to watch my brother play hockey last weekend. My computer was acting up so I could get on dA to the you this. So now you know.

He scored 2 goals. I'm so proud.

I have this urge to make a random poll. I probably will later on. Yay!

Anyway,.. Yeah...!

I had this really really hard history test! I Panicked, then got mad, they was depressed and then finally came to the conclusion that if I fail, I'm going to drop everything and live like a cavewoman. In hole in the ground... and occasionally order pizza. Or live off of pizza. And hopefully not get killed by a racoon.

Anyways... yeah.

I'm also booked with music. I'm playing for a bunch of people at school because our piano playing teacher left.

Don't get me wrong, I'm super happy and exited, but it's getting a bit much. I have 2 songs that I'm playing for and then one solo. The concert is in a week, the day after tomorrow.

Then I'm playing another song in about two weeks. The catch is that, I haven't learned the song yet. So yeah. This will be interesting. I don't want to let anyone down...

So yeah...
