On a (slightly) more masculine note, I've discovered that a cartoon I'd long thought indefinitely lost is actually available via Hulu. (Link only available to US citizens. Sorry, "world wide" web!) I don't know how many people actually remember Project Geeker, but it was a bizarre sci-fi/comedy cartoon from the late '90s from the creator of Earthworm Jim. The animation is ehhhhhh and there are far too many catch phrases that show up in every episode, but the concept as a whole is pretty clever and unique.

To clarify: I'm not going to be getting either fairly soon (I have "married money" donchaknow) and I still love my Wii. I've been trying to weigh the positives and negatives of both and so far this is what I've come up with...

Find out someone from Comcast showed up in the morning while I was at work. Gee, thanks. Insult to injury: the cable bill arrived in the mail despite not having service all week. Reschedule for Wednesday afternoon.

WEDNESDAY
Turns out they were lying when the said someone would come. I call and they say no such appointment is even listed in their database. Reschedule for Friday.

THURSDAY
Have a doctor's appointment. Wait at the bus stop for over an hour, which of course makes me late. Luckily the doctor takes me anyway. Unluckily, wants to schedule a biopsy on the moles on my back. Plus I get my ears irrigated! Loud, irritating fun!

FRIDAY
Guess who never showed up again! Despite this, internet connection magically restores itself on its own. Oh, and I get to mop up human feces at work! And it's not even in the bathroom, and it's from an adult and he tracked it pretty much through the whole hallway! Delicious!

SATURDAY
Wake up with a sore on my hand. No idea where it came from. Mysteriously turns into a blister as the day goes by. Still there.

Keep in mind that I already have all the Genesis Sonic games on the Gamecube (Sonic Mega Collection) and all the Mario games that were re-released on the Gameboy Advance.

It's been a fun bunch o' games so far. The only ones I've gotten out of nostalgia were Kirby and Mario 64, so of course they were fun. The only disappointment so far was Kid Icarus; it had so much potential for fun, but that difficulty level should be later on in the game, not in the very first stage!

#11 has my first real action sequence, which took a lot of effort. Plus, it takes place in a different locale, so all the backgrounds had to be brand new. I could never have pulled this episode off if I was still working on this weekly. Hopefully this will pay off when it premieres.

#12 and 14 through 16 start the series' first continuing storyline. Once I finish producing all these episodes (so as not to risk breaking off the story partway through) I will finally start releasing them!

Sooooo a bunch o' li'l things. Jen's having trouble recording her part (once you finally see the premiere episode, you'll understand. Vague enuff?) for one thing. Another problem is I'm experimenting. That's what EJ&B was going to be for in the first place; I didn't expect the sudden surge of popularity. Experiments include fuller animation and a revamp of the background style (you should find a sample of the latter in the archive here).

And one last thing that's been a hindrance in progress is the preparation for my wedding. AND NONE OF YOU ARE INVITED! BWAHAHAHA!... Gosh, that was cruel. I'm sorry.

So just so you all know, I AM still working on Evil Josh & Billy cartoons. There'll be other things too. Keep a look out for those as well... Soooo, yeah.

The package containing all of this was stolen right off of my doorstep the day it was delivered.

Since that day, (Friday, May 19) I have been wondering how and why complete strangers would take a twenty pound box without even knowing what's in it. The post office itself was no help whatsoever, claiming that without insurance they could (would) do squat. Thanks, guys.
