The Deities Battle: Will Mankind Survive?

On Earth the battle continues to rage, as I watch from this half-light, from this strange unworldly place called Penumbra (we're here for our protection they say). We are few and precious, almost extinguished from existence, only humans, but we seem to be the prize in this horrendous war amongst the Deities, of the Gods.
What's left of our frail species is held in a deep dormant state awaiting the outcome of these battling entities. Everyone blissfully unaware that we, as an entire race, are in danger of complete devastation, everyone except for me and five others---chosen by the fates (oh, alright so---yeah, we volunteered), we are the judges in this madness, the destiny of all mankind rests upon our shoulders. I would pray for the God's to help us, but they've all gone mad. . . .*cough. . . cough*.

BUT, it's not about the judges (I mean we can't battle in this contest, except just for fun amongst ourselves) ---we need YOU to participate. Who wouldn't want to be a Deity and get to kick-ass?
