I have to apologize.

I'm not a very good Deviantart user... I do not have enough time to learn how this really works, and I didn't know it is a thing called KIRIBAN.

So, as I said in my las entry, I've recently recieved 3000 visits on my Deviantart site, and a friend (Calic!) told me that I should make a Kiriban, as asked how was it done, and he told me how.

Well, as far as it's impossible to go back and do a free comission for the visit 3000 I'll do a kiriban for the visit 3130.

I'll do a free black and white caricature to the person who send me a message with a screen capture with the visit 3130. As you can see, I've been focusing on caricatures. I've been working hard on it, and getting not bad results.
Now I'm tring to move some pieces around, to see if some magazine or newspaper is interested in publishing my work, or order some comissions.

But, some time ago, I realized that I was working only in that style, I felt really hard to do more realistic characters, and I knew I needed to keep on moving.
As a designer that wants to get as much jobs as you can, and really make a living with this, you need to be able to work in as much different styles as you can.
But It's more than that.
The cartoon, by himself, is nice and fun, but it needs a really strong basics to be good. You need to work your fundamentals. After three months of hard work with my good friend Jeroen Van Meerendonk (excellent webdesigner and amazing friend), designing, programming, testing, fixing and adjusting, today I opened my new website.

I'm very exicet because I'm going to start to develop some characters for a comic project based on a story a friend of mine wrote. It's a thing about sword and sorcery with some spots of steampunk... Do not sounds very original, does it? Well, I'll try to get some original looking for it.

I was suposed to do that a wile ago, but for many reasons we put back the project.

I'll upload some drawings as soon as I can.
