Simply play a few games of hangman with some friends (try not to call out all the vowels first) and note down each letter in correct/incorrect columns as they are guessed. Use these letters, in those orders, for alien (or fantasy creature, etc) names.
This works best with words you and your friends are unfamiliar with or with friends who are unfamiliar with the game of hangman.

Also, you don't need to use all of the letters. Next week, I'm starting my new job at an English school there. The staff that I've met there are very nice and it's a friendly environment.

Monday was my last lesson with my shodo sensei. Since it was my last lesson, she decieded to get me to try some reisho script. Reisho is an ancient and difficult to read script. It also feels difficult to write properly. When my sensei was doing an example piece for me, I was amazed, thinking "OMG! there's no way I can do this properly."
