I'm from Las Vegas. I did well in math & science in high school, then alternated between studying Christian theology, theater, architecture, philosophy & fine art in college before running out of money & driving a taxi for 60 hours a week for a few years to get out of debt. Now I'm only working 48 hours a week (honestly, some weeks recently only 36 hours.) I took it easy for a couple of years after getting out of debt, now I need to motivate myself to start drawing on a regular basis. I like to call myself an artist but never seem to actually get around to making anything...

I am a member of the medieval recreation group the Society for Creative Anachronism, which knows me as Lord Fergus O'Fey. I act (like a fool), sing, and engage in Renaissance-style fencing.
